중학교 지리수업을 위한 학습지 제작과 선호도에 관한 연구

For an effective teaching in geography education, the participation by students is required. To induce such participaiton, the use of worksheet is recommended. Worksheet is useful in presenting the summery of important items not only students but also to teacher. Therefore, this study has planned to examine (1) what kind of worksheet is helpful to students, (2) what kind of worksheet is preferred by students, (3) how the teachers can easily produce the worksheet. This study aims at (1)figure-out of the way to produce worksheet, and (2)the survey of the student`s preferences on the worksheet on th epresumption that the using of worksheet is efficient in teaching the geography in the middle school. The results of the survey are as follows : (1)The out-line map is preferred to the complete map. (2)The Structured questions, which mixed the objective and subjective questions, are preferred to the simple essay questions. (3)The picture-using worksheet is preferred. (4)In relation to the environmental education on the geography teaching, the visualized worksheet is preferred.

현대 비합리주의적 철학에 나타난 여성적 사유와 남성적 사유

피셔에 따르면 남성은 한 가지 문제에 집중해 논리적으로 사고하며 분명한 흑백논리를 선호하는 성향(즉 예외를 인정한다는 뜻)이 있는 반면, 여성은 보다 넓은 시간과 공간의 범위에 있는 다양한 자료를 끌어 모아 종합하는 거미집사고의 성향이 있다. 즉 남성은 권위주의적이고 계급적으로 사고 ㆍ 행동하는 반면 여성은 평등주의적 조화를 추구하는 성향이 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 남녀의 사고방식의 차이를 바탕으로 플라톤 이래 현대에 이르는 주요 철학자들, 특히 하이데거, 하르트만. 셸러의 저술들에 나타난 사고방식과 여성관을 분석한다. 이를 통해서 서양철학사 역시 부지불식간에 남성적 사고방식에 흠뻑 젖어 있음을 밝히고 여성적 사고방식이 철학 과 과학 그리고 사회 전반에 필수적으로 요청됨을 제시하고자 한다(학회지의 지면한계로 생략된 부분은 학진 DB원본을 참고할 것).

민속주 부재료로 이용되는 식물성 방향재료 및 약용재료중의 Asarone , Coumarin , Thujone. 의 분석

To detect the toxic relevant components, asarone, coumarin and thujone, in the 87 medicinal plants used in brewing a Korean traditional folk wine, their 20% ethanol extracts were prepared and purified by a SPE(solid phase extraction) method. The toxic components in the purified extracts were identified by GC-FID and GC/MS analysis. On analyses, asarone was detected in 6 species, Acorus gramineus Solander, Acorus asiaticus Nakai, Angelia gigus Nakai, Santalum album, etc.; coumarin in 22 species, Anethum graveolens, Foeniculum vulgare Gaertner, Lithosperum erythrorhizon Siebold et Zuccarinii, etc.; thujone in 24 species, Achyranthes japonica Nakai, Amomum xanthiodes Wallich, Artemisia asiatia Nakai, seed of Cannabis sativa L., Caragana sinica R., Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, Codonopsis lanceolata Bentham et flooker, Foeniculum vulgare Gaertner, etc.

Dan-Gun Mythos and Mago Mythos are cosmological Totalism and have a strong ecological basis. Furthermore, both have similarity to the radical Ecology. 1. The radical Ecology is a Totalism, which regards Humanbeing and Nature as one Community. Dan-Gun Mythos and Mago Mythos are the more stronger Totalism, which considers God, Humanbeing and Nature as trinity. 2. The radical Ecology tries to overcome the Humancentrism. Dan-Gun Mythos stays on the basis of Hong-Ik-In-Gan as the indiskriminative Love of cosmos. Mago Mythos indicates also the profound Love of Nature. 3. The radical Ecology considerates of the wellbeing of the future humanbeing. Dan-Gun Mythos and Mago Mythos look for also ideal World, which will come in the future. 단군신화와 마고신화는 모두 인간을 포함한 생태계를 하나의 전체로 보는 전체주의적 우주관으로서 탄탄한 생태주의적 사상의 기반을 갖추고 있고 생태주의가운데서도 가장 강력한 근본적 생태주의와 상통한다. 1. 근본생태주의가 인간을 포함한 우주를 하나의 공동체 또는 전체로 보는 전체주의라면 단군신화와 마고신화는 거기서 한발 더 나아간 천지인 일체사상을 담고 있는 보다 강력한 전체주의이다. 2. 근본생태주의가 인간중심주의와 종족이기주의를 초월했다면 단군신화도 하늘과 땅 그리고 동식물과 다른 종족의 인간들을 차별 없이 배려하는 홍익인간사상에 입각해있다. 마고신화도 마찬가지로 자연과 우주만물에 대한 지극한 존중을 담고 있다. 3. 근본생태주의가 미래인간에 대한 배려라면 단군신화와 마고신화도 미래에 다가올 천부와 홍익인간이라는 이상세계를 내다보며 당연히 미래인간에 대한 배려를 염두에 두고 있다.

식물자원으로부터 생리활성 물질의 이용측면에서 국내에서 자생하고 있는 광나무 잎을 대상으로 하여 다양한 생리활성을 가지는 것으로 보고된 페놀성 화합물의 분포를 확인하였다. 총 페놀성 함량은 0.89~1.53%, 축합형 탄닌은 0.10~0.13%였으며, flavonoid는 aglycone인 apigenin, luteolin과 칼럼크로마토그라피를 행하여 분획으로 분리한 후 가수분해하여 이들의 배당체를 확인하였다. 페놀산의 분획 중 유리형 페놀산 화합물에는 tyrosol, t-cinnamic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, shikimic acid, protocatecuic acid 등이 존재하였다. 에스테르형 페놀산 화합물에는 tyrosol, t-cinnamic acid, ferulic acid, esculetin, caffeic acid, pcoumaric acid, hydroxytyrosol 등이 함유되었다. 결합형 페놀성 화합물에는 tyrosol, t-cinnamic, p-coumaric acid와 미확인 페놀성 물질들이 존재하였다. 따라서 광나무 잎은 xanthine oxidase 활성저해, LDL 산화, 혈소판 응집저해, 항균활성 등 다양한 생리활성을 나타내는 것으로 보고되고 있는 tyrosol, hydroxytyrosol, protocatecuic acid 등 풍부한 페놀성 화합물을 함유하고 있으므로 유용한 식물자원이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. This study was designed to investigate the possible utilization of Ligustrum japonicum leaves as a source of functional ingredients. Contents of total phenolic compounds and condensed tannin were 0.89∼1.53% and 0.10∼0.13%, respectively. The major flavonoid compounds in the leaves of L. japonicum were luteolin, apigenin and their glycosides. Tyrosol, t-cinnamic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, shikimic acid and protocatecuic acid were detected in free phenolic acid, while tyrosol, t-cinnamic acid, ferulic acid, esculetin, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid and hydroxytyrosol were detected in esterified phenolic acid. The insoluble phenolic acid contained tyrosol, t-cinnamic and p-caoumaric acid.
