이 연구는 자격취득 여부가 장애인 재취업에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 장애인고용패널 1차~5차년도 자료를 활용하여 선택편의를 최소화하기 위해 경향점수매칭을 실시했다. 자격취득에 따른 재취업 여부와 기간을 분석하기 위해 생명표 분석을 사용했으며, 콕스회귀분석을 활용하여 장애인 재취업에 미치는 요인을 도출했다. 연구결과: 첫째, 자격취득자가 미취득자보다 재취업 여부, 기간, 속도에서 더 높은 수치를 보였다. 자격취득자의 경우 실업 후 48개월까지 재취업에 성공한 사람은 34.1%였으나 자격미취득자의 경우 같은 기간 동안 재취업에 성공한 사람은 11.3%에 그쳤다. 둘째, 자격을 취득한 장애인이 자격을 취득하지 않은 장애인보다 실업상태에서 벗어날 가능성이 1.579배 더 높았으며 장애정도와 건강상태, 가구원 수, 고용서비스 경험여부도 장애인이 재취업에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점: 이 연구를 통해 장애인의 자격취득 및 활용에 대한 지원이 필요하며 고용서비스 및 직업훈련과의 연계를 통해 자격취득을 촉진하는 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있음을 제시했다. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether acquisition of certificate has an effect on reemployment of disabled. Method: For the purpose of this study, the data from “Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled” which was conducted from 2008 to 2012, was used. 622 samples were selected by using Propensity score matching to minimize the selection bias, and analyzed by the frequency and period of reemployment by using Life-Table Model. The Cox Proportional Hazard Model was also used to analyze the factor which affected the reemployment of disabled. Results: The followings were the major results. First, the difference of reemployment and time until reemployment depended on the possession one or more certificates. The percentage of disabled who possessed certificates succeeding in finding a job was 34.1% from the starting point of unemployment to 48 months, however, the percentage of disabled who did not possess certificates succeeding in finding a job was just 11.3%. This result demonstrated that the possibility of reemployment was higher with disabled who possessed one or more certificates than disabled who did not possess one or more certificates. Seconds, possessing one or more certificates had an effect on reemployment of disables. Disables who possessed one or more certificates had a 1.579 times higher chance of being reemployed compared to those who does not possess any certificate. Also, the degree of disability, conditions of health, number of family members, and the experience of employment service also had a effect on reemployment of disabled. Implications: Based on the results of this study, the support is necessary for acquisition of certificate and utilization. and constructing facilitation system which connected with job service and vocational training is demanded

IPSec 기반의 VPN에서는 데이터의 암호화 안전성 및 성능을 고려하였을 때 대칭키 기반의 AES 알고리즘의 성능이 가장 우수하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 IPSec 기반 VPN에서 AES 알고리즘을 사용할 때 VPN의 성능은Cavium Networks사의 OCTEON Card 시리즈 같은 고가의 하드웨어 암호화 가속화 카드를 사용해도 동일한 하드웨어를 사용하는 방화벽의 절반의 성능도 내지 못하는 것을 알 수 있다. 2008년 인텔에서는 인텔 CPU에서 AES 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 AES-NI 7개의 명령어 집합을 발표하였다. 본 논문에서는 인텔 CPU의 AES-NI 7개의 명령어 집합을 사용 할 경우 IPSec 기반 VPN에서 실제로 성능이 얼마나 향상되는지 검증한다. Considering the safety of the data and performance, it can be said that the performance of the AES algorithm in a symmetric key-based encryption is the best in the IPSec-based VPN. When using the AES algorithm in IPSec-based VPN even with the expensive hardware encryption card such as OCTEON Card series of Cavium Networks, the Performance of VPN works less than half of the firewall using the same hardware. In 2008, Intel announced a set of 7 AES-NI instructions in order to improve the performance of the AES algorithm on the Intel CPU. In this paper, we verify how much the performance IPSec-based VPN can be improved when using seven sets of AES-NI instruction of the Intel CPU.

By incorporation of PM6:Y6 bulk heterojunction to the IGZO transistor, a hybrid phototransistor with ultrahigh photoresponsivity and specific detectivity is realized in this paper. A comprehensive study on parameters affecting the device performance was conducted, and the parameters were optimized to achieve maximum performance. As a result, our PM6:Y6/IGZO hybrid phototransistor exhibited excellent performance, with an ultrahigh photoresponsivity of 2.2×10<SUP>8</SUP> A W<SUP>-1</SUP> and specific detectivity of 9.8 × 10<SUP>16</SUP> Jones under light intensity at only 1.03 nW cm<SUP>-2</SUP>.
Thermal Evaporation법으로 제조한 NiCr 박막의 증착 특성

NiCr thin films were fabricated by thermal evaporation method using NiCr alloy as evaporating source. NiCr thin films were annealed at various temperatures in air atmosphere in order to investigate effects of annealing conditions on phase change, composition, and microstructures of NiCr films. Typical multilayer was formed after annealing in air atmosphere. This results from the diffusion and oxidation of Cr toward surface during annealing. In the case of annealing at 700$^{\circ}C$, large columnar grains of NiO were formed on Cr-oxide layer through the diffusion and oxidation of Ni over Cr-oxide layer. Especially, NiO layer was formed additionally on surface, sustaining the underlayer structure with the formation of porous Ni layer. NiCr 합금을 열증발원으로 사용한 thermal evaporation법으로 NiCr박막을 $Al_2$O$_3$/Si 기판 위에 증착시켰다. 이 때 동일한 량의 NiCr 합금을 1회에 모두 증착하는 방법과, l/2씩 2회 증착하는 방법으로 NiCr 박막을 각각 증착시켜, 박막의 미세구조에 따른 막의 특성변화를 고찰하였으며, 열처리 온도에 따른 NiCr 박막의 상 변화, 조성변화 및 미세구조 변화를 XRD, AES 및 FE-SEM으로 각각 분석하였다. 열처리 과정에서 박막내부에 존재하는 Cr 성분이 표면 쪽으로 확산하여 산화됨으로써 Cr산화층/Ni 층/Cr 산화층의 전형적인 다층구조를 형성함을 알 수 있었으며, 특히, $700^{\circ}C$ 이상에서는 Ni 층이 Cr산화층을 통하여 표면 쪽으로 확산됨으로써 표면에 원주형 결정립을 가지는 NiO 층을 형성하였다. 특히 Ni 층이 확산 전의 구조를 유지한 채 표면에 추가적인 NiO층이 형성되는데, 이는 형성된 Cr산화층의 확산이 상대적으로 Ni 층에 비하여 어려운데 기인한다.

There are serious difficulties with management of general mathematics education courses because of enormous gap between freshman's ability of mathematics and lack of problem solving ability. In this paper, we try to find methods so we can reduce the difficulties. By utilizing students survey, management of Mathematics Cafe and setting example classes for Calculus and Linear Algebra we suggest effective management strategies and teaching-learning methods.
QuEChERS 법을 이용한 Rat 조직내 Pyraclofos 잔류 분석 및 급성독성 평가

Environmental pesticides used for insect control can be transferred from plants to animals even to livestock animals through food chain. Human beings also can be exposed to pesticides by consuming polluted dairy products, including meats, eggs and other milk products. Therefore, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) established Standard for Pesticide Residue Limits in dairy products. The QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) methods for detecting residual pesticides are relatively well established for fruits and vegetables, however, the methods for meat have not been appropriately studied yet. In the present work, pyraclofos was used as an organophosphate pesticide to examine its tissue residue in experimental animals by QuEChERS methods. For this, pyraclofos (150mg/kg body weight) was orally administered to male rats once a day for 2 days. After 6, 12, and 24 hr of the treatment, the tissue residues in liver and femoral muscle of the rats were determined using QuEChERS methods followed by HPLC analyses. In preliminary studies, the recovery rates of spiking samples of pyraclofos demonstrated approximately 109∼110% from the tissues. In previous study, pyraclofos tissue residues were observed with significantly high levels in livers and muscles at 6 hr of oral treatment. Then, they were almost completely disappeared after 24 hr of the administration, indicating the orally exposed pyraclofos is rapidly absorbed and distributed to body organs, then quickly excreted from the body with a negligible level of tissue residue. The alterations in blood chemistry as well as the histopathology of heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney have also been investigated in the experimental animals for assessing acute toxic effects of pyraclofos. The obtained blood chemistry indexes (ALT and AST) showed maximum peak values at 12 hr after the oral administration and decreased to the normal levels at 24 hr of the treatment. Histopathologic observation exhibited acute hepatic damages at 24 hr of the treatment. In conclusion, we suggest that QuEChERS method can be adequately optimized for the analysis of pyraclofos residues in animal tissues.
