This study aims to analyze the process of building teacher identity of elderly, female teachers in their daily lives at elementary schools. Thus, two elderly female teachers, remaining around 5 years until their retirement, were participated as research cases. So, both teachers` narration from interviews recordings, this researcher`s memos of her observations to their daily lives related to work and social relationships by casual meeting with them, and other materials from literatures were analyzed, based on the grounded theory method. The results showed that both female teachers` psychological dissonance due to aging resulted in nonsensical actions for self development as a cental issue, and its central category for solution was to build self efficacy via self-directed decision making on their career. The process of building identity for elderly female teachers showed two types: high self efficacy has born active identity while low efficacy did passive identity. It was also noticed that loss of individual identity out of de-individuation, social prejudice to aged teachers, passive attitude of teachers to their career development interfered with building active identity. Finally, reconsiderations of current systems on teacher career development and supports were suggested to encourage elderly female teachers to have active identity.

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 학습 경험 설계(LXD)가 공학교육에 적합한 대안적 수업 설계 방식이라 가정하고 그 수업 사례를 선정하여 설계 과정 및 운영 효과를 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 대학 교육 특히 공학 전공 수업에서 학습 경험 설계 사례가 제한적으로 이루어졌다고 판단하여 단일 사례 연구를 연구방법으로 채택하였다. 공학 교육의 특성을 드러내는 전자기학 과목을 사례로 Thurber의 LXD 모형에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과: 사례 수업의 교수자는 문헌에 나타난 양질의 학습 경험 디자인의 특성을 잘 반영하여 LXD를 위한 학습개입을 개발하였고, 그것이 과목에 대한 학습자의 동기에 긍정적으로 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 공학 전공 수업은 물론 일반 수업에서 LXD 수업 설계의 확대를 위한 제도개선 및 지원방안을 제안하였다. Purpose: This study assumed that learning experience design could be a relevant alternative for engineering education, and so it aimed that a selected case of one was explored in its design process and implication effects. Method: A single case study was adopted as a research method since the case of learning experience design in higher education, in particular in an engineering class has been a few. The electromagnetics class, reflecting characteristics of engineering education, was selected and analysed based on the Thurber’s learning experience design model. Results: It was found that the lecturer for the adopted case developed learning interruption inclined to the qualified characteristics of learning experience design in the literature and this positively contributed to the learners’ motivation on the subject. Conclusion: A number of suggestions for improvement of system and support to expand LXD in general classes as well as engineering classes were given.
등가 자기모델과 매질민감도법을 이용한 강자성체 판에 분포하는 영구자화에 기인한 자기장 신호분석

For predicting magnetic signals due to the remanent magnetization distributed on a ferromagnetic ship hull, this paper presents an efficient methodology for solving inverse problems, where the material sensitivity analysis based on the continuum mechanics is combined with the equivalent magnetic models. To achieve this, the 3D magnetic charge model and the magnetic dipole moment model are introduced and material sensitivity formulae applicable to each equivalent model are derived. The formulae offer the firstorder gradient information of an objective function with respect to the variation of the magnetic charge or magnetic dipole and so an optimal solution can be easily obtained regardless of the number of design variables. To validate the proposed method, the numerical results are comparison with the real measurements of a mock-up model.

This paper analyzes re-degaussing performances of various breakdown conditions of degaussing coils in a ship to reduce underwater magnetic field anomaly due to the hull magnetization induced under the Earth’s magnetic field. To achieve this, first, it is implemented to optimize degaussing coil currents by a magnetomotive force sensitivity formula combined with the coil effects. The re-degaussing processes are then executed when a breakdown occurs in degaussing coils, one by one. Finally, the re-degaussing performances are examined with the results of normal degaussing and coil breakdown conditions.
정밀 3차원 수중 운동체의 전자기파 전파 특성 해석 기법

본 논문에서는 수중 운동체에 의한 전자기파 전파 특성을 해석하고자 유한요소법을 기반으로 하는 상용 전자기 해석 도구를 사용하여 정밀 3차원 수중 전자기파 전파 특성 해석 기법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 3차원 수중 운동체 운용 환경을 구축하였고 전자기 해석의 효율성을 높이고자 Surface Impedance Boundary Condition(SIBC) 기법을 적용하였다. 제안된 해석 기법의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 동일 조건의 영상자기모멘트법과 비교를 통하여 신뢰성과 정확성을 검증하였다.
