Vol.16 No.1

This thesis is designed to study linguistic and literary education surveyed through Chinese Classics textbooks. In all the educational activities teaching materials as well as normal textbooks are regarded as an important matter. Chinese Classics education is not an exception. Therefore, they must be constantly analyzed, examined and revised to make them better ones, and make them contribute to Chinese Classics education. From these points of view, two kinds of Chinese Classics textbooks of junior High school, five kinds of senior High school I, and three kinds of senior High school Ⅱ, were closely analyzed and evaluated. It's seemed to be a difficult talks for the compilation and edition junior High schools as well as senior High schools because 1800 characters of Chinese Classics must be accorded with the ratio by each school year. Chinese Classics texbooks of Junior High School and Senior High School I are apt to be mixed up with Chinese Characters and phrases because they have to be compiled after a deep consideration of the allocation of Chinese characters. Of course, it is with certain that units of Chinese characters and phrases have been selected from characters in every day use practivally and educationlly and have been compiled in accordance in accordance with the level of school year, but in order to increase the efficiency of Chinese Classics education, close research and constant revision must be accompanied. It is firmly believed that the Ministry of Education is taking gradual steps to revise it after a careful consideration of on-the-spot investigation, research of scholastic field, and public opinions. The writer is going to summarize what has been mentioned until now, and then to make a conclusion presenting some problems to make a desirable Chinese Classics education. (1) It is highly recommended that chinese classics education be started from the its school year of primary schools, and be taught 900 Chinese characters during six years of its course. (2) About 900 Chinese characters must be taught during the three years of junior High school course, thus learning all of 1800 Chinese characters completely during the school and junior High school courses. (3) Textbooks of hish level Chinese Classics must be organised and compiled independently. (4) Even in junior Hish school classes, simple grammar lesson must be established as subjects and grammar must mixed be organixed in senior High school textbooks to arrange them entirely. (5) Graduates of Department of Chinese Classics Education seem to be adequate to be in charge of Chinese Classics course. (6) Chinese Classics class hours must be extended from present one hour to more than two hours a week. (7) Items of examination problems of Chinese Classics must be extended and marking points have to be accorded with other subjects in the state run qualification examination for colleges as well as high schools. (8) In other subjects outside of Chiness Classics course, 1800 Chinese characters must be taught. It is writer's firm belief that when all the aforementioned problems are settled the compilation of Chinese Classic textbooks will be normalized and goals of Chines Classic education will be sccomplished properly. It is writer's firm belief that when all the aforementioned problems are settled the compilation of Chinese Classics textbooks will be normalized and goals of Chinese Classics education will be accomplished properly.

Nanometer-scale etching of CoFeB thin films using pulse-modulated high density plasma

2018 Current Applied Physics Vol.18 No.9

Pulse-modulated inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching of nanometer-scale patterned CoFeB thin films was performed in CH4/O2/Ar gas mixture. As the pulse on-off duty ratio decreased, the etch selectivity of CoFeB/ TiN slightly increased and the etch profiles were improved. Moreover, the etch selectivity of the CoFeB films and the etch profiles were improved with the increase in the pulse frequency of the plasma. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that during the pulse-modulated etching in the CH4/O2/Ar gas mixture, some polymeric layers were formed on the CoFeB films, which helped prevent the lateral etching and increased the etch selectivity. Consequently, nanometer-scale etching of CoFeB thin films patterned with TiN hard masks could be achieved using pulsed-modulated plasma in CH4/O2/Ar gas mixture.

Centering on the Hae-dong Selected Poems

Vol.22 No.1

This thesis examined, appresciated, and criticized the content of poems according to the writers' status centering on the women's Chinese poems in Hae-dong Selected Poems editted by Cho Jang Seob, who is a scholar in the time of King Sunjo, the late Lee Dynasty. On the basis on it, this thesis arranged the general trends of women's poems in the social classes according to the periodical circumstances. Hae-dong Selected Poems is a vast garland, which colledts and records about 2,300 pieces of Chines poems of all levels of society from Shinla, Koryu to King Sunjo(the 23rd). Among them, 171 pieces are written by such ladies of dignitary as Shin-saim-dang, Heo-nanseolhun, Kisaengs as Hwang-jini, Lee-maechang, concubines, common country women, nuns, and maidservants and so on. The time when the women's Chinese poems are created is after the middle period of Lee Dynasty in 16th century. The periodical circumstances and the women's status are as follows. The society was furbulent and the people's lives are poor because of the political changes and war. But on the contrary, in the aspect of culture, Hangeul culture was developed greatly after the creation of Hunminjeongeum, and Chinese classics were developed by way of the continuance of classical examination system and the participation of the common people who awoke the self-consciousness through Hangeul. In those days women were neglected in the social role as a human being and stick at the household labor and waining on men because not only of the dominant social common idea of the predominance of men over women but the lack of education. After the consonderation on the Chinese poems which is left by women poets in their own positions and the phases of those times, the result are as follows. 1. The works of the ladies of dignitary speak for the women's difficulties of that time through the ethical and human sorrows and sufferings such as filial duty, ancestor worship, solitude in their husbands absences and appreciation of nature. 2. The works of kisaeng express the joys and sorrows of their lives, emotions of love and separation well depending on the nature. 3. The works of concubines are similar to those of kisaengs' in general, and are strongly express the desire to have entire possessio of her lover. 4. The Chinese poems of egneral country women are similar to those of ordinary life impressions such as instructive content as well as love, anxiety and appreciation of nature. 5. As a result of considering the nuns' and maidservants' Chinese poems, the number of poems are a few but worthy of being representative of their classes. The nuns wrote the self-sacrificial prayers of poems to save all creatures, but maidservants expressed the conflicts between classes of the times that they couldn't love their own ways because of their status. The facts that were found as a result of considering women's Chinese poems on the basis of their classes are the merits of Korean women: they maintained the beauty, human sincerity and social capacity as women in the worst case of self-contempt and unconditional submission. These are the greatest pride and would be an initial manure to women and our culture today. We expect the rediscovery of their exellent life values through the profound study of our women's Chinese poems in future.

Vol.20 No.1

Using poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) as a polymer host, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as a plasticizer, potassium iodide and iodine as sources of I - /I3 - , PEO-PEG-KI/I2 polymer gel electrolytes were prepared. Based on the polymer gel electrolytes, solid-state dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)s were fabricated. The content of PEG in the electrolyte was changed from 0 to 85%. The electrolyte showed self-supporting form through whole range of the PEG content. As the PEG content increased, the ionic conductivity and I3- diffusivity increased and the light-to electrical energy conversion efficiency increased under irradiation of 100 mWcm -2 simulated sunlight.
