구과해충(毬果害蟲) 방제(防除)를 위한 Carbofuran 토양혼입처리에 관한 연구

優良種子 大量生産을 爲해 造成한 採種園內의 잣나무 毬果에 深刻한 被害를 주고 있는 솔알락명나방 外 2種의 主要毬果害蟲에 對하여 浸透性 殺蟲劑인 Furadan 3%를 3月中旬 土壤混入 處理한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1) 無處理時 毬果被害는 1984年 85.0%, 1985年 50.0%였으나 Furadan을 胸高直徑 ㎝當 100g 處理한 結果 1984年 17.5%, 1985年 10.0%로 減少되었다. 2) 時期別 被害 및 葉分析을 通한 Carbofuran 測定結果 毬果被害 最盛期인 5月中旬에서 6月初사이 Carbofuran量도 9.122ppm으로 가장 높았다. 3) 健全毬果인 경우 毬果當 34.5g이 充實種子를 生産할 수 있었으나 被害毬果는 11.3g의 種子生産만이 可能하였다. 4) ha當 400本을 基準하여 種子生産에 毬果加害蟲 防除藥劑 處理에 所要된 藥劑 및 人件費를 投資하여도 無處理에 比하여 經濟的 利得은 75,000원이나 되었다.
Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>와 NaHCO<sub>3</sub>로 활성화한 Na-벤토나이트의 팽창특성과 Cd와 Pb의 상대적 등온흡착곡선

본 실험은 서로 다른 온도조건하에서 두 가지 Na 화합물을 이용하여 Ca-벤토나이트를 Na-벤토나이트 전환하였다. 두 가지 Na 화합물은 양이온 원으로 Na를 가지고 있는 5가지 화합물 중에서 선택하였다. 전환된 Na-벤토나이트의 팽창능은 Na의 농도가 높아질수록 증가하였으며 반면 온도가 증가할수록 최대 Na 농도는 감소하는 경향을 보였다. Na_2CO_3 은 조사된 Na-화합물 중에서 최대 팽창능을 보여주었으며 팽창지수는 처리온도가 최대 100 에 도달할 때까지 최고로 증가하였다. 동일 Na 처리농도에서는 팽창지수는 체류시간이 증가하거나 온도가 높아질 때 다소 감소하였다. 전환된 Na-벤토나이트의 흡착은 조사된 Pb나 Cd의 평형농도가 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 Pb의 흡착량이 Cd보다 다소 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 전환된 Na-벤토나이트에 Pb와 Cd의 흡착은 5 % $Na_2CO_3$. ${\approx}$ 5% $NaHCO_3$ > 3 % $NaHCO_3$ > 3 % $Na_2CO_3$ > 1 % $NaHCO_3$ > 1 % $Na_2CO_3$ > 원형 Na-B > 원형 Ca-B. 그러나 이러한 결과는 CEC에 따른 흡착의 결과와는 다소 상반되는 결과를 보여주고 있다. In this experiment we transformed the Ca-bentonite into Na-bentonite with two inorganic Na-chemicals under different temperatures. These two Na-chemicals were selected among five different Na-chemicals which carries Na as cation. The swelling capacity of the Na chemical-treated bentonite was increased with increasing Na concentration, while the maximum concentration of Na solution decreased with increasing temperature. $Na_2CO_3$ was most effective in exchanging Ca ions and resulting in the highest swelling index among the Na-chemicals. The swelling index was significantly increased with increasing temperature to $100^{\circ}C$. But the equilibration time reversely affected the swelling index due to a rapid increase in evaporation of water. Within same amount of Na treatment SI slightly decreased not only with increasing contacting time but also with increasing temperature. The adsorption for the transformed Na-bentonite was increased with increasing equilibrium concentrations of Pb and Cd ions for all the activated Na-B and indigenous Ca-B and Na-B while the adsorbability of $Pb^{2+}$ onto each Na-B sample is more than that of $Cd^{2+}$. And the maximum adsorption capacity sequence of Na-B samples for Pb and Cd has been found to be 5 % $Na_2CO_3.$ - 5 % $NaHCO_3$ > 3 % $NaHCO_3$ > 3 % $Na_2CO_3$ > 1 % $NaHCO_3$ > 1 % $Na_2CO_3$ > indigenous Na-B > indigenous Ca-B, showing that there are contradictory results about the relationship of cation adsorption to CEC.

3D printers stack material layer by layer to produce 3D objects. This means that one layer must be placed on the top of another layer to avoid collapse. However, in practice many 3D designs have overhang areas. Thus, 3D printers require to produce support structure, which will be disposed after printing, that allows them to stack layers of overhang area without collapse. Support structure determines the success of printing job and brings more sophisticated printing results. Traditionally, the main purpose of support structure is to resist gravity force. As various 3D printing technologies are developed, support structure is required to offer more functions to construct high quality 3D objects such as preventing collapse by horizontal force, releasing thermal stress, etc. Optimized support structures ensure good quality of printed parts and even give more benefits like less building time, less consumed material and easy post processing which reduce total cost of 3D printing process. Therefore necessity for good support structure is growing in the industry. In this paper, various conditions for 3D printing support structure and corresponding requirements of each conditions will be reviewed and studied, including appropriated design steps and generation process of structures.
항공기의 구조물과 시스템에 대한 낙뢰직접영향에 관한 연구

Statistical data show that a large aircraft(transport category) is struck by lightning once a year or once per 1,000 ~ 20,000 flight time. The protection design for lightning must be applied to the aircraft because an aircraft is developed on condition that it is absolutely struck by lightning. For the proper protection design, we need to understand direct effect and indirect effect of lightning. This paper described the direct effect of lightning on aircraft's structures and systems.

All components such as structure, engine, electrical equipment, wire etc. should have certified qualities and functions for safe flight. The wire like a blood vessel of man is connected with most components and supply a electrical signal or power to them and only certified wire through a lot of tests such as rating, flame resistance, self-extinguishing, protection of EMI etc. must be used in aircraft. In other words, the wire should observe many certification requirements because it is one of the most important components.
