활성견운모 전극을 이용한 수용액상의 세슘 측정용 전기화학센서 개발 연구

본 연구에서 이용한 견운모는 Mica성분으로 된 천연광물로써, 값이 저렴하고 다양한 금속 이온에 좋은 흡착 특성을 보이는 규산염 광물이다. 견운모는 100°C에서 3mol/L로 활성화 시킨 뒤, 800°C에서 4시간동안 열처리하였다. 견운모 활성화함으로써 비표면적이 크게 증가하였고, 공극률 또한 향상되었다. 또한, 활성견운모는 Carbon Paste Electrode를 변형한 변형 활성견운모 Carbon Paste Electrode (AS-CPE)를 만들기 위해 사용하였다. 이 전극은 수용액상의 Cs(I)를 측정하기 위해 Cyclic Voltammetry(CV)에 작업전극(working electrode) 으로 이용하였다. Cs(I) 측정은 여러 가지 물리/화학적 파라미터들로 시행하였으며, 이 전극으로 Cs(I)을 측정한 결과 상당히 향상된 음극/양극 반응을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

Objective: We investigated the prognostic value of intratumoral [18F]fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake heterogeneity (IFH) derived from positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) in patients with cervical cancer. Methods : Patients with uterine cervical cancer of the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FIGO) stage IB to IIA were imaged with [18F]FDG PET/CT before radical surgery. PET/CT parameters such as maximum and average standardized uptake values (SUVmax and SUVavg), metabolic tumor volume (MTV), total lesion glycolysis (TLG), and IFH were assessed. Regression analyses were used to identify clinicopathological and imaging variables associated with progression-free survival (PFS). Results : We retrospectively reviewed clinical data of 85 eligible patients. Median PFS was 32 months (range, 6 to 83 months), with recurrence observed in 14 patients (16.5%). IFH at an SUV of 2.0 was correlated with primary tumor size (p<0.001), SUVtumor (p<0.001), MTVtumor (p<0.001), TLGtumor (p<0.001), depth of cervical invasion (p<0.001), and negatively correlated with age (p=0.036). Tumor recurrence was significantly associated with TLGtumor (p<0.001), MTVtumor (p=0.001), SUVLN (p=0.004), IFH (p=0.005), SUVtumor (p=0.015), and FIGO stage (p=0.015). Multivariate analysis identified that IFH (p=0.028; hazard ratio, 756.997; 95% CI, 2.047 to 279,923.191) was the only independent risk factor for recurrence. The Kaplan-Meier survival graphs showed that PFS significantly differed in groups categorized based on IFH (p=0.013, log-rank test). Conclusion : Preoperative IFH was significantly associated with cervical cancer recurrence. [18F]FDG based heterogeneity may be a useful and potential predicator of patient recurrence before treatment.

천연광물질인 견운모를 800°C에서 4 시간동안 열처리를 한 후 3 M HCl을 이용하여 100°C에서 1시간동안 활성화 시켰다. Slurry화된 견운모를 중성 pH가 될 때까지 수차례 세척 후 90°C에서 건조하여 활성견운모 (Activated Sericite, AS)를 제조하였다. 활성화는 표면적에 엄청난 증가를 일으켰으며, organo-silanes이 접목되어 적합한 표면을 제공하는 구조로 변형되었다. 활성견운모에 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTES)를 가하여 AS-APTES 복합물로 합성하고, 본래의 견운모와 SEM-EDX, BET, XRD and FT-IR의 분석방법을 통해 특징을 비교분석하였다. AS-APTES 이용하여 수용액상의 미세오염물질을 제거하기 위해 이용하였고, batch 및 fixed bed column 반응실험을 이용하여 진행하였다.회분식 반응 실험은 미세 오염물질의 흡착에 대한 pH의 영향, 초기 농도, 접촉 시간 및 background 전해질 농도의 영향에 대하여 실험 하였다. AS-APTES를 본래의견운모와 비교한 결과, 향상된 흡착 용량을 보여주었다. 또한, fixed bed column실험에서도 동일한 조건 하에서 높은 흡착 용량을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
Preparation and characterization of dual active heterogeneous Fenton Catalyst using natural clay

The present study aims to prepare dual active heterogeneous Fenton catalysts using naturally abundant bentonite clay. Initially, Fe-pillared clay was synthesized by employing wet impregnation method. Further, the Fe-pillared clay was successfully incorporated with manganese to obtain dual metal heterogeneous catalysts. The catalyst obtained was characterized with the help of SEM-EDX, BET, XRD and FT-IR analyses. The SEM has shown the changes in surface morphology of bentonite after the introduction of iron as well as manganese particles. The BET specific surface area, pore volume and pore size were obtained and the N2 isotherm exhibit type IV isotherm with a characteristic hysteresis loop. Moreover, a diffraction peak corresponding to basal spacing of the 001 plane was significantly decreased after the incorporation of iron particles which suggests a significant increase in interlayer space of pillared clay.

The magnetic Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method and it was introduced to Chlorella vulgaris dry biomass. The materials were characterized by SEM-EDX, XRD and FT-IR analysis. The use of magnetic material has an additional advantage that the magnetic property makes the material easy separable from the solution. The magnetic biomass was further utilized for the removal of heavy metal toxic ions from aqueous solutions under batch and column reactor operations. Batch reactor experiment was conducted to study the effect of sorptive pH, initial concentration, contact time and background electrolytes concentration. It was observed that the biosorption is favoured by increasing the pH, initial concentration and contact time. Moreover, fixed bed reactor studies confirm the potential applicability of the magnetic biosorbents for the removal of heavy metal ions even under dynamic conditions.
장기간 복합운동이 여대생의 신체조성과 건강체력 및 IFG에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to effects of combined exercise for 12 weeks on body composition, health-related physical fitness and IFG in female university students. The subject for the study were twenty female university students volunteer, aged 20 years, composed of aerobic exercise program group (n=10), anaerobic exercise group(n=10). All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 4 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.5 was set for all tests of significance. The result of combined exercise improved the Standing jump and Closed eyes on legged standing, with prevented the increase in body weight, %body, female university students. Combined exercise had a positive effect on IFG. Therefore, the 12 weeks of combined exercise could be beneficial to improve body composition, health-related physical fitness and IFG in female university students.
복합운동이 중년여성의 건강관련체력 및 혈액변인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of combined exercise for 12 weeks on health related physical fitness, blood factors in middle aged women. The subject for the study were 26 middle aged women with volunteer, over 42 years old, divided into the exercise program group (n=13) and control group (n=13). All subjects were evaluated pre and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 60 minutes a day, 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. The result of combined exercise improved the left·right hand grip strength, curl ups, 20m PACER, Sit and reach, 10m shuttle run and Stand long jump, with prevented the decrease in body weight, BMI, SBP and increase in BMR at middle aged women. Combined exercise also have a positive effects in all the blood factors. Therefore, the 12 weeks of combined exercise could be beneficial to improve body composition, health-related physical fitness and blood variables in middle aged women.
복합운동이 고혈압 전단계 고령여성의 자립건강체력 및 심혈관계 인자에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to effects of combined exercise on self-reliance health fitness and cardiovascular risk factor in prehypertension elderly women. The subject for the study were 20 elderly women volunteer, over 65 years old, composed of exercise program group (n=10), anexercise group (n=10). All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.5 was set for all tests of significance. The results of this study were as follow: In body composition, Weight(p=.000), Body mass index(p=.000) had a statistically significant. In self-reliance health fitness, Left Grip strength(p=.044), Rightt Grip strength(p=.040), Time up & go(p=.006), Figure of 8 walk test(p=.002) and 2 minute step(p=.013) had a statistically significant. In cardiovascular risk factor, SBP(p=.000), DBP(p=.001), TC(p=.000), TG(p=.007), Glucose(p=.002) had a statistically significant. These findings suggest that prevalence of prehypertension in elderly women, it is considered that the exercise program has a positive effect on the self-sustaining health fitness and the cardiovascular factors, thus positively affecting the elderly"s health.
