우리나라는 인구대비 좁은 국토면적과 수출제조업 중심의 산업구조로 단위면적당 대기오염물질 배출부하가 높을 수 밖에 없는 것이 현실이다. 게다가 바람이 주로 물어오는 방향인 서쪽에 세계의 공장으로 불리는 중국이 위치하고 있어 대기질 관리를 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서도 정부는 국민들이 편안히 숨 쉴 수 있는 깨끗한 공기를 만들기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다.

인공지능 기술의 발달과 함께 컴퓨터 프로그램인 알고리즘을 통해 사람 대신 로봇이 기사를 쓰는 로봇저널리즘 역시 상용화 단계에 접어들었다. 2000년대 들어 주식시황 전달이나 스포츠 경기 결과, 재난 상황 등 수치 기반 보도가 많은 분야에서 로봇저널리즘이 널리 활용되고 있다. 로봇저널 리즘이 쓸 수 있는 기사의 영역이 점차 늘어나는 가운데 실제 보도 현장에서 발생할 윤리적 갈등에 대한 가이드라인이 필요하다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 사회적 공감대와 학문적 논의들을 반영한 새로운 로봇저널리즘의 윤리 기준을 제시하기 위해 본 연구는 우선 기존 인공지능 활용의 영역에서 차용 되는 윤리 기준과 현존하는 국내외 저널리즘 윤리강령들을 분석, 언론계의 최근 논제들과 맞물려 있는 핵심어를 추출해 범주화했다. 더불어 실제 보도 현장에서 발생하는 윤리적 갈등의 양태 분석을 위해 언론중재위원회의 최근 3년간 시정 권고 사례 1652건의 발생 및 조정 경과를 살펴보고, 다양한 매체 에서 활동 중인 현직 언론인 9명의 심층 인터뷰를 진행했다. 이를 종합한 결과, 본 연구는 큰 틀에서 다음과 같은 5가지 맥락의 윤리 기준을 도출해낼 수 있었다. 보편적 인권의 추구, 저널리즘의 공익적 역할 준수, 정보의 빈부격차 해결을 위한 노력, 개인정보보호의 문제, 로봇저널리즘 활용의 부작용 방지 등이다. 한편 본 연구 과정에서는 현실적 제약으로 인해 헌법에 명시된 국민의 알권리와 윤리강령 사이에 발생하는 필연적인 충돌 부분에 대한 명쾌한 해답을 제시하지 못하는 한계도 있었다. 다만 이미 언론계에서 오랫동안 통용 되어온 윤리강령이 다양한 형태로 존재하고 있다는 점, 기존 윤리강령들이 대체로 언론의 순기능에 부합한다고 인정받는 점 등을 감안하면 이 부분은 로봇저널리즘 윤리 기준이 사회적으로 공론화되는 과정에서 적합한 합의점을 찾을 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. Robot Journalism based on artificial intelligence is now used in various fields such as economy, sports, and disaster reports. If data such as a stock market index, economic indicators, or game results are input in a certain format, Robot Journalism converts them into an article. As it can work 24 hours a day and there is no restriction by the amount of data, Robot Journalism is attracting attention from the media industry. But there are also many concerns that Robot Journalism without ‘human conscience’ will bring new ethical conflicts. Existing journalism, although not perfect, is regulated by laws and standards that are shared among current reporters. If a conflict arises, the Press Arbitration Committee which is a quasi-legal entity may arbitrate. In the field of Robot journalism, however, it is not clearly defined how the algorithms should be structured to prevent possible ethical conflicts. Based on this awareness, this study analyzed thousands of cases of last three years that requested for a correction through the Press Arbitration Committee. Also, it examined existing codes of ethics commonly used in the fields of artificial intelligence and journalism, and extracted key words that emerged in common. Finally, it suggests new ethical standards that Robot Journalism can refer to. The conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. Articles produced by Robot Journalism should pursue the universal human rights and the public interest, find a way to solve the Digital Divide problem and always be aware of a possibility its activities infringe the freedom of individuals. Also, the one who utilises Robot Journalism should consider a wide range of side effects it may cause.

건설산업의 가상 · 증강현실 활용실태 분석 및 개선방안

As social interest in the use of the fourth industrial revolution technology has recently increased, various technological innovation tasks for efficient use of these technologies have been carried out and paid off in order to upgrade production technologies and improve productivity in all sectors of the domestic industry. In response, this study investigated the current VR and AR utilization status of the construction industry for design offices, contractors, maintenance companies, and service providers to derive and improve the utilization problems of the contents, platforms, networks, and devices that comprise VR and AR. As a result, the lack of professional manpower was the biggest problem for content and platforms, and in the case of networks, there are various problems among construction industry workers, and devices are the biggest problems with expensive and uncomfortable wearing. As an improvement measure, it was shown that fostering professionals was most urgent for content and platforms, networking needed network enhancement for use in wireless environments, and devices needed to be lightweight and streamlined.

지식산업센터의 가격결정요인에 관한 연구: 경기지역을 중심으로

지식산업센터가 주목을 받고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 지식산업센터의 가격결정요인에 관한 연구는 미미한 상태이다. 따라서 자산 가치로서 투자성까지 고려한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 이를 위해 헤도닉 모형을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 간선도로, 버스정류장, 쇼핑센터와의 거리는 가까울수록, 접면도로 폭은 넓을수록 가격이 상승하였다. 또한 연면적과 지원시설비율, 단위면적당 주차대수는 클수록 가격이 높아지며, 시공사 브랜드의 가격이 높고, 경과연수는 짧을수록 가격이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이어서 호실의 공급면적이 작을수록, 층수는 낮을수록, 산업단지에 입지하는 경우와 공시지가 상승률이 높을수록 지식산업센터의 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과, 시공사 브랜드에게 각종 세제혜택이나 정책적 지원이 요구되며, 단지 내에 타 업종과의 원활한 정보교환이나 연계가 가능하도록 통합센터 설치가 필요하다. 또한, 시설종사자를 위해 환경적 시설에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 추진할 필요성이 제기된다. Even though Knowledge Industrial Center is gaining more attention, studies on price determinants of the Center have not been widely conducted yet. Therefore, needs for studies on its investment profitability as an asset are rising. To this end, I performed analysis using the Hedonic price model. As a result, it was found that the shorter it gets with the main street, bus stop, and shopping center, and the wider it gets with adjacent street, the higher price becomes. In addition, elements such as total area, support facility ratio, number of accommodating cars for parking per unit area play a role in raising prices as the more they get, the higher price becomes. Also, when the price of construction company brand is high and building age is less, prices become higher. Furthermore, the smaller supply area of unit is, the lower floor is, and the higher rate of rise of appraised value of land gets, also in the case locating within the Knowledge Industrial Center, prices become higher. To draw conclusions based on the results of the study, it would be necessary to consider providing various taxation benefits or favorable policies to construction company brand; install a unifying center to enable smooth information exchange or work cooperation with other businesses within the complex; and making aggressive investment on environmental facilities for facility workers.
