The aim of this study was to analyze the factors that were associated to the approval for the community water fluoridation program. The subjects of this study were 751 mothers of elementary school student from September 1 to 30, 2012. Data were analyzed with chi-square, and multiple logistic regression analysis SPSS 12.0. Respondents approving and opposing for the implementation of water fluoridation program were 50.3% and 10.4%. The most associated factors of approval for the community water fluoridation program was recognition of water fluoridation program (odds ratio [OR], 2.98; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.14∼7.76), which was followed by length of residence (OR, 2.49; 95% CI, 1.39∼4.47), and recognition of sealant (OR, 1.88; 95% CI, 1.02∼3.50) in the order. And the approval opinion had relationship with district of residence. It is recommend that construction of public service system on education and information in order to most peoples can confidence the necessity of community water fluoridation program.

본 논문은 금융투자업계에 대한 보안관제 정책을 기준으로 업계가 공동이용 가능한 통합보안관제시스템이 구축 가능하도록 금융투자회사들이 구축 운용하고 있는 보안인프라를 비롯한 전산망의 보안관제를 위한 적용 기술과 운용체계 등을 조사하고, 이를 토대로 외부로부터 공격에 대비한 모니터링, 침입탐지 및 실시간 방어 등의 기능이 적절하게 수행되고 업계 차원의 종합적이고 체계적인 관리가 가능한 통합보안관제시스템 모델과 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다.

요양병원 간호사의 일터학습과 직무만족이 노인간호실천에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노인간호의 질 향상을 위해 일터학습, 직무만족 및 노인간호실천 정도와 변수 간의 관계를 확인하여 노인간호실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 9개 요양병원 간호사 146명을 대상으로 2016년 5월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였고, SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 일터학습, 직무만족, 노인간호실천의 차이는 t-test, ANOVA, 사후 검정은 Scheffè test를 이용하였고, 일터학습, 직무만족, 노인간호실천 간의 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation, 노인간호실천에 대한 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 요양병원 간호사의 일터학습은 평균 3.99점(6점), 직무만족은 3.03점(5점), 노인간호실천은 3.38점(4점)이었으며, 일반적 특성 중 근무형태에 따라 노인간호실천에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 노인간호실천은 일터학습의하위영역인 우연적 학습 및 직무만족과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었고, 다중회귀분석 결과 노인간호실천에 영향을 미치는 요인은 근무경력, 주간근무, 직무만족이었으며, 설명력은 20%였다. 본 연구를 통해 직무만족을 높이는 것이 노인간호실천을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였으므로, 요양병원 간호사의 직무만족을 높이는 방안에 대한 논의가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 또한 요양병원 간호사를 대상으로 노인간호실천을 위한 일터학습과 직무만족에 대한 연구가 부족하므로 후속 연구를 제언한다. This study aimed to identify workplace learning, job satisfaction and geriatric nursing practice, find the correlations between each variable, and investigate affecting factors on geriatric nursing practice. Subjects were 146 nurses in 9 long-term care hospitals including G City, and data were collected from May 1, 2016 through Jun. 30, 2016. Data analysis included independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results showed that the correlations between each variable showed that incidental learning, a subregion of workplace learning (r=.20, p=.014), and job satisfaction (r=.29, p<.001) had a positive correlation with geriatric nursing practice, respectively. The affecting factors on geriatric nursing practice were job satisfaction, daytime working and nursing experience, and the explanatory power of the model was 20%(F=4.91, p<.001). Based on the results, job satisfaction should be increased to improve the quality of nursing in long-term care hospitals and various methods might be discussed to improve the job satisfaction. Daytime working was suggested one factor on geriatric nursing practice because nursing was provided mainly during daytime, and nursing experience was also one factor on geriatric nursing practice, so highly experienced geriatric nurses could provide high quality elderly patient care.
