단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.
가스화용융(熔融) 실증 시스템에서 HFC-134a 냉매분해(冷媒分解) 특성(特性) 연구(硏究)

본 연구는 가스화용융 시스템을 활용한 폐차 냉매의 친환경 파괴 기술개발을 목표로 하였다. 실증규모(생활폐기물 100톤/일) 가스화용융 시스템내 냉매를 주입할 수 있는 주입장치를 개발 및 제작하였으며, HFC-134a 주입량에 따른 냉매 분해효율 및 유해가스 특성을 고찰하였다. 분해효율은 3 kg/hr 냉매 주입시 99.995%이었고, 18시간 동안 유해가스 연속 측정 및 샘플링 측정결과, CO, SOx, NOx, HCl, HF 등의 유해가스는 환경법규를 만족하였고, 특히 냉매파괴 발생 HF는 0.1 ppm으로 법적 기준치 2ppm에 비해 미량으로 검출되었다. Destruction of HFC-134a from ELV (End of Life Vehicle) were determined in a gasification-melting demonstration system of municipal solid waste (100ton/day). The injection system has been developed for the uniform injection of HFC-134a to the gasification-melting system. The destruction characteristics of HFC-134a and analysis of exhaust gases have been performed. The destruction efficiency was 99.995% for HFC-134a feeding of 3 kg/hr and the exhaust gases such as CO, SOx, NOx, HCl and HF satisfied the environmental standards.

Objective : The researcher participated in the visiting treatment project organized by OO City in 2020 and showed the advantages of visiting Korean Medicine, so I would like to report it. Methods : A comprehensive Korean Medicine intervention method was performed for each symptom, and changes in basic physical strength were observed through vital signs, NRS, Single Leg Stance (SLS), and Chair Stand Test (CST) tests. Results : It can be seen that the NRS level, a pain scale for chronic pain, generally decreased at the last treatment compared to the beginning of treatment. Satisfaction with Project Information (PI) was relatively low at 3.20±1.30, but Ease of Participation (EoP), Intention to Participate Again (IPA), Expansion of Project (ExP), and Overall Satisfaction (OS) were high at 5.00±0.00. Conclusions : Summarizing the advantages of visiting Korean Medicine is that the treatment satisfaction for chronic pain is high, the patient's satisfaction is high, the treatment tool is easy to carry, and various visiting treatment services can be implemented.

In general, the motor has to be designed considering the performance, the price, and the size. Recently, the motor design skills must meet common performance by default, and the size of motor has to be reduced moreover. By reducing the motor size, the power density can be improved and the price can be reduced. In the hybrid vehicle, drive motor requires a very high power density, since the motor is mounted in cramped engine compartment. In addition, vehicles should be light in order to increase the mileage per charge in electric vehicles, thus, a high power density motor is required in the electric vehicle. In this paper the design to increase the power density has been described regarding design, manufacturing, and material technology. In addition, a method for increasing the power density was been designed by analyzing the existing built-in type permanent magnet synchronous motor, which was designed to increase the output density than the conventional model.. And the result was evaluated by making an improved model to verify the validity of the paper.

A frequency multiplier is designed using a negative-image computer model that is useful to generate equivalent circuits for nonlinear devices Negative-image models of the devices are derived from the computer model that contains hypothetical impedance-matching networks. As an example, a frequency tripler is designed nisu a negative-image computer model. Design results demonstrate that the negative-image computer model is useful to the design of microwave frequency multipliers.

In this paper, we designed the motor to overcome the running resistance at the high-speed condition and adjust the speed of motor at the low-speed condition. In general, the permanent magnet motor is designed in the area which requires high-performance. The permanent magnet motor has to be designed with the most suitable shape according to the load conditions and the specifications because the property varies depending on the shape and angle of the permanent magnet. In this paper, we selected the driving motor capacity for the load conditions and the specifications and conducted conceptual and detailed design using the finite element method. The experimental data was compared to the designed data in order to verify the validity of the study.
