Recently Vehicles black box for analysis of the accident, mainly the camera images are stored. But on issues such as sudden unintended acceleration type are insufficient for analysis. Because of the information collected by various sensors on the basis of analysis will be available is a vehicle accident. In this paper from inside the vehicle to get the basic information to monitor and collect data for the analysis of vehicle accidents caused by internal defects can be to build a system. This paper is using the TCP/IP communication measured of the vehicle. And remote communication using the stored vehicles were able to store data on a sever.

The transmission control method of small forklift is classified into pilot control method and direct control method. In pilot control method, the hydraulic circuit which consists a lot of components is very complex so the production process is too costly and time consuming. The direct control method contains fewer components that can be configured to simple hydraulic circuit. It has more advantages because the shift sensitivity of transmission is changed easily via the input profile. In this paper, the controller design and the input profile for system are studied to apply to the direct control method. The input profile consists of Fill section, Hold section and Ramp section. The characteristic of each section is obtained through experiment. As the result, the shift sensitivity and starting performance are effected by Fill section and Hold section.

Therefore, the study of the characteristics of direct control method is demanded to applied the development of hydraulic system design. This paper will present the simulation of direct control transmission by using AMESim. At first, the modeling of direct control method is obtained and simulated with the real parameters. Second, the simulation results are carried out and compare with the experiment result to verify and analysis the characteristic of the direct control method.
