Jetzt allerdings handelt es sich um die Verdeutlichung der psycholinguistische Aspekte, die beim Verstehen von Texten eine Rolle spielen. Zur Unterscheidung der formalen Interpretation und der psycholinguistische Interpretation werden wir im Falle der letzteren die Begriffe Verstehen, Verstandnis sowie Interpretation benutzen. Ausgehend von dieser Textauffassung, kann man sagen, da Information aus dem Text oder uber den Text im Gedachtnis gespeichert wird. Das Problem dabei ist, welche Infromation oder welche Art der Information im Gedachtnis bewahrt wird und wie dieser Prozeβ mit dem Verstehen des Textes zusammenhangt. Was geschieht mit der im Gedachtnis gespeicherten Information Zweifellos werden wir nach einer gewissen Zeit eine groβe Menge von Informationen vergessen, wahrend gerade andere Informatinen verfugbar bleiben. Textverarbeitung bezieht sich nicht nur auf das Verstandnis, Behalten und Erinnern von Texten, sondern auch auf andere kognitive Prozesse des Legen von Verbindungen zwischen Informationen aus einem Text und den Kenntnissen/ Informationen, die wir bereits besitzen, etwa um unser Wissen zu vergroβern oder zu korrigieren. In den letzten 15 Jahren wurde meistens die Ebene der Textproduktion untersucht, Aber das Textverstehen ist wichtig sowohl auf der Seite der Textproduktion, weil Produktion und Verstehen der Texte ein einheitlicher Prozess ist, als auch auf der Seite der Kommunikation, weil Interpretation und Verstehen in der alltaglichen Kommunikation zusammenlaufen. N/A Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography(PTC) was performed in 30 cases, who were suspicious of obstructive jaundice or not differentiated clearly from non-obstructive jaundice at the department of internal medicine, Daegu Catholic Hospital during about 1 year from Feb. 1982 to Mar. 1983. The results were as follows; 1) The ratio of male to female was 17 to 1(19 cases to 11 cases) in the total group (30 cases) and the highest incidence of age was 6th decade(10 cases). 2) Successful PTC was obtained in 27 cases(90%) among the total of 30 cases. Three caaes of the unsuccessful group were impressed as CBD stone(2 cases) and cholangitis(1 case). 3) Among the successful group(27 cases), CBD stone was seen in 7 cases, cholangio-Ca, in 7 cases(CBD Ca. in 4 cases and CHD Ca. in 3 cases), pancreatic head Ca. In 4 cases, GB Ca. In 1 case, Ascariasis sras found in 1 case and Clonorchiasis in 1 case etc. 4) On the laboratory examination, the average level of total serum bilirubin of cholangio-CA. (15. 4 mg%) and pancreatic head Ca. (17. 5 mg %) was significantly higher than that of CBD stone (8.3 mg%) and the average level of total serum alkaline phoshatase of cholangio-CA. (20.5 unit) and that of pancreatic head CA.(20.4 unit) was higher than that of CBD stone(12. 4 unit). 5) Twelve cases among the 27 cases were operated and operative findings of them were coincident with PTC finding except two cases. The one case of CBD stone was mistaken as CBD CA. and the CBD Ca. As pancreatic head Ca. 6) Operation could be excluded by PTC in 5 cases. These cases were improved by medical conservative treatment. 7) Complications were seen in 3 cases. Bile leakage in one, high fever(39℃) and transient hypertension in the others.
배전선로 원격 진단을 위한 ZigBee 무선통신 시스템 개발

This paper presents a ZigBee wireless communication system for remote diagnosis in overhead distribution power lines. The system is divided in three parts in the functional aspect - a host computer module, a remote controller module and a diagnostic system module. The host computer module designed as USB interface transmits control signals and receive data measured by sensor. The remote controller module operates the diagnostic system. Diagnostic system module communicates with internal main controller and host computer USB. Multiple communication channel is adopted for simultaneous operations of several diagnostic system. Dedicated protocol for each module is developed. The system is designed with a focus on low cost and small size suitable for lightweight and small diagnostic system.
지관 압축을 받는 고강도강 X형 원형강관접합부의 구조적 성능에 대한 실험적 연구

Most of current representative design standards worldwide forbid or impose restrictions on the use of high-strength steels for hollow tubular structures. The mechanical background of these limitations appears unclear and unduly conservative, and their validity needs to be re-evaluated. In this study, a total of 9 CHS(Circular Hollow Section) X-joints were tested under axial compression and analyzed to examine if the high-strength steel restrictions specified by current design standards could be relaxed. All the high-strength steel CHS X-joints tested showed satisfactory performance compared to ordinary steel joints in terms of serviceability, ultimate strength, and ductility, although the yield strength of steel was even as high as 800MPa. 고강도강 강관부재의 사용은 설계에서 시공에 이르기까지 다양한 이점을 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 현행의 국내외 대표적인 구조설계 기준에서는 강관구조에 고강도 강재를 적용하는 것을 금지하거나 제한하고 있다. 이러한 제한사항은 그 역학적 근거가 불분명하며 과도하게 보수적일 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반강 및 고강도강 X형 원형강관접합부 압축 실험을 통하여 고강도강에 부과된 제한사항이 완화될 수 있는지에 대하여 다각도로 검토하였다. 실험 결과 고강도강 X형 강관접합부는 재료의 측정항복강도가 800MPa에 이름에도 불구하고 한계강도, 사용성, 연성의 관점에서 모두 일반강에 비견될 만한 성능을 보였으며, 이는 현행의 고강도강 제한사항은 완화되어야 함을 시사한다.
젖산균 발효유 섭취가 흰쥐의 신장내 알루미늄 축적억제와 신장기능에 미치는 영향

본 실험은 알루미늄 섭취에 따른 인체에 대한 독성 완화 방법을 연구하기 위하여 알루미늄화합물[Al₂(SO₄)₃]을 섭취한 흰쥐에 S. thermophilluS와 L. acidophillus로 발효된 발효유와 멸균시킨 발효유를 섭취시켜 신장내 알루미늄 축적과 신장기능에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과이다. 사료 섭취량은 대조군(알루미늄 화합물을 혼화한 사료와 증류수 섭취군)에 있어서 실험기간 동안 감소하였으나 L. acidophillus과 S. thermophillus로 발효된 발효유와 멸균시킨 발효유 섭취군에서는 증가하는 경향이었으며 특히 S. thermophillus 발효유 섭취군이 더욱 증가하였다. 물 섭취량은 대조군이 실험기간 동안 젖산균 발효유를 섭취한 군들보다 증가하였다. 체중 변화는 젖산균 발효유를 섭취한 모든 군이 대조군보다 증가하였으며 특히 L. acidophillus로 발효시킨 후 멸균된 발효유 섭취군이 제일 많이 증가하였다. 신장의 알루미늄 함량은 S. thermophillus와 L. acidophillus로 발효된 발효유와 멸균시킨 발효유로 사육한 군이 대조군에 비하여 축적량이 각각 19.57%, 31.25%와 37.10%, 32.40%로 감소되었다. 뇨중 체내 수분 평형, 뇨량과 전해질인 Na^+, K^+ 배설량은 대조군 및 실험군 모두 사육기간이 길어질수록 감소하였다. 뇨중 creatinine의 배설은 모든 실험군에서 증가하였으나 대조군이 젖산균 발효유와 멸균시킨 발효유 섭취군보다 더 높은 증가를 보였다. 따라서 젖산균 발효유는 흰쥐의 알루미늄 화합물 흡수에 따른 신장내 축적과 신장기능의 저하를 감소시키는 효과가 있었으며 특히 생균이 함유된 발효유가 멸균시킨 발효유보다 알루미늄 해독효과가 컸다. This study was performed to evaluate the effects of the supplementation of lactic acid bacterias (LAB; S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus) aluminum accumulation and function kidney in rats treated with 250㎍/g aluminum sulfate for 4 weeks. Fifty male Sprague-Dawley strains were divided into five groups according to the types of supplement. the control, S. thermophilus culture group(A), autoclaved S. thermophilus culture(B), L. acidophilus culture group(C) and autoclaved L. acidophilus(D). The weight gain was increased by supplementation of S. thermophilus culture(A), autoclaved S. thermophilus culture(B), L. acidophilus culture(C), autoclaved L. acidophilus culture(D), especially by supplementation of S. thermophilus cultured(A) as compared to control group. The amount of water intake was increased in control group as compared to the LAB supplemented group. The content of aluminum were decreased 19.57%, 31.25%, 37.10%, and 32.40% in kidney after supplementation of non-autoclaved culture group (A,C), and autoclaved group(B,D) respectively, as compared to control group. Water balance, urine volume, and excretion of sodium and potassium decreased in LAB supplemented group and control group. Excretion of creatinine increased in control group and tendency to increased in LAB supplemented group. In conclusion, the effect of suppression of aluminum accumulation was more effective in supplementation of S. thermophilus culture(A), and L. acidophilus culture(C) than autoclaved S. thermophilus culture(B), and L. acidophilus culture(D).
