        이중대역 정합회로를 이용한 고효율 무선전력 수신 정류 회로

        In this paper, a dual-band rectifier system is proposed to overcome the low RF-to-DC conversion efficiency. The designed dual-band system simultaneously collects and converts signals from two ISM bands. By miniaturizing selective filters for dual-band and harmonic signals, the system receives signals at 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. A dual-band matching circuit to diodes is designed to achieve a single-link system. The proposed dual-band rectifier not only enables high wireless power harvesting by increasing the input wireless signal power but also achieves high DC conversion efficiency, allowing for efficient wireless power transfer. According to experimental results, the proposed dual-band system showed significantly higher conversion efficiencies during dual-band operation. Specifically, compared to the 2.4 GHz single-band at 0 dBm input power, it exhibited an improvement of approximately 12.6% points. Similarly, compared to the 5.8 GHz single-band at 15 dBm input power, it showed an improvement of around 22.0% points. 본 논문에서는 기존 렉테나의 낮은 RF-DC 변환 효율을 극복하기 위해 2개의 ISM 대역 무선 신호를 동시에 수집 변환하는 이중대역 렉테나 시스템을 제안하였다. 교차하는 이중대역 신호와 고조파 신호의 선택적 제거 필터를 소형화 설계하여 2.4 GHz와 5.8 GHz의 신호를 동시 수신하였으며, 다이오드와의 이중대역 매칭회로를 통해 단일 링크를 갖는 이중대역 렉테나를 설계하였다. 설계된 이중대역 렉테나 시스템은 입력 무선 신호 전력을 증가시켜 높은 무선 전력 수집이 가능할 뿐만아니라 높은 DC 변환효율을 얻을 수 있어 효율적인 무선전력전송을 구현할 수 있다. 제안된 이중대역 렉테나는 실험결과 입력전력 0 dBm 기준 이중 대역 구동시 변환효율은 2.4GHz 단일대역 대비 0dBm에서 약 12.6%pt, 5.8GHz 단일대역 대비 15dBm에서 약 22.0%pt 더 높은 결과를 보였다.

        咸安樣式古式陶質土器의 分布定型과 意味

        During the Early-style Stoneware period, the Youngnam region witnessed the appearance of pottery similar to that intensively excavated in the Haman area. Various arguments representing different viewpoints have been presented regarding this phenomenon. Although the kilns were limited to the Haman area, Haman-style pottery has been found throughout the Gimhae and Busan areas. It is therefore possible that pottery originating in the Haman area may have moved into other places. This study thus aims to examine the distribution pattern of Haman-style pottery. It also looks into the background of this phenomena by identifying Haman-style pottery and by assuming its movement and influences. Based on changes in distribution pattern, Haman-made pottery can be divided into three phases. The distribution of Haman-made pottery began in the latter half of the 3rd century AD. Only one or two examples of paddled pottery with corded ware design have been identified in limited areas. In the 4th century, the distribution of Haman-style pottery expanded greatly in terms of range, quantity and type. The areas showing the distribution of this pottery type can be divided into 1) the East Nakdong River region (including Gimhae and Changwon), 2) the Southern West Nakdong River region, and 3) the Northern West Nakdong River region. Finally, the fourth quarter of the 4th century to the first quarter of the 5th century witnessed a significant decrease in terms of both the range and amount of pottery distributed. To conclude, the above changes in distribution pattern may be seen to directly reflect the distribution network of Haman-made pottery. In other words, the changing patterns of distribution represent the formation and development of the Haman-made pottery distribution network. The distribution network of Haman-made pottery was set up in the latter half of the 3rd century AD, followed by the establishment of two distribution spheres (located in the eastern area of Nakdong River and the southern area west of Nakdong River) in the 4th century. Both distribution spheres were wide reaching but each contained different characteristics. In the eastern area of Nakdong River, a good relationship appears to have been maintained between Haman and Gyeongju. In the southern area west of Nakdong River, it appears that Haman may have taken advantage of foreign trade through the Nam River and Masan Bay. Written records concerning “the war between eight countries which took place on the river/sea (浦上八國戰 爭)” may be considered in reference to this, but the nature, period, and countries involved in this war remain unclear. The two distribution spheres continued into the fourth quarter of the 4th century to the first quarter of the 5th century, but witnessed decline in terms of the type, amount and range of pottery distributed. This indicates that the meaning of Haman-style pottery changed considerably at this time.

        영남지방 고식도질토기 지역 양식의 형성과 전개

        This paper focuses mainly on several local styles that existed with the inEarly-style Stoneware tradition of the Yeongnam region and examines theirdevelopment processes and characteristics. Firstly, the characteristic featuresand developmental process of Early-style Stoneware discovered in Gimhaeand Busan, Haman, and Gyeongju is considered. The Early-style Stonewareexcavated from these three areas show clear differences in shape, manufacturingtechniques, and stylistic evolution, suggesting that they should be classified intothree groups. Secondly, the formation and development of the three differenttypes of Early-style Stoneware is examined. Discoveries made so far show thatthe period when Stoneware appeared is characterized by plain-surfaced crockjars with double lugs (Gimhae and Busan) and cord-marked pottery (Haman). In the succeeding period of expansion, the Stoneware manufacturing traditionspread to around Gyeongju, although the Wajil Pottery manufacturing traditionwas still prevalent in the area. Potters in Gimhae and Busan during this periodproduced the Brazier-shaped Pottery Stand and Mounted Cup with EvertedMouth, whereas those in Haman produced mass-produced cord-marked potteryusing techniques of stacking vessels in the kiln. In the last phase, a periodof stylistic transition, early-style Stoneware was replaced by the Bowl-shapedPottery Stand, Long-necked Jar, and Mounted Cup with Lid. Finally, a briefoverview of ‘production and distribution’ is presented. The early stonewarevessels of Gimhae and Busan feature both similarities and differences, suggestingthat the two areas maintained different production systems. Gyeongju Stylevessels tended to produced on a small scale, used mostly by the community thatproduced them. Haman-Style vessels tended to have been manufactured in largequantities by the potters, and distributed to the wider areas of the Yeongnamregion.

        Human Tumor Xenograft Models for Preclinical Assessment of Anticancer Drug Development

        Xenograft models of human cancer play an important role in the screening and evaluation of candidates for new anticancer agents. The models, which are derived from human tumor cell lines and are classified according to the transplant site, such as ectopic xenograft and orthotopic xenograft, are still utilized to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and toxicity. The metastasis model is modified for the evaluation and prediction of cancer progression. Recently, animal models are made from patient-derived tumor tissue. The patient-derived tumor xenograft models with physiological characters similar to those of patients have been established for personalized medicine. In the discovery of anticancer drugs, standard animal models save time and money and provide evidence to support clinical trials. The current strategy for using xenograft models as an informative tool is introduced.

        중년층 맞벌이 여성의 HMR 선택속성이 충성도에 미치는 영향: 기업 신뢰에 대한 매개역할을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of HMR selective attributes on loyalty and to examine whether corporate trust plays a role between HMR selective attributes and loyalty among middle-aged working women consumers. The survey was conducted from March 12, 2019 to April 27, 2019 by the convenience sampling method. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and the final 236 copies were used as useful data. The analysis results are as follows. First, the practicality among the HMR selective attributes of middle-aged working women showed the most significant effect on loyalty, and the material safety had a negative effect on loyalty. Second, corporate trust plays an mediating role between practicality and loyalty among HMR selective attributes of middle-aged working women. Therefore, this study contribute to provide useful data for securing loyal customers by grasping the middle-aged women's selective attributes for HMR products. In addition, present study has helped to build a positive corporate image through corporate trust.

        한국중소기업의 기술혁신 목적 중요도가 혁신성과에 미치는 영향요인: 수도권과 비수도권의 개방형협력 활동의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in importance according to the innovation objectives of SMEs on innovation performance. In addition, the mediating effect of open cooperation activities of SMEs was confirmed. Additionally, differences between metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas were observed. Research design, data, and methodology: The independent variable is innovation intention, the dependent variable is innovation performance, and the mediator is an open cooperative activity. KIS (Korea Innovation Survey) 2018 data, which is surveyed biennially by STEPI, was used as analysis data. In this study, logistic-mediated effect analysis was performed. Results: The purpose of technological innovation connected with product innovation performance had a positive effect on product innovation performance. On the other hand, the purpose of technological innovation, which is linked to process innovation performance, has changed in terms of positive and negative influences depending on the type of process innovation. The mediating effect of open cooperation was confirmed differently by country and region. In product innovation performance, the national, metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions showed different mediating effects. In theprocess innovation performance, it was generally difficult to confirm the mediating effect. Implications: The difference of this study was that it focused on the purpose of innovation, which had not been largely considered as a research subject in the past. The innovation purpose focused on the point inevitably similar to the result, and the innovation purpose was reclassified and interpreted as product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and other innovations. The innovation objectives that have a positive effect on product innovation are product diversification and Market Exploitation/Enlargement, which are objectives related to product innovation. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the innovation objectives related to process innovation generally had a negative effect. It was confirmed that the innovation objectives related to organizational innovation had a positive effect except for the support process innovation performance.

        Tumor-Infiltrating Neutrophils and Non-Classical Monocytes May Be Potential Therapeutic Targets for HER2 negative Gastric Cancer

        Gastric cancer (GC) is the fourth most common cause of cancer-related death globally. The classification of advanced GC (AGC) according to molecular features has recently led to effective personalized cancer therapy for some patients. Specifically, AGC patients whose tumor cells express high levels of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) can now benefit from trastuzumab, a humanized monoclonal Ab that targets HER2. However, patients with HER2negative AGC receive limited clinical benefit from this treatment. To identify potential immune therapeutic targets in HER2negative AGC, we obtained 40 fresh AGC specimens immediately after surgical resections and subjected the CD45+ immune cells in the tumor microenvironment to multi-channel/multi-panel flow cytometry analysis. Here, we report that HER2 negativity associated with reduced overall survival (OS) and greater tumor infiltration with neutrophils and non-classical monocytes. The potential pro-tumoral activities of these cell types were confirmed by the fact that high expression of neutrophil or non-classical monocyte signature genes in the gastrointestinal tumors in The Cancer Genome Atlas, Genotype-Tissue Expression and Gene Expression Omnibus databases associated with worse OS on Kaplan-Meir plots relative to tumors with low expression of these signature genes. Moreover, advanced stage disease in the AGCs of our patients associated with greater tumor frequencies of neutrophils and non-classical monocytes than early stage disease. Thus, our study suggests that these 2 myeloid populations may serve as novel therapeutic targets for HER2negative AGC.
