유기질비료와 토양 미생물제제의 시용이 배추(Brassiea campestris L.)와 상추(Lactuca sativa L.)의 수량에 미치는 영향

돈분발효퇴비(P)와 혼합유박비료(B, F), 부산물퇴비(D) 4종의 유기질비료와 토양 미생물제제(M)의 시용 효과를 규명하기 위하여 배추와 상치를 공시작물로 시설하우스에서 재배하면서 생육 및 수량을 조사하였다. 유기질비료의 추천 시비량 처리구에서 수량이 가장 좋았으며, 과량 처리구에서는 비해가 발생하였으나, 미생물제제의 혼용에 의해 현저한 비해 감소 현상을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 같은 비종 및 동일한 시용량 처리구에서도 미생물제제를 혼용하였을 때 생육이 안정되었으며, 수량도 높은 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 유기질비료의 과량처리는 비해가 발생할 수 있으며, 미생물제제의 시용으로 생육 및 수량이 향상되었다. This study was carried out to investigate about the effect of organic fertilizers(Pig manure fermentation compost; P, Organic fertilizer; B, F, Compost; D, and microorganism; M) on the growth and yield of the chinese cabbage and lactuca. At the standard applicated-amounts plot of organic fertilizer have appeared the best yield, but another the excess amount plot came into existence damage of fertilizer. However, according to the co-application of microorganism appeared certainly decreasing damage of fertilizers. Also at the same fertilizer and applicated-amounts plots were the higher than an-application of microorganism on the growth and yield. In conclusion, the excess application of organic fertilizer should be occurred fertilizer damages and increased on the growth and yield by use of microorganism.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the structural system used in modern architecture and the form and spatial composition of the buildings. The principle in stabilization of structures is closely related to the architectural form. That is, in order to stabilize a building, a special type of structural system is required and consequently shows up with consistent characteristics in the architectural form. Modern architecture can be classified into skeleton structure, trusses structure, and space structure according to the structural characteristics. Skeleton structure is then divided into a perpendicular form and tapered form. Trusses structure is categorized as dome-shaped structure and slab-shaped structure, and space structure can be divided into compressible space structure and tensile space structure. When classifies the modern building with the aspect of architectural effect, there is a possibility of trying to divide with effect of production, and its expression. Effect of production mean structural system and effect of expression mean space and plan.
신체활동 증진 애플리케이션을 위한 강화계획: 강화물의 초기값과 증가율의 탐색

While mobile applications, a type of mobile health (mHealth), have been widely used for achieving physical and mental health objectives, evidence on the effectiveness of mobile applications is limited. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness, cost-effectiveness, and durability of three reinforcement systems that are applicable to mHealth applications. For this purpose, a total of 66 college students (16 males and 50 females) were randomly assigned to the following three groups: the big initial magnitude-10% escalating rate group (Group 1), the moderate initial magnitude-25% escalating rate group (Group 2), and the small initial magnitude-100% escalating rate (Group 3). After 66 days of intervention, the results showed that participants in Group 2 had significantly increased walking behavior compared to participants in Group 1 and significantly increased total physical activity compared to participants in Group 3. In terms of cost-effectiveness, participants in Group 2 and Group 3 showed significantly increased walking behavior per provided reinforcer amount compared to participants in Group 1. In addition, durability of the effects on walking behavior in all groups was found at 66 days after the intervention, but durability of the effects on self-reported total physical activity and walking was not found. Implications and limitations are further discussed. 최근 모바일 기기와 무선기술을 활용한 의료지원과 공중보건사업을 일컫는 mobile health (mHealth) 중 애플리케이션이 신체 및 정신건강 영역에 적극적으로 활용되고 있으나, 그 효과성에 대한 근거는 매우 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 걷기 및 신체활동 증진을 목적으로 하는 mHealth 애플리케이션에 적용할 수 있는 효과적이고 효율적인 강화계획을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 강화물의 초기값과 증가율을 조작한 세 가지 증가강화계획 프로그램(큰 초기값-10% 증가율, 중간 초기값-25% 증가율, 작은 초기값-100% 증가율)을 설계하고, 이의 상대적 효과성과 비용 효율성을 검증하기 위해 대학생 66명(남 16명, 여 50명)을 세 가지 프로그램에 무선할당하여 66일간 개입을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 개입의 효과성 측면에서, 중간 초기값-25% 증가율 집단에서 큰 초기값-10% 증가율 집단에 비해 걸음 수 증가량이 유의하게 컸고, 작은 초기값-100% 증가율 집단에 비해 총 신체활동 증가량이 유의하게 컸다. 다음으로 개입의 비용 효율성의 측면에서, 중간 초기값-25% 증가율 집단과 작은 초기값-100% 증가율 집단에서 큰 초기값-10% 증가율 집단에 비해 사용된 강화물 대비 걸음 수 증가량이 유의하게 컸다. 마지막으로, 개입 종료 66일 후의 추적 조사에서 집단에 관계없이 개입 기간 증가한 걸음 수는 유지되었으나, 자기보고를 통해 증가한 것으로 나타난 총 신체활동량 및 걷기 활동량은 유지되지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 임상적 함의와 한계점에 대해서 논의하였다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of job satisfaction of the persons who are engaged in welfare facilities for the aged and to analyze the influences of individual factors, organizational characteristics. Method : For the method of survey for this study, research was done for the pertinent literature and questionnaire survey on the job satisfaction of the persons engaged in the welfare facilities for the aged in Ulsan region was conducted. Results : There was no significant difference in the personal factor, population sociologic trait, majors or licenses and job satisfaction level according to affiliated organization of workers in welfare facilities for the aged. As the compensation fairness, job security, participation value among organization trait factors are high and the relationship with the boss is good, job satisfaction level was high. Facility satisfaction level showed significant correlation of apparent amount as the result of analyzing correlation. : Conclusion : Duty fulfillment must be done faithfully through increase of wages, enhancement of unofficial relationship with boss and coworkers, improvement of qualifications and expertness in personnel system and position support, to improve the quality of life.
