진공증착방법으로 제작한 Ni_53-Fe_47 박막에 관한 신형전류자기 기전력효과의 전류와 자장 방향이 만드는 각 θ 의존성이, 자기저항효과의 cos 2θ, Hall 1 효과의 경우 sin 2θ로 관측되고, 이 효과의 자장에 의존하는 전압변화율이 자기저항효과와 비교할 때 차수가 다르게 큰 것이 조사된다. 이 효과가 2 Carrier형 모델로 이해할 수 있음을 이론적으로 확인된다. A new Galvanomagnetic electromotive force effect of Ni_53-Fe_47 thin films is studied. The dependence of this effect on θ, angle between the current and the magnetic field, is found to be the form of sin 2θ, in contrast with that of the magnetoresistance effect cos 2θ and that of the Hall effect sin θ. Property of this effect is that the rate of the voltage variation depending on the magnetic field is extremely large as compared with the magnetiresistance effect. It is theoretically confirmed that this effect is well understood on the basis of the two carrier types model.
$Hg_{1-x}Cd_{x}$Te photovoltaic 대형 적외선 감지 소자의 제작

We fabricated a large-scale photovoltaic device for detecting-3-5$\mu$m IR, by forming of n$^{+}$-p junction in the $Hg_{1-x}Cd_{x}$Te (MCT) layer which was grown by LPE on CdTe substrate. The composition x of the MCT epitaxial layer was 0.295 and the hole concentration was 1.3${\times}10^{13}/cm^{4}$. The n$^{+}$-p junction was formed by B+ implantation at 100 keV with a does 3${\times}10^{11}/cm^{2}. The n$^{+}$ region has a circular shape with 2.68mm diameter. The vacuum-evaporated ZnS with resistivity of 2${\times}10^{4}{\Omega}$cm is used as an insulating layer over the epitaxial layer. ZnS plays the role of the anti-reflection coating transmitting more than 90% of 3~5$\mu$m IR. For ohmic contacts, gole was used for p-MCT and indium was used for n$^{+}$-MCT. The fabrication took 5 photolithographic masks and all the processing temperatures of the MCT wafer were below 90$^{\circ}C$. The R,A of the fabricated devices was 7500${\Omega}cm^{2}$. The carrier lifetime of the devices was estimated 2.5ns. The junction was linearly-graded and the concentration slope was measured to be 1.7${\times}10^{17}/{\mu}m$. the normalized detectivity in 3~5$\mu$m IR was 1${\times}10^{11}cmHz^{12}$/W, which is sufficient for real application.
Prostatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma is a rare neoplasm that develops from the prostatic urethra. We present an 85-year-old man with an exophytic lesion in the prostatic cavity, which was diagnosed after transurethral resection of the prostate. Histopathologically, the tumor was diagnosed as a ductal adenocarcinoma with endometrioid features and a Gleason score of 6.

항공기의 블레이드 안테나에 대해 더미와 실 안테나의 조류충돌 해석과 시험을 수행하였다. 해석에서 조류는 SPH(Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics) 방법을 이용하여 모델링하였으며, 유체-구조 연성해석(FSI, Fluid-Structure Interaction) 기법으로 조류와 안테나, 기체 체결부의 거동을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 실제 조류를 사용한 시험을 수행하여 안테나와 동체 사이의 체결부 손상 및 이탈여부를 확인하였으며, 항공기 기체의 구조건전성과 해석 및 시험 결과 사이의 상관성이 있음을 입증하였다. The objectives of this study is to carry out Bird strike analysis and tests of a blade antenna of aircraft. FEMs (Finite Element Models) were created for the analysis, while dummy and real antennas were used for the bird strike tests. In the analysis, birds were modeled with SPH (Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics) method, and the behaviors of the bird, antenna, and joint structure between antenna and aircraft fuselage were simulated with the FSI (Fluid-Structure Interaction) method. After the bird strike test was performed, the results of the analysis and test showed that they had a positive relationship. The damage of antenna and bolted joint was checked, and the structural integrity of the airframe was proved.
