지진 시 수직형 수소 저장용기의 거동 특성 분석 및 안전성에 관한 해석적 연구

일반적으로 대용량의 수소를 저장하기 위해 사용되는 수직형 원통 용기는 강재로 제작되며, 사용 환경을 고려하여 제작된 받침 콘크리트 상부에 기초 슬래브에 선 설치된 앵커로 고정하는 방식이 사용된다. 이와 같은 방식은 지진과 같은 외력이 작용될 시 정착부에 응력이집중될 수 있으며, 앵커 및 콘크리트 손상으로 인한 구조물의 전도 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구는 현장 조사를 통한 실제 운용중인 수직형 수소 저장용기를 특정하여 3차원 유한요소로 모델링하였고, 비 구조 요소의 내진 성능 검토에 사용되는 ICC - ES AC 156의 인공 지진 및 규모5.0 이상의 국내 기록지진을 적용하여 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 실제 규모로 제작된 구조물을 대상으로 실험을 진행하는 것이 타당하지만 현실적 제약으로 수행하기에 어려움이 있어 해석적 접근 방식을 통하여 대상 구조물의 안전성을 검토하였다. 거동 특성의 경우 지진동에 의해 발생된 구조물의 응답 가속도는 검토되는 지진 하중 대비 평균적으로 10 배 이상 크게 증폭이 되는 것으로 나타났으며, 무게 중심이 위치되는 지점으로 전달될수록 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 취약 부위로 예상되는 하부 시스템(지지 기둥 및 앵커 정착부)의 경우 허용 응력을 만족하는 것으로나타났지만, 정착을 위한 받침 콘크리트의 쪼갬 및 인장 강도는 허용 응력 대비 약 5 % 정도의 여유만이 있어 이에 대한 대처 방안이 요구된다. 본 논문에서 제시된 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 진동대 시험을 통하여 수행이 되는 수소저장 용기 제작에 필요한 설계 하중 및 조건 등의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In general, large-capacity hydrogen storage vessels, typically in the form of vertical cylindrical vessels, are constructed using steel materials. These vessels are anchored to foundation slabs that are specially designed to suit the environmental conditions. This anchoring method involves pre-installed anchors on top of the concrete foundation slab. However, it's important to note that such a design can result in concentrated stresses at the anchoring points when external forces, such as seismic events, are at play. This may lead to potential structural damage due to anchor and concrete damage. For this reason, in this study, it selected an vertical hydrogen storage vessel based on site observations and created a 3D finite element model. Artificial seismic motions made following the procedures specified in ICC-ES AC 156, as well as domestic recorded earthquakes with a magnitude greater than 5.0, were applied to analyze the structural behavior and performance of the target structures. Conducting experiments on a structure built to actual scale would be ideal, but due to practical constraints, it proved challenging to execute. Therefore, it opted for an analytical approach to assess the safety of the target structure. Regarding the structural response characteristics, the acceleration induced by seismic motion was observed to amplify by approximately ten times compared to the input seismic motions. Additionally, there was a tendency for a decrease in amplification as the response acceleration was transmitted to the point where the centre of gravity is located. For the vulnerable components, specifically the sub-system (support columns and anchorages), the stress levels were found to satisfy the allowable stress criteria. However, the concrete's tensile strength exhibited only about a 5% margin of safety compared to the allowable stress. This indicates the need for mitigation strategies in addressing these concerns. Based on the research findings presented in this paper, it is anticipated that predictable load information for the design of storage vessels required for future shaking table tests will be provided.

As a set of Green Belt adjustment policy, the government announced in Jan, 2002 that residential estates with 100 thousands rental houses for low income non-owner would be constructed around the large cities including within the Green Belt of Seoul Metropolis. Hence in terms of urban environmental management, the Lease Housing Development Plan(LHDP) within the Green Belt will be able to bring about the negative impact on the adjacent cities' environment and inner project area as well. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to draw up the environmental performance appraisal on LHDPs within Green Belt. The results of this paper, within 3 viewpoints of locational adequacy, environmental relevance of land use allocation and possibility of environmental deterioration, can be summarized as follows: First, in aspect of development location, the concept of Environmental Land Suitability Analysis is not applied to site selection and development activites allocation in LHDP. Futhermore the all of LHDPs are however little considering the Green Network concept that is ecological linkage between green spaces. Second, the LHDPs are bearing the dormant problems in the scope of land-use's environmental relevance, judging on the small area for detached houses with green space, high density with upper 250 persons/ha, park & green space rate of less than 20%(25% is optimum for environmentally sound residence) and lacks of natural landscape & visual consideration. Third, the LHDP has high possibility to cause inter-city co-urbanization, degradation of both sides' living environment, insufficient infra network and social services sharing, and nonpreparation for environmental & landscape management plan in advance of the LHDP.
알레르기성 비염 흰쥐모델에서 理中湯合敗毒散이 비염치료에 미치는 영향

Background and Objectives: Recently the incidence of allergic rhinitis has increased but treatment in most cases has only dealt with the symptoms. Medicine has been developed that shows fewer side effects. However, some side effects and the psychological stress over taking medicine have remained. There have been no studies so far performed on the effect of Lizhongtang plus Baidusan Extract. This study aimed to find out the therapeutic effects of its exclusive use in rats with Allergic Rhinitis. Materials and Methods : Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups: the control group, the cetirizine HCI group and the sample group. To induce allergic rhinitis in the control group, the cetirizine HCI group and the sample group, rats were sensitized intraperitoneally with 0.1$\%$ ovalumin solution 3 times at an interval of I week. Then intranasal sensitization was performed by diffusing 0.1$\%$ ovalumin solution 3 times at an interval of 2 days. After that time, rats of the cetirizine HCI group were orally administered with cetirizine HCI. Rats of the sample group were treated with Lizhongtang plus Baidusan Ex. for 28 days. We observed changes in nasal mucosa and submucosa. Also we found changes in the segment of neutrophil and lympocyte in Leukocyte. We used the statistical methods of ANOVA test(p 〈0.05). Results: The loss of the cilium and the secretion of mucus in the treated group was rare when compared to control group. Effects of Lizhongtang plus Baidusan Ex. on the liver function were also studied in rats. Treatment of Lizhongtang plus Baidusan Ex. did not affect AST and ALT. The segment of neutrophil was significantly increased in the treated group when compared with the control group and the cetirizine HCI group(p 〈0.05). The segment of lympocyte was significantly decreased in the treated group when compared with the control group and the cetirizine HCI group(p 〈0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that Lizhongtang plus Baidusan Ex. decreases the inflammatory response in rats with Allergic Rhinitis.
비행 피해와 부정적인 감정이 비행에 미치는 영향의 성차 - Agnew의 일반 긴장이론의 검증 -

Victimization experiences are widely recognized as an important source of strain in adolescents. Victimization experiences may also cause delinquency. Agnew’s general strain theory suggests that victimization as strain generates negative emotions providing motivation for delinquency as copying strategy. This study investigates gender differences in the effects of victimization and negative emotions on delinquency. Based on Agnew's general strain theory, this study hypothesizes that males experience higher levels of victimization than females; the effect of victimization on aggression for males is stronger than females, whereas the effect of victimization on depression for females is stronger than males; the effects of aggression and depression on delinquency for males are stronger than females. Three-wave data from the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey are used to test hypotheses. The results show that males are more likely to be victimized; victimization positively affects depression for males, whereas victimization positively affects aggression and depression for females; the effect of aggression on delinquency for females is stronger than males; depression negatively affects delinquency for females. This study suggests that the process of victimization and negative emotions affecting delinquency based on general strain theory is more applicable for females. The counselling therapy programs and policies for females are required because females are more vulnerable to the psychological distress of victimization.
理中湯合敗毒散의 알레르기성 비염 치료효과에 대한 임상적 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this clinical report was to estimate the efficacy of Lizhongtang plus Baidusan(理中湯合敗毒散) on allergic rhinitis. Methods : We prescribed Lizhongtang plus Baidusan(理中湯合敗毒散) for 15 patients who visited Kabsan oriental clinic with allergic rhinitis. We inquired into distribution of age, case history period, improvement of symptoms, etc. We used the statistical methods of student t-test in order to analysis of the different of symptom before and after treatment(p 〈0.05). Results : 1. The distribution of sex & age was as follows; Total patient were women. 10-19 years 2 cases, , 30-39 years 5 cases, 40-49 years 6 cases and 50-59 years 2 cases. 2. The case of history period was as follows; under a year 1 case, 1-3 years 3 cases, 3-5 years 2 cases, 5-10 years 4 cases and over 10 years 5 cases. 3. The amount of herbal medicine they took as follows: 1 je(劑) 1 case, 2 je(劑) 7 cases, 3 je(劑) 5 cases and 4 je(劑) 2 cases. 4. The frequency of acupuncture and moxibustion was as follows; under 5 times 1 case, 6-10 times 10 cases, 11-15 times 3 cases, over 16 times 1 case. 5. The nasal symptoms except the nasal mucosa color(pale) were improved significantly after treatment(p 〈0.05). 6 The general symptoms except menstruation pain were improved significantly after treatment(p 〈0.05). 7. The curative influence of rhinitis by Lizhongtang plus Baidusan(理中湯合敗毒散) was as follows excellent 2 cases. good 11 cases, ineffectiveness 2 cases. Conclusion: If we administer Lizhongtang plus Baidusan(理中湯合敗毒散) to allergic rhinitis patients with cold in the Zhong Jiao of deficiency type (中焦虛寒), it improves not only allergic symptoms such as the watery rhinorrhea, turbinate swelling, sneeze, nasal obstruction, etc but also coldness of the limbs(手足冷症), dyspepsia, dysmenorrhea, etc. Therefore, we consider that administration of Lizhongtang plus Baidusan(理中湯合敗毒散) to allergic rhinitis patients with cold in the Zhong Jiao of deficiency type (中焦虛寒) improves in quality of life, as removes inconvenience of life and stress.
