굴 (Crassostrea gigas) 수정란 초기발생 단계의 전사체 분석

In order to understand the gene expression of the Pacific oyster, Crassostrea gigas, during the early development stage of fertilized egg, transcriptome analysis was carried out to identify the embryogenesis-related genes from mRNA of each stage of embryo such as pre-fertilization-, fertilization membrane-, and polar body release-stage, respectively. Specifically expressed genes identified MYC, CDC25B, CCNB1, CLN3, DMC1, ADCY2, ADCY6, FBXO5 in prefertilization-stage, GRR1, CLB3_3, FBXO43 in fertilization membrane-stage, and BUB1B in polar body release-stage, respectively. A quantitative analysis of gene expression identified 6 candidates for embryogenesis regulation genes including PPP1CB, AUR, CDC25A, SLK, NCAPD2 and Hsp70 in the early stage of embryo development. These genes should be useful markers for further studies for gene regulation of polyploidy embryo development.
완도 조간대해역에서 굴 (Crassostrea gigas) 의 배수체별 성장 특성

In order to investigate the growth performance, triploid and diploid Pacific oysters, Crassostrea gigas, were introduced into the rack oyster farm on the tidal flat in Wando waters, Korea. No significant differences were observed in monthly growth performance but in total weight in August, 2017 with significant higher in triploid. Whereas a relatively higher specific growth rate was observed in triploid for shell height and total weight as much as 76% and 56% than diploid. This could be attributed to feeding behavior which digestive gland atrophy was much higher in triploid throughout the experiment period except August, 2017. The growth differences were also attributed to a difference of reproductive behavior that triploid, mostly male sex, can easily recover the loss of energy after spawning. No significant difference was observed in proximate composition and hydrolyzed amino acid composition, but more delicate studies required for tasty compound. A hardened triploid spat could be a good approach to introduce a tidal flat rack oyster culture in Wando, being avoid the unnecessary social confliction for fouling contamination for abalone culture in Wando, Korea.
호텔 종사원의 교육훈련이 그 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study had some purposes to promote and develop training programs. First, this is to identity recognition of importance a current educational training second, this is to find employees' current position, level of carrier, self-realization, and quality of service, and useful information a educational training that offers an increase of operation profits. Thus, this study is expected to provide useful guideline or information in developing educational programs. This study offered theoretical background through literature review on educational program and previous studies. And this attempted to gain empirical data to analyze hypotheses that were developed on preview studies. Through self-administrated questionnaire method, 265 samples were collected. On the lass of collected data, descriptive analyze and factor analysis for importance on educational training, and multiple regression using extracted factors were conducted. As a result, two important of findings to contribute to enhancing importance on educational training and selling growth through these programs. The findings of this study will proved a chance to understand importance of educational program, employees' current position, efforts an carrier development, ability to perform service for customers, contents of educational program to help on increase of sales. Finally, this study will used a significant information when hotel educational programs are applied in actual hotel system.
경남 사량도 연안 패류양식해역의 표층퇴적물 내 유기물 및 중금속 분포특성

To characterize the contamination state of shellfish farming waters around Saryangdo Island, the surface sediment was evaluated for Acid Volatile Sulfide (AVS), organic matter (ignition loss and chemical oxygen demand), and heavy metals (Al, Cd, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Zn). AVS was relative low all the sampling sites except station 1 influeced by low current velocity at open sea, as well as organic matter was the highest at Station 2 influenced from fish cage. The trace elements (Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn) showed relatively low level at the narrow channel in Station 3-6, but the highest at Station 7 near Gumpyeong port in Saryang Island. The concetration of metal was satisfied the criteria of TEL and PEL in all metal elements. For Igeo, Zn was strongly polluted at all stations, as well as, the sediments were polluted with excess of 1.0 for PLI. ERI represented realtively low risk at all sampling sites. The finding indicated that the study waters was relatively low contaminated because of low sedimentation at narrow channel between Sarayng Islands.
