Nafion-EDTA가 수식된 유리탄소전극을 이용한 수은(II)의 측정

Determination of mercury(II) using Nafion-EDTA-modified glassy carbon electrodes is proposed. it is based on the chemical reactivity of an immobilized modifier, Nafion-EDTA. Differential pulse voltammetry is employed, and the oxidation of complexes, at +0.43V vs. Ag/AgCl, is observed. For a 5-min preconcentration period, a linear calibration curve is obtained for mercury(II) concentrations ranging from 1.0×10-8 to 1.0×10-6 M. Further, when an approximate amount of copper(II) is added to the test solution, We demonstrate that at a preconcentration time of 5 min the Nafion-EDTA-modified glassy carbon electrode has a dynamic range of 2 orders of magnitude(from 10-10 to 10-8 M) and the detection limit is as low as 0.5×10-10 M(0.01 ppb). This method is applied to the determination of mercury(II) in sea water(4.0×10-10 M, 0.08ppb). The result agrees satisfactorily with the value(below 0.1 ppb) measured by using ICP/MS.

In this paper, we propose the technique for recognizing the human's emotion by using the color image. To do this, Detect face using skin color abstraction method from color image. And we propose the method for finding man's feature points(eyebrows, eye, nose, mouse) from the face image and the geometrical method for recognizing human's emotion (surprise, anger, happiness, sadness) from the structural correlation of man's feature points. The proposed method in this paper recognize the human's emotion by the Fuzzy. Finally, we have proven the effectiveness of the proposed method through the experimentation.

When hydrazine reacts with bromine in the presence of copper (11), hydrogen is considered to be produced in addition to nitrogen, and by using low concentrations of hydrogen ion, trace amounts of hydrazoic acid and ammonia form.
카드뮴-113 NMR을 이용한 폴리아크릴산의 카드뮴(Ⅱ) 이온에 대한 결합자리의 특성연구

The cadmium(Ⅱ)-carboxylate complexes of monocarboxylates and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) in an aqueous solution were investigated using 113Cd NMR spectroscopy. From these spectral data the chemical shifts of the monocarboxylate (e.g. acetate, benzoate and propanoate) complexes of Cd(Ⅱ) were evaluated (CdL+: -22 to -24 ppm range; CdL2: -39 to -40 ppm range; L: carboxylate). The chemical shift of cadmium(Ⅱ) bound on PAA changed in value from -36.6 to -38.2 ppm when the [PAA]/[Cd] ratios were varied from 12 to 118 eq/mol at a constant pH of 6. The 113Cd chemical shift was sensitive to the change in solution pH: the chemical shift changed from 1.6 to -37.6 ppm when the pH was rasied from 1 to 6 at a constant [PAA]/[Cd] ratio of 39 eq/mol. These results show that under these conditions, the dominant species formed in solution is 1 : 2 complex (CdL2), and 1 : 1 complex (CdL+) is only formed at low pH, when polyanion concentration is low. 카드뮴-113 NMR을 이용하여 수용액속에서 카드뮴 이온과 유기산(아세트산, 벤조산 및 프로판산)과의 결합 특성을 알아보았고 여기서 얻어진 결과를 폴리아크릴산(PAA)의 결합자리의 특성연구에 응용하였다. 유기산에 결합된 카드뮴 화합물의 카드뮴-113 NMR 화학적이동 결과 분석으로부터, $CDL^+$와 $CDL_2$(L:카르복실기) 화학종에 해당하는 화학적이동값은 각각 -22에서 -24ppm과 -39에서 -40ppm의 범위를 나타냈다. 카드뮴과 폴리아크릴산 화합물에서는 폴리아크릴산 대 카드뮴의 농도비를 12에서 118eq/mol로 증가시킬 때 화학적 이동값이 -36.6ppm에서 -38.2ppm으로 변하였다. 또한, 폴리아크릴산 대 카드뮴의 농도비를 고정시키고 ([PAA]/[Cd] = 39ep/mol) 용액의 pH를 1에서 6까지 변화시킬 때 화학적이동값은 1.6ppm에서 -37.6ppm으로 변하였다. 이 결과는 폴리아크릴산 대 카드뮴의 농도비 변화 실험에서 주화학종은 1:2 착물($CdL_2$)이고 농도비가 증가하면 1:2 착물형성도 증가하는 것을 보여준다.또한, 낮은 pH에서는 1:1착물($CdL^+$)이 우세하고 pH가 증가하면서 1:2 착물($CdL_2$)이 증가한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
