베이나이트계 후판강의 모재 및 열영향부의 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 화학 조성의 영향

In this study, three kinds of bainitic steel plates are manufactured by varying the chemical compositions and their microstructures are analyzed. Tensile and Charpy impact tests are performed at room and low temperature to investigate the correlation between microstructure and mechanical properties. In addition, heat affected zone (HAZ) specimens are fabricated by a simulation of welding processes, and the HAZ microstructure is analyzed. The base steel that has the lowest carbon equivalent has the highest volume fraction of acicular ferrite and the lowest volume fraction of secondary phases, so the strength is the lowest and the elongation is the highest. The Mo steel has a higher volume fraction of granular bainite and more secondary phases than the base steel, so the strength is high and the elongation is low. The CrNi steel has the highest volume fraction of the secondary phases, so the strength is the highest and elongation is the lowest. The tensile properties of the steels, namely, strength and elongation, have a linear correlation with the volume fraction of secondary phases. The Mo steel has the lowest Charpy impact energy at $-80^{\circ}C$ because of coarse granular bainite. In the Base-HAZ and Mo-HAZ specimens, the hardness increases as the volume fraction of martensite-austenite constituents increases. In the CrNi-HAZ specimen, however, hardness increases as the volume fraction of martensite and bainitic ferrite increases.

근전도로 3회 추적관찰한 총비골신경마비 축색단열증에 대한 한방치험 1례

In Oriental Medicine, mononeuropathy belongs to <WiZeng(萎症)> or <MaMok(麻木)>. Common peroneal neuropathy(CPN) is the most frequently encountered mononeuropathy in the lower extremity. It is usually caused by direct surgery injury, compression, leg crossing, trauma, traction etc, occasionally by nerve tumor. A 47-year-old healthy man was complained of the sudden development of left foot drop and sensory manifestation owing to suspected compression and habitual leg-crossing. Acupuncture along with bee-venom acupuncture, moxibustion was performed mainly at Stomach and Gallbladder Meridian specially ST36, ST37, ST40, GB34 and GB39. Nerve conduction study and electromyography was also performed three times. Symtoms was relieved fast, and full recovery took about 110 days. Acupuncture and bee-venom acupuncture are considered to be beneficial to CPN. More clinical trials and studies are needed.

급격한 용존산소량 증가에 순응한 꺽지(Coreoperca herzi)와 모래무지(Pseudogobioesocinus) 젖산탈수소효소 활성과 동위효소의 변화

용존산소(DO)의 급격한 증가에 순응된 꺽지(Coreoperca herzi)와 모래무지(Pseudogobio esocinus) 조직내 젖산탈수소효소(EC 1.1.1.27, lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)의 대사와 $C_4$ 동위효소를 확인하였다. DO 18 ppm에 갑작스럽게 순응시 꺽지 LDH활성은 뇌와 간조직에서 각각 $35-39\%$ 변화되었고, 다른 조직에서는 $20\%$이내로 변화가 적었다. 골격근조직은 LDH $A_4$ 동위효소가 증가되고 하부단위체 C를 포함하는 동위효소는 감소되었다. 심장조직은 $B_4$ 동위효소가 조금 증가되었다. 신장조직도 $B_4$가 증가하고 눈 조직은 eye-specific $C_4$와 C hybrid가 감소되어 조절되었다. DO 증가에 갑작스럽게 순응한 모래무지 간조직에서 LDH 활성은 30분에서 급격하게 $150\%$이상 크게 증가되었고, 다른 조직에서는 $70\%$ 이상 변화되었다. 그리고 골격근조직은 $A_4$ 동위효소가 증가하고 다른 조직들에서는 $B_4$가 증가되었으며 특히 간 조직의 대사는 liver-specific $C_4$가 증가하고 $A_4$ 는 감소되어 조절되었다. 그러나 꺽지 눈 조직의 대사는 LDH 활성이 감소하고 eye-specific $C_4$ 동위효소가 감소되어 조절되었다. 따라서 DO증가에 순응시 모래무지는 꺽지에 비해 LDH 활성이 크게 증가되었고 동위효소의 변화정도도 크게 나타났으며, eye-spe-cific $C_4$와 liver-specific $C_4$ 동위효소는 lactate oxidase로서 대사를 조절하였다. 그러므로 환경변화에 순응하여 나타나는 대사는 종이 이전에 어떤 서식조건에 적응되었는가에 따라 다른 것으로 사료된다. The metabolism of lactate dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.1.27, LDH) and $C_4$ isozyme were studied in tissues of Coreoperca herzi and Pseudogobio esocinus acclimated to rapid increase of dissolved oxygen (DO). In C. herzi the LDH activity was changed $35-39\%$ in brain and liver tissues, and within $20\%$ in other tissues. The $B_4$ isozyme was increased and isozyme containing subunit C was decreased in muscle tissue. The $B_4$ isozyme was increased in heart and kidney. In P. esocinus, the LDH activity in liver tissues was largely increased to $150\%$ for 30 minute and $70\%$ in other tissues. The $A_4$ isozyme was increased in muscle and $B_4$ isozyme was increased in other tissues. Especially, the metabolism of liver tissue in P. esocinus was regulated by increasing liver-specific $C_4$ and decreasing $A_4$ isozyme. But the metabolism of eye tissue in C. herzi was regulated by decreasing LDH activity and eye-specific $C_4$ isozyme. The LDH activity and LDH isozyme in P. esocinus were largely increased than C. herzi acclimated to rapid increase of DO. And eye-specific $C_4$ and liver-specific $C_4$ isozymes played role as lactate oxidase. Therefore, the response of species acclimated to rapid increase of DO seems to be variable, perhaps due to prior exposure to environmental conditions.

경견부 근막통증증후군에 대한 침치료 효과와 압통역치의 변화

Objective : This study was performed to confirm the effects of acupuncture on myofascial pain syndrome(MPS) through the change of visual analogue scale(VAS) and pain pressure threshold(PPT) and the usefulness of pressure algometer on the evaluation of pain. Methods : We perfomed this study with 20 outpatients complaining of upper back pain. Before acupuncture therapy(AT), immediately after AT and 2-3 days after AT, we respectively checked visual analogue scale(VAS) and pain pressure threshold(PPT) through pressure algometer, with patients seated and relaxed. The PPT was checked at major trigger point of upper trapezius, levator scapulae, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, rhomboideus minor. and the patients were needled at the same points and maintained for 15 minutes. Results : VAS of immediately after AT was mild higher than that of before AT, but not significantly different. and VAS of 2-3 days after AT was significantly lower than before AT and immediately after AT. PPT of immediately after AT was lower than before PT, but not significantly different. PPT of 2-3 days after AT was significantly higher than that of before AT and immediately after AT. Also PPT was significantly correlated with VAS. Conclusion : PPT of omen was signicantly lower than that of men. and there was no significant difference by age. PPT was increased according to pain duration. Effectiveness of acupuncture on myofascial pain syndrome through PPT and VAS is showed at 2-3 days after AT rather than immediatly after AT. and pressure algometer is useful for the evaluation of Acupuncture therapy on myofascial pain syndrome.

ARIT 기법을 이용한 메신저 피싱 대응방안에 관한 연구

IT기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 인터넷 상에서 많은 사람들이 메신저를 이용해 실시간으로 대화를 나누거나 업무처리를 위한 파일 공유 등에 메신저를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 이런 편리성을 이용해 금전 요구 등의 메신저 피싱 범죄가 발생하고 있으며, 범죄자가 자신이 접속한 IP 주소를 은닉하기 위하여 Proxy와 같은 우회기법을 사용할 경우 범죄자의 Real IP 주소를 확인하는 것은 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문은 ARIT 기법을 이용해 2채널 방식으로 접속 IP 주소와 ARIT Agent를 이용해 얻은 Real IP 주소를 수집하여 별도의 확인 과정을 거친 후, 사용자가 정상적인 방법으로 접속했는지 여부를 판단하여 사전에 발생할 수 있는 메신저 피싱에 대응할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. With the rapid development of IT technologies, many people talk to each other in real time on-line using messenger or use the messenger to share files for work. However, using this convenience, phishing crimes occur: e.g. demanding money, and if a criminal uses a bypassing technique like proxy in order to hide the IP address the criminal has used to log on, it is in fact, difficult to find the criminal's real IP address. This paper will propose a plan to measure against messenger phishing that may occur in advance by collecting the IP address with which a user has used in a dual channel mode and the real IP address obtained by ARIT Agent using ARIT technique, going through a separate identification process and deciding whether the user has accessed in a normal method.

햄스터와 소의 젖산탈수소효소에 대한 미토콘드리아 inhibitor의 영향

젖산탈수소효소(EC 1.1.1.27, lactate dehydrogenase, LDH) inhibitor는 햄스터와 소 골격근 미토콘드리아에서 분리하였다. 햄스터 골격근조직의 LDH inhibitor는 175 mM NaCl과 초음파로 분리하였다. 소 골격근조직의 미토콘드리아에서 분리된 inhibitor는 열에 강한 특성을 보였고, $A_4$ 동위효소에 대한 저해정도가 높았으며, 분자량은 22,000 kDa으로 나타났다. Inhibitor는 심장조직을 제외한 골격근, 신장 및 간 조직의 미토콘드리아에서 LDH 결합 시 중요하게 관여하고 있었다. The lactate dehydrogenase (EC 1.1.1.27, LDH) inhibitors were isolated from the LDH-free crude mitochondrial fraction of skeletal muscle in Syrian hamster (Mesocricetus auratus) and Korean native cattle (Bos taurus coreanae). The LDH inhibitor in skeletal muscle of M. auratus was successfully isolated by the treatment with 175 mM NaCl and ultrasonic. The LDH inhibitor in skeletal muscle of B. taurus coreanae was highly stable to heat and LDH fu isozyme was largely inhibited by the LDH inhibitor. The molecular weight of inhibitor was 22 kDa. Inhibitor played an important role in the binding of LDH with the mitochondria in tissues of skeletal muscle, kidney and liver except heart.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to search the descriptions of feces in the text of Lee, Je-Ma for the physiological feces and pathological feces in constitutional medicine. 2. Methods We searched the descriptions of feces mentioned in the text of $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsinchukbon$\lrcorner$ and classified the feces into physiological feces and pathological feces by the solidity, color, impurities of feces, and the frequency of defecation. 3. Results For Soyangin and Taeyangin, there are formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation in Dongyisusebowon sasang chobongwon, but for Soeumin and Taeumin, there is not formal description of feces related to the constipation in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$ and for all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsasangchobongwon$\lrcorner$. For all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$, except Taeumin. and for all 4 Type Constitution, yhere are various formal descriptions of feces related to the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowongabobon$\lrcorner$. For Soeumin, especially there are the formal descriptions of color and impurities of feces. For all 4 Type Constitution, there are various formal descriptions of feces related to the constipation and the diarrhea in $\ulcorner$Dongyisusebowonsinchukbon$\lrcorner$. For Soeumin, especially there are formal descriptions of color and impurities of feces. 4. Conclusions The diarrhea in Soeumin is serious illness rather than the constipation, and the constipation in Soyangin is serious illness rather than diarrhea. Especially In Yin Exhausted Syndrome in Soyangin, the diarrhea is the important standard of diagnosis in Soyangin's constitutional symptom. The description of feces in Taeumin is not systematic, compared with Soeumin's and Soyangin's. The description of feces in Taeyangin is not yet scientifically established compared with Soeumin's, Soyangin's, Taeumin's.

외상성 뇌손상으로 인지기능 장애가 유발된 소음인 환자 치험 1례

1. Objectives The purpose of this case is to report that a Soeumin patient with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury needed to be managed with the consideration of the difference of Nature and Emotion(性情). 2. Methods To evaluate the patient's cognition disorder and mental state, we performed the MMSE(Mini-Mental State Examination) and the MMPI(Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory). and he was diagnosed as Soeumin and treated by Kwakhyangchungki-san(藿香正氣散) mainly. 3. Results and Conclusions (1) In this case, we observed specifically-biased Nature and Emotion(性情) of Soeumin like ‘恒欲處而不欲出’, ‘恒欲爲雌而不欲爲雄’, ‘喜別人之助己也’. ‘喜好不定’, ‘不安定之心’ (2) The management of Soeumin with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury is that he or she should live together his or her family, and have an active manner with a generous and broad-minded mental attitude. (3) A therapist must give a patient mental support and inspire him or her with courage. (4) The deviation of Nature and Emotion(性情) should be taken into consideration when we manage the patient with cognitive disorder from traumatic head injury.
