싸이클로알리파틱과 비스페놀F 에폭시 수지의 혼합 비율에 따른 내트래킹 특성

비스페놀 계열의 에폭시와 싸이클로알리파틱 에폭시를 가각 mol-wt%비(20:80, 50:50, 80:20)로 혼합하고 실란실리카, 각형용융실리카, 구형용융실리카, ATH를 충진하여 이종 에폭시 수지의 혼합비율 및 충진재에 따른 내트래킹 특성을 비교하였다. 전체 혼합물 중, 에폭시는 36%, 실리카 등의 충진재는 64%이다. 실험결과 싸이클로알리파틱의 혼합 비율이 높을수록 내트래킹 특성이 향상되었으나 그 정도가 크지는 않았다. 또한, 실란처리된 실리카를 사용하고, ATH 함량이 높을수록 내트래킹 특성이 향상되었다. 싸이클로알리파틱 수지의 혼합을 통해서는 IEC60587 4.5㎸ 등급을 만족하지는 못하였다.

It is very difficult and dangerous to measure partial discharge from high voltage equipment in outdoor situation. But that is very important thing for preventing serious accidents from defects which originated in insulating degradation. This paper provides useful method to detect PD signals easily without any dangerous situation. Electric field sensor by the principle of capacitor detect PD signals without direct electrical connection between sensor and high power equipment and has very wide frequency range suitable for noise rejection. Electric field sensor and related circuit for processing PD signal showed good performance as a PD sensor when it is applied to simulated high power equipment generating PD pulse.
복합절연물내 기체의 압력 및 고체의 두께변화가 AC 절연파괴에 미치는 영향 분석

SF. gas used widely as insulating component in electric power industry has excellent in insulation and arc extinguishing performance in gas-insulated switchgear. However, the concern about ceo-friendly alternative gas is currently rising because SF. gas is one of the main greenhouse gases. In this paper, dry-air and composite-insulation (dry-air+epoxy) as the alternative technology for SF. gas insulation is studied. Under the gas pressure ranged from 0.1 to 0.6㎫, the breakdown voltage of dry-air were measured in AC electric field. The data of composite-insulation were acquired by changing the thickness of epoxy used in each composite-insulation under the same condition.
XLPE 절연물내의 전기트리 진전 시 PD 검출 및 특성분석

Solid insulation exposed to voltage is degraded by electrical tree process. And the degradation of the insulation is accelerated by voltage application. For this experimental, specimen of electrical tree model is made by XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene). And the size of the specimen is 7*5*7 ㎣. Distance of needle and plane is 2 ㎜. Voltages applied for acceleration test are 12 ㎸ to 15 ㎸. And distribution characteristic of degraded stage is studied too. As a PD detecting and data process, discharge data acquire from PD detecting system (Biddle instrument). The system presents statistical distribution as phase resolved. Moreover the processing time of electrical tree is recorded to know the speed of degradation according to voltage.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze AC Breakdown of solid/air composite insulation depending on the thickness and the pressure of dry air for eco-friendly insulation. SF. gas has been widely used in electric equipment as gas insulation because of high dielectric strength and arc extinguishing performance. However, because SF. gas is one of the green house effect gases, alternative insulation such as SF. mixture, extremely low temperature gas, vacuum, liquid and solid insulating are being investigated.

The quality of childhood educare teacher is the most important element in evaluation of the quality of childhood educare. However, the current curricula for the childhood educare in colleges are operated individually without a standard curriculum and there are many problems in the certification system of childhood educare teacher. So, it is hard to discuss about the specialty of the childhood educare teachers. Hence, an immediate development of a standard curriculum which fully reflect the needs of the field is necessary to meet the demand of the times and to enhance the quality of childhood educare service by producing qualified teachers. To fulfill the aforementioned needs, the procedure of the DACUM Method which is useful in developing vocational training course is used in this study. And based on the results, a field centered curriculum of the Dept. Child Care and Education is developed by the job analysis of the childhood educare teachers and by collecting the needs of the field. Educare planning and activities, development and evaluation of the educare program, consultation and education of the family, utilization of the regional resources, and after-class guidance of the children were found to be the principal jobs of the childhood educare teachers.
