Planning site of redevelopment apartment designed from construction company requires noise environment assessment in the aparment site by adjoining traffic load. Therefore, this study, firstly, measured noise level of the nearest point of apartment in the horizontal distance from the crowded north and south road to measure the noise level of road by environmental influence assessment procedure. After that, through the field measurement, this research aims to measure the noise level within the design site of apartment and assess the noise prevention facility according to the principles of regulation about the housing.

Purpose: With changing fungal epidemiology and azole resistance in Aspergillus species, identifying fungal species and susceptibilitypatterns is crucial to the management of aspergillosis and mucormycosis. The objectives of this study were to evaluate performanceof panfungal polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) samples in theidentification of fungal species and in the detection of azole-resistance mutations in the Aspergillus fumigatus cyp51A gene at aSouth Korean hospital. Materials and Methods: A total of 75 FFPE specimens with a histopathological diagnosis of aspergillosis or mucormycosis wereidentified during the 10-year study period (2006–2015). After deparaffinization and DNA extraction, panfungal PCR assays wereconducted on FFPE samples for fungal species identification. The identified fungal species were compared with histopathologicaldiagnosis. On samples identified as A. fumigatus, sequencing to identify frequent mutations in the cyp51A gene [tandem repeat46 (TR46), L98H, and M220 alterations] that confer azole resistance was performed. Results: Specific fungal DNA was identified in 31 (41.3%) FFPE samples, and of these, 16 samples of specific fungal DNA were inaccord with a histopathological diagnosis of aspergillosis or mucormycosis; 15 samples had discordant histopathology and PCRresults. No azole-mediating cyp51A gene mutation was noted among nine cases of aspergillosis. Moreover, no cyp51A mutationswere identified among three cases with history of prior azole use. Conclusion: Panfungal PCR assay with FFPE samples may provide additional information of use to fungal species identification. Noazole-resistance mediating mutations in the A. fumigatus cyp51A gene were identified among FFPE samples during study period.
사학연금 기준소득월액 상.하한 기준의 중.장기적 개선방안

본 연구의 목적은 기준소득월액 상·하한 기준을 체계적이고 심도 있게 분석하여 중·장기적 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 기준소득월액 하한 관련 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현행 사학연금 기준소득월액 하한 수준은 낮은 편이다. 둘째, 기준소득 월액 하한은 학교급별, 직능별로 5개의 하한선으로 구분하여 차등화하고 있어 사학연금 가입자간 부담금 및 급여의 형평성 문제가 발생하고 있다. 셋째, 세분화된 하한선으로 인해 사학연금 가입자들의 수용성(수요자) 측면의 문제와 불필요한 행정비용이 발생한다. 넷째, 하한의 연동방식이 부재하다. 또한 기준소득월액 상한 관련 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기준소득월액 상한 기준 중 퇴직연금 등 연금급여 산정 시의 수준은 비교적 적절한 것으로 보이나, 일시금 산정 시의 수준은 다소 높은 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 기준소득월액 상한은 연금급여 산정 시와 일시금 산정 시 기준으로 이원화 되어 있고, 일시금 산정 시 기준은 다시 교원과 직원으로 구분되어 있어 가입자간 부담금 및 급여의 형평성 문제, 가입자의 수용성 문제 및 행정적 비효율성 문제가 존재한다. 셋째, 상한의 연동방식 변경에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 하한선의 일원화 및 단계적 상향조정 방안, 현행 차등화된 하한선의 일원화와 하한 수준의 인상을 별도로 추진하기 보다는 동시에 추진하는 방안의 필요성, 이원화되어 있는 상한기준을 통합하여 일원화하는 방안의 필요성, 상한 및 하한의 연동방식으로 사학연금 전체 가입자 평균 기준소득월액 변동률을 고려하는 방안 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to observe the tensile and bonding strength of the joined amalgam restoration. Amalgam alloys of fine-cut (F-type), spherical ( S-type), and dispersed type (D-type) were selected in this study, and all specimens were divided into three groups according to the condensation methods as follows. Group Ⅰ : the control group which condense the same kinds of mixed amalgam into the whole part of the mold respectively. Group Ⅱ : the group which condense a mix of amalgam into one half of the mold, and then condense a new mix of amalgam into the rest half of the mold 15 minutes later. Group Ⅲ : the group which condense a mixed amalgam into one half of the mold, and then condense a new mix of amalgam into the rest half of the mold 7 days later. All specimens were stored in incubator at 37±1℃ for seven days with immersing in saline solution before testing. The tensile and bonding strength of them were measured with Instron Universal Testing machine. The results were as follows: 1. In Group Ⅰ, the order of tensile strength was F-type, S-type, and D-type. 2. In case of bonding of S-type + S-type, the difference of the bonding strength between Group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was not significant. (P>0.05) 3. The bonding strength of F-type + S-type of Group Ⅱ was marked the highest in value, and the lowest bonding strength was showed in bonded D-type + D-type of Group Ⅲ. 4. In case of bonding with the different kinds of amalgam alloy in Group Ⅱ, the specimen bonded to F-type was marked the highest bonding strength, and the specimen bonded with F-type was marked the lowest one. In Group Ⅱ, the bonding strength of the specimens bonded with the same kinds of amalgam alloy was presented as the same order as that of Group Ⅰ. 5. In Group Ⅲ, the specimen connected with D-type marked the lowest bonding strength of all specimens. In Group Ⅲ, the bonding strength of the specimens connected with the same kinds of amalgam alloy was the order of S-type + S-type, F-type + F-type, and D-type + D-type.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived value, satisfaction, and behavior based on prior research. Data collection for the verification of this study was conducted from September 20 to October 13, 2018 and was conducted by the convenience sampling act to the consumers using the mobile commerce related to eating out in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The analysis results are as follows. First, the information quality, service quality, and system quality among the quality of the mobile commerce in the dining room significantly affect the perceived value. Second, the quality of service and system quality among the quality of mobile commerce in restaurants and restaurants has a significant impact on satisfaction. Third, perceived value was shown to have a significant effect on behavior, and satisfaction also had a significant effect on behavior. Based on the results of this study, we will consider the empirical problems and practical development directions of the mobile commerce quality in the dining room, and through this research, we will be able to provide useful data academically. Furthermore, if consumers satisfy the values and satisfaction they seek within the mobile commerce system, they will be able to derive a more positive attitude.
