        부모-자녀 의사소통 및 양성평등의식이 청소년의 행동문제에 미치는 영향

        This study examine that how adolescence's behavior problem appear differently according to gender and communications with parents. Also this study test how their gender equality recognition affect to the behavior problems. 350 high school students living with parents of the four high school located in the metropolitan area took part in this study. The following summary shows the result of the study. Girls conceived their communications with their mother easier and more comfortable compared than boys did, and boys conceived commucations more difficult with their father. In the case of consciousness of gender equality, girl get a high score all the factors compared than boys. Boys have more trouble in external behavior problem when they recognize high gender equality concern, while girls go down external behavior problem when job career level goes up. These result pointed out that for going down behavior problem specialized gender equality education was needed by each gender. 본 연구에서는 남녀 청소년이 지각하는 부모-자녀간 의사소통과 양성평등의식이 행동문제에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역에서 양쪽 부모와 함께 거주하는 남녀 고등학생 350명의 설문조사자료를 이용하여 t-test, 상관계수, 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 여자 청소년이 남자 청소년보다 어머니와 더 개방적으로 의사소통을 하고, 남자 청소년이 여자 청소년보다 아버지와 의사소통을 부정적으로 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 양성평등의식의 경우 여자 청소년이 남자 청소년보다 모든 하위 영역에서 높게 나타났다. 여자 청소년의 경우 아버지․어머니 모두 문제형 의사소통을 한다고 지각할 때 외현화․내재화 행동문제에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 남자 청소년의 경우 내재화 행동문제에서 어머니와 개방적인 의사소통을 한다고 지각할 때 행동문제가 적은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 남자 청소년은 사회문화생활에서의 양성평등의식이 높아질수록 외현화 행동문제가 많아지며, 여자 청소년은 직업생활에서의 양성평등의식이 높아질수록 외현화 행동문제가 적어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 행동문제를 예방하기 위해서는 청소년 성별에 따라 양성평등의식의 하위요인별 차별화된 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

        Evaluation of Skeletal and Dental Maturity in Relation to Vertical Facial Types and the Sex of Growing Children

        이 후향적 연구의 목적은 한국 성장기 아동의 수직적인 안모 형태와 성별에 따라 골격적 성숙도와 치아의 성숙도를 평가하는 것이다. 총 184명의 8 - 14세 소아∙청소년을 대상으로 진행하였다. 하악평면각을 기준으로 3개의 군으로 나누었으며 성별 간 비교를 위해 3개의 군을 각각 남아와 여아의 하위 군으로 나누었다. 골격적 성숙도와 치아 성숙도는 측모두부 방사선 사진, 수완부 방사선 사진, 파노라마 방사선 사진으로 평가하였다. 수직적 성장군은 수평적 성장군보다 경추골 및 수완부 골의 높은 성숙도를 보였다. 치아 성숙도는 수직적 성장군에서 가장 높았다. 남아보다 여아에서 골격적 성숙도가 더 높았으며 치아 성숙도는 성별 간 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 환자의 수직적 안모 형태 분석은 교정치료 시작 시기 결정에 도움이 되는 보조지표를 제공할 수 있으며, 수직적 안모 형태를 보이는 환자의 경우 교정치료를 조기에 시작하는 것을 고려할 수 있다. The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the skeletal and dental maturity according to the vertical facial type and sex in Korean children in the developmental stage. In total, 184 participants aged 8 - 14 years were selected and divided into three groups based on the mandibular plane angle. For the comparison between the sexes, the three groups were each divided into male and female subgroups. The skeletal and dental maturity were assessed using lateral cephalograms, hand-wrist radiographs and panoramic radiographs. The vertical growth group showed significantly greater cervical vertebral and hand-wrist maturity than that in the horizontal growth group. Dental maturity was the highest in the vertical growth group. Girls showed greater skeletal maturity than boys, and no distinct difference was observed between the dental maturity of the sexes. Analysis of the vertical facial type in children can provide ancillary indicators that may help determine the optimal timing for orthodontic treatment initiation. Earlier initiation of orthodontic treatment may be considered for patients with vertical facial growth patterns.

        근거이론과 IPA 방법론을 활용한 고령자 인식 기반 보행환경 영향 요인 분석

        As the proportion of the elderly population continues to increase with the advent of a super-aged society, the need to identify the factors affecting the walking of the elderly living in urban areas is also growing. Meanwhile, existing studies investigating the walking behavior of the elderly have been mainly conducted based on research questions, thereby inducing the differences between elderly individuals' actual experiences and the response options provided in surveys. To solve these problems, this study more accurately analyzed by identifying the factors affecting the walking pattern of the elderly through depth interviews using the grounded theory. Responses were categorized through open and axial codings to derive common opinions on the factors affecting elderly pedestrians. The grounded theory analysis confirmed that walking was reduced owing to the inconvenience experienced when walking and the limitations of response such as lack of resting spaces. New elements such as the interest shown by companions, pets, and young people were also noted. In particular, owing to the increase in pet ownership, the aggressive and erratic behavior of pets when walking was a factor that increased anxiety in older pedestrians. The results were subsequently confirmed through Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) by surveying 222 people of age more than or equal to 60. The IPA showed that quality and convenience were the essential factors in walking that had to be enhanced over time. This study had policy implications in that it derived new factors affecting walking from the perspective of the elderly, reflected them in the analysis process, and evaluated the extent of generalized suitability they showed in the actual environment.

        고려수지요법이 척추마취 수술 후 불편감과 운동 및 감각기능에 미치는 영향

        To examine the effects of Korean hand acupressure on discomfort and motor and sensory recovery after surgery under spinal anesthesia. Thirty patients were sequentially assigned to either a control group (n=15) or an experimental group (n=15). The experimental group received Korean hand acupressure at the sites of N17 (gall bladder), N18 (liver), J23 (kidney), and B4, B5, B6, & B7 (1st∼2nd sacrum and 3∼5th lumbar vertebrae) using T-bongs for 3 hours immediately after surgery. Data were assessed by discomfort VAS scale and scores of motor, touch and pain before and at the time of 1, 2, and 3 hours after intervention. The changes and differences of variables were analyzed by repeated measures' of ANCOVA and t-test. The change of discomfort between the experimental and control was not significant. The changes of motor and sensory (touch and pain) scores were not significant between experimental and control. Korean hand acupressure was not evident to improve discomfort and recovery of motor, touch and pain after surgery with spinal anesthesia. Because the motor and sensory function has been nearly recovered from spinal anesthesia within 1 hour, it is suggested to evaluate the motor, touch, and pain changes within 1 hour just after surgery with the larger sample size. 본 연구는 고려수지요법이 척추 마취 수술을 받은 환자의 마취회복기 동안 불편감과 운동기능 및 감각기능 회복에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 비뇨기과와 일반외과 수술을 받은 미국 마취과 협회 마취환자 1군과 2군이고 동일한 척추마취방법 하에 척추 마취높이 T8, 척추마취 최고 차단 높이가 T10에 도달한 환자로 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의를 한 대상자이다. 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 설계의 유사실험으로 검정력 분석에 따라 대조군 17명과 고려수지요법을 적용한 실험군 17명에게 불편감과 운동기능 및 감각기능을 측정하였다. 수술 중 전신마취로 전환한 4명이 탈락하여 실험군 15명과 대조군 15명의 자료를 분석하였다. 불편감과 운동기능 및 감각기능과 관련된 고려수지요법 내장 상응도에 의해 N17(담낭), N18(간장), J23(신장), B4, B5, B6, B7(1-2 천골과 3-5 요추) 부위에 수술직후부터 3시간 동안 T봉을 부착하였고 1시간 간격으로 불편감과 운동기능 및 감각기능을 측정하였다. 자료는 SAS/ STAT version 8.1을 이용하여 카이제곱검정, t-검정, 반복측정공분산분석으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 실험군과 대조군간의 불편감, 하지의 운동기능, 촉각과 통각의 감각기능 변화는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않아 고려수지요법의 효과를 확인할 수 없었다. 그러나 본 연구는 마취 후 운동기능과 감각기능 회복에 대한 간호 연구를 처음 시도했고, 관찰과 환자의 주관적인 보고에 의존하지 않고 객관적인 신경학적 피부분절 도구를 이용하여 마취 높이에 따른 운동과 감각기능을 사정하였다는 점에 의의를 둘 수 있다. 또한 마취 회복 후 1시간 내에 운동과 감각 기능이 회복되는 것을 확인하였으므로 일반화를 위해 대상자 수를 확대하여 고려수지요법적용 후 1시간 이내의 변화를 확인하는 추후 연구 수행을 제언한다.

        The Effect of Abusive Supervision on Subordinates’ Displaced Aggression: Focusing on the Serial Multiple Mediation of Psychological Contract Breach and Job Stress

        This study empirically verified the mechanism behind the subordinates’ use of displaced aggression on colleagues as a way to relieve the stress they experience from abusive supervision. When employees are ignored or insulted by their supervisors, they undergo intense feelings of stress and anger that trigger the wish to retaliate, but the difference in rank can lead them to express their dissatisfaction and anger on those who are relatively easier to deal with, such as their colleagues, thereby engaging in displaced aggression. Since supervisors are seen as representatives of the organization, abusive supervision can be perceived as a psychological contract breach by employees, and if so, such perception of psychological contract breach can lead to the justification of unproductive behavior and the feeling that one has lost the support of the organization, causing an increase in job stress. Higher job stress levels lead to stress-coping strategies to conserve resources; because abusive supervision is a hindrance stressor, employees are apt to choose an escape strategy to relieve the stress. As a result, the suppressed anger and dissatisfaction manifests itself in the form of displaced aggression as a sort of self-therapeutic stress relief strategy. This study examined the serial multiple mediation of psychological contract breach and job stress in the relationship between abusive supervision and subordinates’displaced aggression. For the accurate identification of the mechanism behind this relationship, a total of 285 samples were collected through a survey on workers at companies with more than 300 employees, and the individual-level differences were controlled by setting Type A personality and negative affectivity as control variables. The results of the analysis showed that abusive supervision had a positive (+) effect on subordinates’ displaced aggression, and that psychological contract did not directly mediate between abusive supervision and displaced aggression. Also, job stress was found to have a positive mediating effect between abusive supervision and displaced aggression, and the positive serial multiple mediation of psychological contract breach and job stress between abusive supervision and displaced aggression was confirmed. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of abusive supervision and its effects by including and verifying displaced aggression as one of its outcome variables and demonstrating how displaced aggression can be triggered from abusive supervision.       • 이미지 텍스트와 문자 텍스트가 초등학생의 쓰기에 미치는 영향 비교 연구

        디지털 시대에서는 소통의 매체가 기존의 문자 중심에서 이미지텍스트 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 이러한 텍스트의 변화는 사람들이 생각하는 방 식에도 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디지털 세대인 초등학교 학생들 에게 쓰기자료로서 이미지 텍스트와 문자텍스트를 제공했을 때 학생들의 쓰기활동에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 다른지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학생들에게 두 가지 다른 유형의 텍스트에 동 일한 정보를 제공한 후 이해한 내용을 설명(소개)하게 하였고 쓰기 과정과 결과를 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 쓰기 자료로서 이미지텍스트가 문자 텍스트에 비해 쓰기의 전 영역(내용, 조직, 표현) 모두에서 더 긍정적인 영향 을 준 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 쓰기 수준별로 비교했을 때는 이미지 텍스트 의 사용이 상․중․하 모든 수준 학생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며 특 히 많은 문자로 구성된 내용을 단시간에 이해하기 어려운 하 수준의 학생 들에게 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 디지털 세대는 이전 세대에 비해 비선형적, 복합적 사고를 하며 이미지텍 스트가 가진 정보 특성과 그 이해를 같이 한다. 현재 디지털 세대인 아이들 이 정보를 처리하는 방식이 예전과 다르다면 그들이 가진 이해와 표현방식, 사고방식에 맞게 교육의 방향을 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 디지털 세대에게 ‘이 미지’는 기존 지식과 연결하고 새로운 영감을 주는 촉매제가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of image and text texts on students’ writing activities as a writing material for elementary school students. For this purpose, this study provided students with the same information on two different types of texts, then explained (introduced) their understanding, and compared the writing process with the results. As a result, it was confirmed that the image text as a writing material had a more positive effect on the entire area of writing (contents, organization, expression) than the written text. When compared by writing level, the use of image text was found to have a positive effect on all levels and especially to lower-level students who were difficult to understand in a short time. The digital generation has a non-linear and complex thinking in comparison with previous generations, and has the understanding of the information characteristics of image texts. If the current generation of children is different from the way they handle information, it is necessary to change the direction of education in accordance with their understanding, expression, and thinking. For the digital generation, 'image' will be a catalyst to connect existing knowledge and inspire new inspiration.
