A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal furnace To obtain the single crystal thin films. CdIn₂S₄mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by hot wall epitaxy(HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were 630℃ and 420℃, respectively. The crystalline structure of single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 9.01×1^(16)cm^(-3) and 219 ㎠/V·s at 293 K, respectively. From the optical absorption measurement, the temperature dependence of energy band gap on CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was found to be E_(g)(T) = 2.7116 eV - (7.74 × 10^(-4) eV) T²/(T+434). After the as-grown CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films was annealed in Cd-, S-, and In-atmospheres, the origin of point defects of CdIn₂S₄ single crystal thin films has been investigated by the photoluminescence(PL) at 10 K. The native defects of VCd, VS, Cdint, and Sint obtained by PL measurements were classified as a donors or acceptors type. And we concluded that the heat-treatment in the S-atmosphere converted CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films to an optical p-type. Also, we confirmed that In in CdIn₂S₄/GaAs did not form the native defects because In in CdIn₂S₄single crystal thin films existed in the form of stable bonds.

영상처리에서나 컴퓨터 비젼에서 직선검출 및 인식에 Hough 변환이 잘쓰이는데 거리데어터를 log를 취하여 방위각에 대한 관게를 곡선으로 그리면 그 형상의데이터에 관계없이 일정하므로 이를 이용하여 계산 시간을 대폭 줄일 수 있다. 그 방법과 효율적 알고리즘을 제시하자 한다. Hough transform is well employed to retect or recognize the lines in image processing or in computer vision. Curve of the logarithm of ranges against the bearing does not change its shape according to data trints. This fact suggests that calculation cost can be remarkably reduced. An effective line detection algorithm is represented.sented.

In the general, the speed control of single-phase induction motor is accomplished at a few discrete speed by using tapped-winding, pole changing or gear. These technique is inefficient and complicated. In the reason, the applied voltage of single-phase induction motor is controlled for improvement speed characteristics. The AC converter can be easily realized using module transistor. The output voltage from the AC converter is applied to single-phase induction motor. This paper presented operating characteristics of single-phase induction motor by AC converter.

In this study, localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect was characterized for immuneassay to detect cortisol conjugated nanoparticles (NPs) using a cuvette-compatible Au NPs layered sensor chip. A neuro stress hormone, cortisol, as target molecule was conjugated to 2 nm, 5 nm, 30 nm, and 40 nm Au NPs or 14 nm zinc oxide (ZnO) NPs to enhance the LSPR detection signals as plasmonic coupling elements with respect to cortisol monoclonal antibody (c-Mab) of probe molecule, which was immobilized on the Au NPs layered sensor. The cortisol conjugated 2 nm and 5 nm Au NPs and 14 nm ZnO NPs, which were selectively immune- bound to the c-Mab coated Au NPs sensor, showed LSPR effects to induce absorbance increases under UV-Vis spectroscopy. Also, the cortisol conjugated 2 nm, 5 nm, 30 nm and 40 nm Au NPs could show disparate plasmonic coupling effects to shift maximum absorbance wavelength peaks. Even though the cortisol conjugated 14 nm ZnO NPs could show increased absorbance only, the conjugation of cortisol to both Au and ZnO NPs was proved to enhance direct LSPR detection of the cortisol, which could not be explicitly sensed by itself for direct LSPR signal.

It was demonstrated that an resistive switching device structure using sequential self-assembly monolayers(SAMs) gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) with cortisol and its antibody(C-Mab). The device was fabricated in a form of metal-multiple layer-metal. Au NPs was used for resistive switching characteristic through charging or discharging. Indium Tin Oxide(ITO) glass was used for bottom electrode substrate. The top gold (Au) electrode was thermally deposited on multiple Au NPs layer. The current versus voltage (I-V) curve exhibited resistive switching characteristic with hysteresis behaviors, which demonstrated the presence of charging effect. This research establishes the feasibility of resistive switching device for biosensor application.
상대 평균화법에 의한 초퍼구동 DC모터 제어 시스템의 해석

본 논문은 직류초퍼구동 전동기 제어시스템을 해석 대상으로 하여 전류 연속모드와 전류 불연속모드의 양 모드 동작시에 있어서의 해석을 상태변수법과 상태평균화법을 적용하여 해석하였으며 두 해석 방법의 결과를 비교 검토함과 동시에 상태평균화법에 의하여 시스템의 해석이 근사적이지만 해석이 용이하다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 본 시스템의 궤환루프 제어시스템에 있어서 상태평균화법을 이용한 평형점 근방의 근사 선형화 방법을 적용함으로써 전달 매트릭스의 형태로 동특성을 표현할 수 있으며, 이것을 이용한 선형 제어법을 적용하여 궤환루프 제어계의 설계기법을 제시하고 있다.
