      • Histamine이 토끼의 순환가호산구수와 임파구수에 미치는 효과

        The author investigated the effect of histamine on the circulatory pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the normal rabbits and the rabbits treated with either bilateral sham-adrenalectomy, unilateral or bilateral adrenalectomy, hypophysectomy, splenectomy, or cervical section. Histamine was injected intramuscularly 0.25 mg. per kg. of body weight, and changes of the peripheral pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts were observed. The results of the studies were statistically analysed and discussed, and are summarized below. 1. In the normal animals injected with histamine, a marked pseudoeosinophilia and lymphopenia were noted. 2. In the bilateral adrenalectomized animals, a leukocytosis due to the influence of the operation was temporarily noted, and after a definite period, there was a tendency to decreased numbers of pseudoeosinophils and to relatively increased numbers of lymphocytes. 3. Effect of histamine on changes of pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the animals, bilaterally sham .and unilaterally adrenalectomized, is identical essentially with the effect that was noted in the normal animals. 4. Injecting histamine 72 hours after bilateral adrenalectomy, revealed no change in pseudoeosinophil count but the relative lymphocytosis was inhibited. Giving histamine 96 hours after bilateral adrenalectomy, produced no. change in pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts. 5. When histamine was injected in the animals treated with hypophysectomy, splenectomy, or cervical section, pseudoeosinophilia and lymphopenia were noted as in the case of the normal animal injected with his tune alone. 6. The adrenals have a role in the mechanism regulating circulatory pseudoeosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the rabbits. 7. Neither hypophysectomy nor splenectomy has any effect on the abnorml picture of peripheral leukocyte counts induced with histamine administration. 8. The abnormal peripheral leukocyte. counts do not seem to be of central origin. 9. It is uncertain whether the abnormal peripheral leukocyte counts induced with histamine injection are the result of direct influence of histamine on the adrenals or of stimulation by this drug to other organs that nay be controlled by the adrenals.

        Facile Precipitation Method for Morphological Tuning of Cu2O Crystals

        We have developed a simple method for tuning the morphologies of Cu2O microcrystals. Cu2O microcrystals were prepared by precipitation at room temperature from a mixture of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, N,N,N',N'- tetramethyl ethylenediamine (TMEDA), ascorbic acid, and polyethylene glycol (PEG). TMEDA was used to promote the formation of copper-TMEDA complexes. A variety of Cu2O microcrystal morphologies were obtained simply by varying the concentrations of TMEDA and ascorbic acid. Aggregated Cu2O microspheres are formed at higher concentrations of ascorbic acid in the absence of TMEDA. Aggregated Cu2O microcubes are formed at lower concentrations of ascorbic acid and higher concentrations of TMEDA. The crystal growth mechanism of these Cu2O morphologies is explained.

        Color Tuning of Light Emitted from the Cathodoluminescence of (Ca1 − xEux)Ga2S4 Phosphors

        (Ca1-xEux)Ga2S4 (x?=?0.10, 0.40, 0.70, 1.0) phosphors were synthesized from CaS, EuS, and Ga2S3 via a solid-state reaction, and their crystal structures were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. Cathodoluminescence (CL) spectra of these phosphors under moderate electron-beam voltages from 4 to 10 kV were investigated to assess their applicability in carbon nanotube field-emission displays. The wavelength at maximum intensity (?max) of the CL spectra changed gradually from 557 to 546?nm with increasing europium-ion mole fraction (x) in the (Ca1-xEux)Ga2S4 phosphors. These bands were attributed to the transitions from the lowest energy level of the 4f65d1 excited state to the 4f7 (8S7/2) ground state of the Eu2+ ions. The blue shift of this wavelength was interpreted on the basis of the crystal structures of the phosphors. The color of light emitted from the (Ca1-xEux)Ga2S4 phosphors was confirmed to be tunable.

        배과원에서 교미교란제를 이용한 복숭아순나방과 사과애모무늬잎말이나방 발생소장과 방제

        본 연구는 배 과원에서 과실과 신초 등에 피해를 주는 복숭아순나방과 사과애모무늬잎말이나방에 대한 교미교란제의 효과를 검토하기 위해 수행하였다. 2007년에 복숭아순나방은 4회의 발생 peak를 보였으나 처리에 따라 약간 다르게 나타났다. 관행방제의 경우 4월 중 하순에 가장 많은 수가 포획되었고, 6월 중순, 8월 중순, 9월 상.중순에 각각 발생 peak를 보였으나 무방제구의 경우, 4월 발생량은 미미하였다. 사과애모무늬잎말이나방도 4회의 발생 peak를 보였다. 교미교란제 처리구에서는 예찰트랩으로 거의 포획되지 않았고, 무방제구와 관행방제구에서는 유사하게 포획되었다. 배 과원 나방류의 피해는 2006년의 경우, 사과애모무늬잎말이나방에 대한 교미교란제 처리구와 관행방제구간에는 유의성이 있었으며, 특히 교미교란제처리구에 살충제 처리내용에 따라 8월의 피해엽율간에는 유의성이 달랐고, 복숭아순나방에 의한 신초와 수확한 과실에서도 유사한 결과를 보였다. This study investigated the efficiency of mating disrupters for the control of Grapholita molesta(Busck) and Adoxophyes orana in pear orchards. G. molesta was shown 4 peak occurrence, which were different according to treatments. In conventional control, many moths were captured in mid and late April and peaks occurred in mid June, August, and early-mid September. In the non-control treatment, there were low populations in April. A. orana also appeared to 4 peak in 2007. Moths were rarely captured in mating disrupter treatment but many were captured in both the non-control and in conventional treatment. A. orana damage differed significantly between mating disrupter use and conventional control in 2006. Especially, the difference was significant between conventional control and mating disrupter to leaf damage in August, and there were similar results in the damage by G. molesta in the shoots and fruits.

        제품 색채의 기호적 속성에 관한 연구

        색채는 다변화하는 환경에 전략적 가치를 부여하는 연구 분야이며 색채의 전략적 활용에 대한 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 상황 인식을 바탕으로 ``색채를 통한 시각적 커뮤니케이션이 어떻게 이루어지는가`` 에 대하여 색채와 기호, 두 분야의 유기적인 조화를 통하여 논리적으로 설명하거나 정량화 하기 어려운 색채를 시각 기호(Visual Sign)로 정의하고 그에 관한 이론적 체계를 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업적 측면에서 기호학적 학문을 토대로 색채의 전략적 활용 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 색채의 시각적 커뮤니케이션을 설명하는 데 필요한 이론과 용어를 기호에 관한 학문인 기호학(Semiotics)과 결합하여 설명하고자 한다. 색채기호의 속성은 감성적 색채 기호·인지적 색채 기호·물리적 색채기호·공감각적 색채 기호·문화적 색채 기호로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 색채기호의 전략적 활용 방안은 위의 다섯 가지 유형에 의해 공통점을 도출하고 색채 계획에 있어 색채 기호의 전략적 활용방안을 모색하여 정체성(Identity) 강화를 위한 색채 기호전략·미적인 감성 향상을 위한 색채 기호전략·사용성 향상을 위한 색채 기호전략·속성 전달을 위한 색채 기호전략을 제안한다. 본 연구자가 제안한 색채 기호전략은 색채 계획에서 논리와 직관, 미학과 감성사이의 균형을 이루게 해주는 방안이 될 것이다. 또한 색채 적용에 있어 불확실성과 실패율을 최소화하게 해주는 가치기준으로서의 역할을 하게 될 것이다. 차후 연구에는 보다 포괄적인 유형 연구에 의해 세분화된 색채 기호전략에 대한 제안이 보강되어야 하겠다. The study of color is the field of study that allows diversification of environment the strategic value. Based on these recognitions of circumstances, this report will systematically study semiotics of color and try to answer the question "How does visual communication work through color?" through both the field of color, the field of sign, and the harmony of the both fields. Thus, this study will define the color-that is hard to explain logically or to be quantified-as visual sign and research the theoretical system of it. The purpose of this study is to search, as a corporative view, for a program through systematical and practical use of the color based on the knowledge of semiotics. The property of the color signs can be divided into emotional color sign, recognitive color sign, physical color sign, synesthetic color sign and cultural color sign. The strategy of the practical use of the color sign is to come up with common features among five types of the color signs. In the planning of the color sign, the strategic color management of identity, the strategic color management of sensitivity, the strategic color management of usability, and the strategic color management of quality are suggested. The suggested color sign strategy of this study will help balance between the logic, intuition, esthetics, and sensitivity in the planning of the color sign. Moreover, this study will acts as an assessment tool to minimize the uncertainty and failure in applying the color. In the future study, the detailed suggestions on the strategic color management should be added by comprehensive research.
