        폴드공간에 나타나는 생태학적 표현 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, the environmental concerns connected with ecological thinking are growing all over the society. Future society will be placed far beyond any other values, and the continuing academic studies are necessary. From the today’s viewpoint where ecological view is considered important, the fold space presents potentialities where human, nature, and space can be recognized as one community by minimizing the division between nature and artificiality. The study analyzed wholeness, diversity, circularity, homeostasis, and evolability deduced in the conceptualization process of ecological thinking as ecological characteristics the fold space has by deducing as the design concept. In the expression of relationship with surrounding environment, terrain and buildings are integrated and recognized as an organism, and in the expression of spatial composition, the organic spatial composition was actualized by minimizing difference that natural environment and buildings have due to the fading boundary between interior and exterior spaces and through interaction. Such ecological characteristics of fold space tend to be spatialized by reflecting absolutely surrounding environment conditions. In addition, an ecosystem and space are recognized as a means for interdependent relationship, not antagonistic relationship. In order for ecological space to solve fundamentally today’s environmental problems, spatial and technological aspects should be processed together so that they need to be developed into the design methodology where the man can communicate with nature mentally and psychologically, and the continuing study of ecological space expression by using the fold concept should be conducted with ecological development. 최근 사회 전반적으로 생태학적 사유와 결부된 환경적 관심이 증대하고 있다. 미래사회는 환경적 가치가 다른 어떠한 가치보다 우선하는 위치에 올라 갈 것이며, 지속적인 학문적 연구가 필요하다. 생태학적 사고의 개념화 과정에서 도출한 전체성, 다양성, 순환성, 항상성, 진화성을 디자인 개념으로 도출하여 폴드공간이 가지는 생태학적 특성으로 분석하였다. 주변 환경과의 관계성 표현에서는 지형과 건축물이 일체화 되어 유기체로 인식되는 경향을 볼 수 있었으며, 공간구성적 표현에서는 내·외부공간의 경계 소멸로 주변 자연환경과 건축물이 가지는 이질성을 최소화하고 상호작용을 통하여 유기적 공간구성을 실현 하였다. 이러한 폴드공간의 생태학적 특성은 주변 환경조건을 절대적으로 반영을 통하여 공간화되는 경향이 보이며, 생태계와 공간은 대립적 존재가 아니라 상호의존적인 관계를 위한 수단으로 인식된다. 생태학적 공간이 오늘날 환경문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해서는 공간적 측면과 기술적 측면의 연구가 동시에 진행되어 인간이 정서적, 심리적으로 자연과 교감 할 수 있는 디자인 방법론으로 발전해야 하며, 주름개념을 이용한 생태학적 공간표현에 대한 논의는 생태학의 발전과 함께 지속적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다.

        점막하 종양으로 오인된 우측 대동맥궁과 동반된 Kommerell 게실에 의한 식도압박 1예

        A right-sided aortic arch and Kommerell’s diverticulum, remnants of the left dorsal aortic arch in the circulation of the embryo, are uncommon congenital defects of the aorta. They may be asymptomatic in most cases, but symptoms are manifested by compressing mediastinal structures or are related to congenital heart anomalies. If aneurismal dilatation of the diverticulum presents with rupture, it is lethal. We report a case of esophageal compression by a right-sided aortic arch and Kommerell’s diverticulum that mimicked an esophageal submucosal tumor in a patient who complained of symptoms during the past ten years of food retention in the upper thorax when a bolus of food was ingested. 우측 대동맥궁과 태생기의 좌측 배부 대동맥 잔유물인 Kommerell 게실은 드물게 발견되는 선천성 심혈관 기형이다. 대부분의 경우 증상이 없으나, 종격동 구조물을 압박하거나 선천성 심장기형이 동반되면 증상이 발현된다. 때로는 동맥류 파열로 사망할 수도 있다. 저자들은 10년간 큰 음식 덩어리 연하시 상부 흉골부의 경미한 음식물 정체감을 호소한 환자에서 식도의 점막하종양으로 오인하였던 우측 대동맥궁과 동반된 Kommerell 게실에 의한 식도압박 1예를 경험하여 보고한다.

      • 의약품의 병용투여에 관한 연구(Ⅷ) : Effects of Gyegy-Tang and Acetaminophen on the Antipyretic and Analgesic Activities 계지탕과 Acetaminophen의 병용투여가 해열진통에 미치는 효과

        Gyegy-Tang has been known to be effective in the treatment of common cold, neuralgia, rheumatism, headache, and abdominal pain etc., in the chinese medicine. This studies were undertaken to evaluate the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities by concurrent administrations of Gyegy-Tang extract and acetaminophen. The followings were obtained as results ; 1. On the paw edema induced by 1% carrageenin in rats, as a model symptom of acute inflammation, the combined oral administrations of Gyegy-Tang extract at a oral dose of 100㎎/㎏ was shown significant effectiveness in 4 hours respectively. in case of chronic inflammation induced by Freund's complete adjuvant, the combined administration of Gyegy-Tang extract at a oral dose of 200㎎/㎏ with acetaminophen at a oral dose of 200㎎/㎏ were remarkably exhibited anti-inflammatory activities in preventive and therapeutic effects. 2. Analgesic activities were examined on the writhing method in mice. The combined oral administration of Gyegy-Tang extract with acetaminophen by following doses ; 100㎎/㎏+200㎎/㎏, 200㎎/㎏+200㎎/㎏, the suppression rates were shown 92.67%, 93.72%, respectively. 3. The inhibitory activities of vascular permeability were studied on leakage of dye into ileum. The combined oral administration of Gyegy-Tang extact 100㎎/㎏ with acetaminophen 100㎎/㎏ was markedly suppressed leakage of dye as 47.89% which is nealy normal value. 4. Anti-pyretic activities were studied on the febrile rat induced by Typhoid vaccine. The combined oral administration of Gyegy-Tang extract 100㎎/㎏ with acetaminophen 200㎎/㎏ was suppressed 0.5℃ more than basal temperature.

        TiNi/Al6061-T6과 TiNi/Al2024-T4 형상기억복합재료에 대한 피로강도기준의 비교

        This study produced a design curve and fatigue limit for a variation in volume ratio and reduction ratio of TiNi/Al composites. In many cases, stress-life curve does not indicate fatigue limit, so it was presented by probabilistic-stress-life curve. Goodman diagram was used to analyze the fatigue strength of materials with a finite life determined by repeated load and the fatigue strength of endurance limit with an infinite life. The fatigue experiment was conducted using the scenk-type plane bending specimen in same shape. The result of the fatigue test, which had been conducted under consistent stress amplitude, was examined. (ⅰ) The optimal condition for TiNi/Al in accordance with hot pressing (ⅱ) Impacts of fatigue limit caused by a variation in reduction ratio and volume ratio of TiNi/Al composites (ⅲ) Probability distribution for fatigue limit of TiNi/Al2024 and TiNi/Al6061.

        A cryogenic butterfly valve is used to transfer the liquefied natural gas (LNG) which temperature is -162 ℃. This valve is core part in the piping system using LNG. This paper performed coupling analysis using FEM to evaluate safety of cryogenic butterfly valve. Flow analysis is calculated numerically the CAE and CFD methods are useful to predict the thermal matter and the inner flow field of the valve. Thermal analysis and structural analysis used ANSYS Workbench.

        특수차량 독립현가형 종감속기의 최적설계에 대한 연구

        Independent suspension axle and final reduction gear for special-purpose vehicles such as a armored vehicles are almost imported in Germany etc. so, developing them is necessary to save cost. In severe condition (open fields, water surface driving, obstacle pass), special-purpose vehicles must work well. Drop box, axle and final reduction gear performed static analysis. We know that is possible weight reduction. The purpose of this paper is to find out the optimal shape of final reduction gear's case by means of response surface methodology. The response surface method is the statistical method which can be applied to the non-sensitivity based optimization. The response surface which is constructed by the least square method contains only the polynomial terms so that the global maximum and minimum points are easily obtained.

        후복막에 발생한 원발성 역분화성 거대 지방육종 1 예

        Dedifferentiated liposarcoma occurs in less than 10% of all liposarcomas and is found most often in the retroperitoneum and extremities. Although cases of the primary dedifferentiated liposarcoma have been sporadically reported internationally, only one case with 8×4.5×4 cm size originated from spermatic cord and one case with 10×7×5 cm size in right gluteal region have been reported in Korea, but not in retroperitoneum. We report one case of the primary giant dedifferentiated liposarcoma occurred in retroperitoneum with 32×22×20 cm size and 4,250 g weight. A 56-year old man was admitted due to the weight loss and diffuse abdominal pain. The abdominal computed tomography showed that a round huge mass was pressing the surrounding structures and showed delayed enhancement. Surgical excision was carried out. Histologically the tumor was composed of well differentiated liposarcomatous area and malignant fibrous histiocytoma-like dedifferentiated area. The patient refused further treatment and now he is undergoing the follow-up. (Korean J Med 62:552-556, 2002)

      • TiNi/Al 형상기억 복합재료의 피로수명 예측

        Shape memory alloy (SMA)has been used to improve the tensile strength of composite materials. Because it produces compressive residual stress in the matrix by using its shape memory effect. In order to fabricate a shape memory alloy composite, TiNi alloy and A12024, Al606l were used as reinforcing material and matrix, respectively. In this study, TiNi/A12024 and TiNi/Al606l shape memory alloy composites were made by the hot press method. The fatigue limit of a shape memory alloy composite determined the volume ratio and reduction ratio. The probabilistic stress-life curve (P-S-N curve) about the shape memory alloy composite makes up using statistical method.
