Wind power system attracts most interest because of high-energy efficiency with environment-friendly. Small scale wind power applications requires a cost effective and mechanically simple generator in order to be a reliable energy source. The use of direct driven generators, instead of geared machines, reduces the number of drive components, which offers the opportunity to reduce costs and increases system reliability and efficiency. This paper presents an observer filter algorithm to estimate the load currents in the output voltage control of 3-phase uninterruptible power supply with deadbeat controller As the result of the proposed algorithm, the sensors to measure the<br/> load currents is not required The comparison of output voltage controls according to the methods of measuring the load currents is also presented in this paper The results of comparison are shown by the simulation.<br/> <br/>

In this paper, a navel wireless parallel operation algorithm of N+1 redundant UPS system with no control interconnections is presented The load sharing of multiple UPS modules are controlled by Q-V droop and P-δ droop algorithm This algorithm compensates for inverter parameter variation and line impedance imbalances with wireless auto-tuning method And to increase the reliability of transient characteristic under parallel operation, a virtual injected impedance is proposed to decrease a circulation current between inverter modules Simulation results are provided to prove the novel wireless algorithm.

Small wind turbine system required a cost effective and mechanically simple structures in order to be a reliable energy source. A small wind turbine system mainly required a boost converter, AFPM generator with non-slotted stator can't generate high voltage at low wind speed due to long air-gap. It is the reason of output efficiency drop. Therefore, in this paper, the Axial Field Permanent Magnet synchronous generator with internal rotor and dual slotted stators for the small wind turbine is studied, and deal with a cogging torque minimization since the use of iron slotted stator causes to increase the cogging torque. For this study, structural modeling and characteristics analysis are accomplished by 3D finite element analysis

본 연구에서는 냉장고의 효율향상을 위하여 송용 팬용 고효율 BLDC모터의 설계 및 해석에 관한 연구가 진행되었으며, 기존에 사용되어진 팬 모터의 규격 치를 기준으로 유한요소해석법을 이용한 송풍 팬용 고효율 BLDC모터를 설계하였다. 또한, 해석모델을 바탕으로 시작기를 제작하였으며, 실험값과 해석값을 비교분석 하였다.

This paper proposes a high-efficiency 3-kW hybrid ESS with emergency power supply. The proposed system enables efficient use of power from photovoltaic (PV) cells and energy storage system (ESS). The proposed system can operate as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) when grid fault occurs, providing seamless transfer from grid-connected mode to stand-alone mode. The LLC converter for PV achieves ZVS turn-on of switches and ZCS turn-off of diodes, and the isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter for ESS achieves ZCS turn-off regardless of load condition, resulting in high efficiency. The efficiency and performance of the proposed hybrid ESS has been verified by a 3-kW prototype.

This paper introduces major potential faults of Poly-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and their simulation realization methods. The faults of Poly-Phase PM Synchronous Motor, generally, stator turn faults, demagnetizing field. Based on the derived expressions, Poly-Phase PM synchronous Motor simulation model, which is capable of representing stator turn faults, is implemented in Maxwell.
