        제주산 주요 품목 수출경쟁력 강화방안 : 대중수출 우선순위 도출을 중심으로

        제주의 대중 수출은 2018년 기준 2,283만 달러로 연평균 38% 씩 증가하고 있는 실정이나. 수출액은 타 지자체에 비해 미미한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 대중 수출을 위한 제주 상품의 경쟁력 분석을 위해 제주산 주요 수출 품목군 선정과 함께 우선 순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 이는 향후 제주의 대중 수출에 대해 행정적인 측면에서도 선택과 집중을 통해 수출을 활성화하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 무역특화지수와 시장비교우위지수를 활용하여 제주의 대중 수출 경쟁력을 분석하였으며, 제주의 수출 성장에 대한 주요 품목별 대중 수출 기여도를 산출하였다. 또한 상기 분석된 무역특화지수와 시장비교우위지수, 수출 기여도를 통해 Z-SCORE 가중치를 적용하여 제주지역의 대중 수출 우선순위 품목을 선정하였다. 연구결과 기초화장품(330499) 제1위, 소주 등 증류주(220890) 제2위, 기타혼합주스(200990) 제3위, 감귤류과실(200830)제4위, 기타녹차(미발효)(090220) 제5위, 기타조제식품류(210690) 제6위, 기타어종-갈치(030389) 제7위, 기타당류제품(170490) 제8위로 나타났다. In 2018, the amount of Jeju‘s export to China added up to 22,830,000 dollars, and it has been increasing at an average of 38% every year. However, it is at a far lower level when compared to that of other local government in Korea. This study aims at selecting and prioritizing the major export items produced in Jeju, so that the competitiveness analysis of the products exported to China could be carried out. The results of analysis will be used to activate the exports to China even in administrative aspect through selecting and concentrating on promising items. In this study, the export competitiveness has been analyzed by using of the Trade Specialization Index and Market Comparative Advantage Index, and the rate of contribution of each major item to the Jeju’s export growth has been calculated, as well. In addition, the Jeju region s priority items exported to China have been selected by assigning the weighted Z-score on the basis of the Trade Specialization Index and Market Comparative Advantage Index mentioned above. The results of this study show that basic cosmetics take the first place(330499), followed by hard liquors such as ‘Soju’(220890), mixed juice(200990), orangescitrus fruits (200830), other green tea (non-fermented)(090220), other delicatessen food(210690), other fishes-cutlassfish(030389), and other sugar-based foods(170490), in order of priority.

        광주, 전남 지역 소아의 A형 간염 항체 보유율에 대한 연구

        목 적: 소아 특히 영유아는 A형 간염에 감염되어도 증상이 대부분 없기 때문에 다른 사람들에게 전파시키는 원인이 된다. 위생상태의 개선으로 A형 간염바이러스에 노출될 기회가 적어지면서 항체가 형성되지 않아 20~30대 젊은 세대에서 A형 간염이 급격히 증가하고 있으며 최근 대유행의 조짐을 보이고 있다. 저자들은 광주. 전남 지역 소아의 A형 간염 항체 보유율을 조사하여 역학적 특성을 이해하고 예방대책 기준을 수립하기 위한 기초자료를 얻고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법: 2009년 1월 1일부터 2009년 12월 31일까지 조선대학교병원 소아청소년과에 입원한 18세 이하의 환자 중 수혈이나 면역억제요법을 받은 적이 없는 광주, 전남지역에 거주하는 소아 1,435명(남아 788명, 여아 647명)을 대상으로 IgG anti-HAV 검사하였다. 연령대는 1세 미만, 1세~5세 미만, 5세~10세 미만, 10세~15세 미만, 15세 이상으로 구분하였으며 1세 미만은 개월 수로 세분화하여 비교하였다. 결 과: IgG anti-HAV 양성은 40.8%였으며, 연령에 따른 항체 양성률은 1세 미만은 41% (107/261), 1세~5세미만 49.9% (264/236), 5세~10세 미만 51.1% (180/352), 10세~15세 미만 12.9% (30/232), 15세 이상 8.2% (5/61)로 10세 이상에서 현저하게 감소하였다. 1세 미만을 세분화 하여 조사한 결과 양성률이 1개월 미만은 47.6%였으며 이후 30% 이상의 양성률을 보이다가 7개월경에 감소하기 시작하여 9개월에 14.3%로 감소하였다. 성별에 따른 양성률은 남아 40.6% (320/788), 여아 41.1% (266/647)로 였고 성별 간의 의미 있는 차이는 없었다. 거주지에 따른 비교는 광주 42.5% (415/976), 전남 37.3% (171/459)로 광주지역이 높았다. 결 론: 소아에서 IgG anti-HAV 양성률은 40.8%였으나 10세 이상에서 12.9%로 현저히 감소하여 이들이 성인이 되는 경우 현증 A형 간염의 집단 발생 가능성이 높아질 것으로 생각되며 A형 간염에 대한 적극적인 예방접종이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Purpose: Recently, the incidence of acute hepatitis A has increased nationwide and is related to a low rate of IgG anti-HAV production. To establish effective measures for preventing hepatitis A virus infection, an epidemiologic study on the seroprevalence of anti-HAV is needed. Thus, we investigated the seroprevalence of IgG anti-HAV in children living in Gwangju and Jeonnam. Methods: IgG anti-HAV levels were measured in a total of 1,435 patients who visited Chosun University Hospital between January 2009 and December 2009. Results: The overall seropositve rate was 40.8% (586/1,435). The seropositive rates were 41% among children under the age of 1 year, 49.9% for children 1~5 years old, 51.1% among individuals 5~10 years old, 12.9% for individuals 10~15 years old, and 8.2% for subjects over 15 years old. There was no significant difference between genders in any group. The seropositive rates in Gwangju and Jeonnam were 57.3% and 32.9% for children under the age of 1 year, 52.5% and 44.3% for children 1~5 years old, 60.2% and 33.9% among children 5~10 years old, 14.1% and 9.7% for children 10~15 years old, and 10.8% and 4.2% for individuals over 15 years old. Conclusion: The results demonstrated the low rates of IgG anti-HAV, particularly among subjects over 10 years old, which suggests the possibility of increasing clinical HAV infection rates among adults in the near future. We should actively prevent the spread of hepatitis A virus. Vaccination is the most effective means of preventing hepatitis A virus transmission among persons at risk for infection. Hepatitis A vaccination is recommended for children who have low IgG anti-HAV seropositive rates.

        Ibuprofen 사용 후 위궤양을 합병한 유문동 격막 1예

        저자들은 평소 특별한 증상이 없이 건강했으나 두통 때문에 ibuprofen을 투여 받은 후 2일 후에 토혈, 복통이 발생하여 입원한 7세 남자에서 위 내시경 검사로 유문동 격막과 격막 주위 위 궤양을 진단한 유문동 격막 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. An antral web is an extremely rare gastric anomaly that disturbs the gastric outlet. The onset of symptoms will depend on the diameter of the aperture. Obstructive symptoms may not occur when the aperture is >1 centimeter in diameter. If the aperture is larger than 1 cm without significant symptoms, conservative treatment is sufficient. A case of an antral web with an ulcer and vomiting in a 7-year-old boy who received ibuprofen for 2 days is presented. The patient became symptom-free after medical treatment.

        도침 치료를 통한 손가락 관절염 치료: 증례 보고

        This case report was conducted to introduce the use of miniscalpel-acupuncture for the treatment of hand osteoarthritis. A-76-year old female patient who had pain on both hands due to osteoarthritis was treated with miniscalpel-acupuncture for 7 weeks. The main outcome were the Numeral Rating Scale (NRS) and the grip strength by dynamometer. After miniscalpel-acupuncture treatment, NRS was decreased and the strength of grasp was increased. The result of this study suggests that the treatment of miniscalpel-acupuncture may be effectively used to decrease pain and increase grip strength of patients who suffer from hand osteoarthritis. Further research is necessary by the reason of the limited sample size of this study. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2018;28(4):125-130)

        서식지 선호도 및 품질 평가 모형의 신뢰성 개선: 한국 고라니의 경우

        Purpose: Predicting the occurrence of wild species at the landscape level is a crucial task for environmental managers and conservation biologists. Modeling and evaluating wildlife habitat quality based on the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technique provides new opportunities for enhancing model predictability. Methods: We developed a GIS-based habitat suitability index (HSI) model for Korean water deer (Hydropotes inermis argyropus) in Chungnam province, Korea, where they are a significant cause of damage to vegetables and crops. The model was based primarily on logistic regression analysis and was used to assess the impact of multiple variables, such as landscape patterns and structures, topographic characteristics, and human disturbance, on habitat suitability for the species. After developing the model, we employed it to produce a habitat-suitability map. Results: The HSI model yielded a p-value of 0.339 (χ² = 9.033) and a 74.0% correct prediction rate for the overall predicted data. The model also demonstrated that 42.4% of the province is covered in poor-quality habitat, while Korean water deer prefer fair-quality habitats (mean HSI = 0.50). In addition, the observation probability increased when HSI values rose, meaning that the model has good predictive power. Conclusion: Associations between landscape patterns and habitat requirements could be utilized to build accurate, easy-to-apply, predictive models for the habitats of wild species. The HSI model and habitat-suitability map provide solid foundations on which to build effective wildlife management and Agri-Environment policies with local governments to conserve endangered species.

        고려.조선시대의 수학과 사회

        Though the tradition of Korean mathematics since the ancient time up to the "Enlightenment Period" in the late 19th century had been under the influence of the Chinese mathematics, it strove to develop its own independent of Chinese. However, the fact that it couldn't succeed to form the independent Korean mathematics in spite of many chances under the reign of Kings Sejong, Youngjo, and Joungjo was mainly due to the use of Chinese characters by Koreans. Han-gul (Korean characters) invented by King Sejong had not been used widely as it was called and despised Un-mun and Koreans still used Chinese characters as the only "true letters" (Jin-suh). The correlation between characters and culture was such that , if Koreans used Han-gul as their official letters, we may have different picture of Korean mathematics. It is quite interesting to note that the mathematics in the "Enlightenment Period" changed rather smoothly into the Western mathematics at the time when Han-gul was used officially with Chinese characters. In Koryo, the mathematics existed only as a part of the Confucian refinement, not as the object of sincere study. The mathematics in Koryo inherited that of the Unified Shilla without any remarkable development of its own, and the mathematicians were the Inner Officials isolated from the outside world who maintained their positions as specialists amid the turbulence of political changes. They formed a kind of Guild, their posts becoming patrimony. The mathematics in Koryo is significant in that they paved the way for that of Chosun through a few books of mathematics such as "Sanhak-Kyemong, "Yanghwi - Sanpup" and "Sangmyung-Sanpup." King Sejong was quite phenomenal in his policy of promotion of mathematics. King himself was deeply interested in the study, createing an atmosphere in which all the high ranking officials and scholars highly valued mathematics. The sudden development of mathematic culture was mainly due to the personality and capacity of King who took any one with the mathematic talent onto government service regardless of his birth and against the strong opposition of the conservative officials. However, King's view of mathematics never resulted in the true development of mathematics per se and he used it only as an official technique in the tradition way. Korean mathematics in King Sejong's reign was based upon both the natural philosophy in China and the unique geo-political reality of Korean peninsula. The reason why the mathematic culture failed to develop continually against those social background was that the mathematicians were not allowed to play the vital role in that culture, they being only the instrument for the personality or politics of the King. While the learned scholar class sometimes played the important role for the development of the mathematic culture, they often as not became an adamant barrier to it. As the society in Chosun needed the function of mathematics acutely, the mathematicians formed the settled class called Jung-in (Middle-Man). Jung-in was a unique class in Chosun and we can't find its equivalent in China of Japan. These Jung-in mathematician officials lacked tendency to publish their study, since their society was strictly exclusive and their knowledge was very limited. Though they were relatively low class, these mathematicians played very important role in Chosun society. In "Sil-Hak (the Practical Learning) period" which began in the late 16th century, especially in the reigns of King Youngjo and Jungjo, which was called the Renaissance of Chosun, the ambitious policy for the development of science and technology called for the rapid increase of the number of such technocrats as mathematicians inevitably became quite ambitious and proud. They tried to explore deeply into mathematics per se beyond the narrow limit of knowledge required for their office.         3차원 비콘 위치측정을 이용한 마커기반 증강현실의 안정적 서비스에 관한 연구

        Among the augmented reality services, the most frequently used services are marker based augmented reality services. However, there is a problem that the augmented reality service can not be provided in an environment in which the marker image can not be recognized. In this paper, we propose a method to provide more stable service by estimating the user’s posture even if the marker image can not be correctly recognized due to occlusion, obstacle or marker damage in the marker based augmented reality. In the proposed method, when a failure occurs in the provision of a marker based augmented reality, the attitude of the user is estimated using the 3-dimensional coordinates measured through communication between the three beacons and the user, and it allows the user to receive the augmented reality service continuously. We describe the scenario of augmented reality technique using proposed marker recognition and beacon communication, and present the results of experiments based on the degree of occlusion and damage. 증강현실 서비스 중 가장 많이 사용 되는 서비스는 마커기반 증강현실 서비스이다. 그러나 마커 이미지가 가림 또는 훼손 때문에 마커 이미지를 인식될 수 없는 환경에서는 증강현실 서비스를 제공해줄 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 마커기반 증강현실에서 마커 이미지를 인식할 수 없는 상황에서도 사용자의 자세를 추정함으로써 보다 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 마커기반 증강현실 제공시 장애가 발생할 경우, 3개의 비콘과 사용자간의 통신을 통해 측정된 3차원 좌표 값을 이용하여 사용자의 자세를 추정하고 증강현실 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자가 지속적으로 증강현실 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 마커 인식과 비콘 통신을 활용한 마커기반 증강현실 기법의 시나리오에 대해 설명하고 제안된 방법을 가림 및 훼손 정도에 따라 실험한 결과를 제시한다.
