        한국배구슈퍼리그의 활성화를 위한 전략적 마케팅 모형 개발

        본 연구는 한국배구슈퍼리그의 활성화를 위한 전략적 마케팅 모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 배구전문가 즉, 전국에 있는 한국배구슈퍼리그에 참가하는 국내·국제심판, 대한배구협회 임직원 그리고 감독 및 코치 등 일선지도자 56명으로 하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 조사도구는 "아마츄어 스포츠단체를 위한 전략적 마케팅 모형"(김치조, 1997), "민속씨름경기의 마케팅 전략을 위한 소비자 행동 분석"(조근종·이학래·이강평·최창국·임용규·조영호·이진수, 1996) 등을 기초로 하여 배구전문가들과 스포츠마케팅 전문가들과의 심층면접조사를 통해 설문지를 작성하였다. 설문문항 내용은 대한배구협회의 조직사명, 한국배구슈퍼리그의 마케팅 목표 및 마케팅 믹스 전략, 그리고 정치·제도·문화·사회·경제 및 경쟁적 환경에 있는 종목과의 세부진술상황 비교, 한국배구슈퍼리그의 프로화 등이다. 설문문항 내용은 한국배구슈퍼리그의 마케팅믹스(8문항), 내적환경(6문항), 외적환경(4문항)이다. 신뢰도 계수는 545∼804이었다. 분석 결과로서 첫째, 대한배구협회의 사명은 배구 발전이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 한국배구슈퍼리그의 목적 및 목표는 재정자립이 우선되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한국배구슈퍼리그가 발전하기 위한 내·외적 환경은 개선점이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국배구슈퍼리그가 활성화되기 위한 마케팅믹스 전략은 스타 플레이어를 이용한 제품전략, 입장료의 할인제, 지정 좌석제, 지정예매처와 같은 다양한 가격전략, 도시별 배구 팬 조사를 통해 개최 지역을 확대하는 장소전략, 끝으로 한국배구슈퍼리그 개최지역을 그 지역 스포츠 축제의 장으로 승화시키는 촉진전략이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국배구슈퍼리그의 프로화에 대한 결과는 '찬성한다'가 92.8%로 압도적으로 높게 나타났으며 직접적인 프로화보다는 세미프로가 선행되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to design a strategic marketing model to activate the Super League Volleyball in Korea. The subjects of this study were 56 persons of volleyball coaches, national and international refrees, and directors and board members of Korea Volleyball Association(KVA). Cronbach's α was 0.545∼.804. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the roles of KVA expected by the most of the subjects responding to the questionnaire was development of the volleyball, followed by improvement of people's leisure through volleyball and enhancement of national image. Second, the expected marketing goal and objective of the KVA were financial self-sustenance of KVA, followed by attraction of more volleyball fans through improved competition capability, activation and development of volleyball, activation of local volleyball competitions, and etc. Third, it was found that the current Super League Volleyball Game had many problems in such internal terms as contents of competition, operational management, marketing management, financial management, and organizational management. In addition, the external problems (political, economic, cultural, legal or institutional) were found to impede the activation of the Super League Volleyball. Fourth, the expected marketing mix strategies expected of Korea Super League Volleyball are as follows: ① Product strategy: marketing strategy using star players. ② Pricing strategy: Entrance fee 5.000 wons (discount system, designated seat system, designated reservation system, and etc.). ③ Place strategy: Expansion of game venues through regional wise surveies of fans. ④ Promotion strategy: Utilization of Super League Volleyball Game as local sports festival (ex.: Meeting between local fans and volleyball stars, volleyball fans' night, and volleyball-related people's and etc.). Fifth, 92.8% of the subjects agreed to launching the professional Volleyball league as soon as possible. They also suggested that the professional volleyball league should be preceded by an extensive survey and institutional improvement through the operation of a preparatory semi-professional league.

        양조절 환기 마취시 개흉이 동맥혈가스분압에 미치는 영향

        This study was attempted to observe the possible effects of open chest and the decubitus position on blood gas values during controlled ventilation. We used a volume-type ventilator to maintain regular tidal volume throughout the operation, A total of 51 cases which underwent open chest surgery between 1979 and 1981 in Department of Anesthesiology in Kyungpook National University Hospital were selected. PaO_2, PaCO_2, pH and MAP were measured at ten minutes after induction (control group), decubitus position (ducubitus group) and chest was opened (open chest group). The PaO_2 value in open chest and decubitus group revealed a tendency of elevation compared with the control group. The PaCO_2 value in open chest revealed no remarkable change compared with the control group. The pH in open chest and decubitus group showed a tendency to increase compared with the control group. The MAP showed a tendency to decrease in open chest & decubitus groups and decreased gradually. From the above results, MAP showed a gradual decrease but the increase of pH and PaO_2 suggested the inclination of respiratory alkalosis due to hyperventilation during volume controlled ventilation anesthesia.

        Genetic relationships between Mt. Halla and Mongolian populations of Hipparchia autonoe (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae)

        Hipparchia autonoe belongs to the family Nymphalidae (Lepidoptera) and is designated as an endangered insect and national monument in Korea. It only inhabits a very restricted area on Mt. Halla but is widely distributed in several Asian countries including Mongolia. A previous study conducted to understand the genetic relationship between Mt. Halla and Mongolian H. autonoe for conservation purposes suffered from a limited number of samples. Therefore, we sequenced the DNA barcode region of an additional 36 H. autonoe individuals, combined them with previous data from 19 individuals, and performed phylogenetic and population genetic analyses. Furthermore, the internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) region was also sequenced from the 36 samples as a nuclear DNA marker. The existence of independent haplotypes, sequence types, and significant FST estimates (P < 0.05) between Mt. Halla and Mongolian populations indicated hampered gene flow between the populations. Nevertheless, an absence of a reciprocal monophyletic group in Mt. Halla and Mongolian populations by cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene‐ and ITS2‐based phylogeny suggests that the genetic isolation of the Mt. Halla population from the Mongolian populations seemed not large enough to consider them independent genetic entities.

        Conservation of Hipparchia autonoe (Esper) (Lepidoptera:Nymphalidae), Natural Monument in South Korea

        Hipparchia autonoe, designated Natural Monument no. 458, is a species inhabiting Mt. Halla on Jeju Island, which is the only habitat of H. autonoe in South Korea. Recently, this species is in danger of extinction as the population has been remarkably reduced because its host plants and nectar plants are gradually disappearing due to plant succession in its habitat. On the climbing road of Jeju Island Eorimok, H. autonoe used to be observed at and above 1300 m a.s.l. However, since Sasa quelpaertensis has recently expanded its habitat up to 1400 m, H. autonoe is now observed at and above 1500 m. In Mongolia, the population of H. autonoe seems quite stable as there are dense populations of a host plant and nectar plants. Accordingly it is judged that we can maintain a stable community for support of H. autonoe if we successfully manage the host plant and nectar plant communities by controlling the density of S. quelpaertensis using biological and physical control methods. Comparative analysis of DNA barcode region of COI (658 bp)was done to check the homogeneity and the genetic diversity of H. autonoe collected in Korea and Mongolia. The DNA sequence difference among individuals collected in South Korea was 0.0–0.2%, and in Mongolia 0.0–1.4%. This confirmed a 0.06–1.2% barcoding gap. We believe that this result will provide basic information useful to guide conservation of H. autonoe in South Korea.

        Monte-Carlo Estimate of Photonuclear Effects in Radiation Therapy Using a High-energy Photon Beam

        In radiotherapy using a high-energy photon beam, secondary radiation due to photonuclear reactions can cause an additional dose to the normal tissues around the cancer cells. Quantitative assessment and control of the additional dose is very important in order to prevent biological damage to the normal tissues. In this study, the photonuclear effects due to an 18-MeV photon beam are estimated using a Monte-Carlo simulation method. The result shows that the additional dose level is about 1% of the treatment dose for the photon beam, and that more consistent control of the additional dose is required to ensure the health and safety of normal organs.
