        北韓에서 實施하고있는 學生軍事敎育課程과 우리나라 學生敎鍊敎育課程을 비교 분석 考察한 結果는 다음과 같다 1 人民學校및 中學校에서 實施하고있는 軍事訓練은 우리나라 바른生活과 勝共統一의 길에 비교할때 共産主義敎育은 上司의 命令에 절대 복종하는 盲從心을 注入하고 있다고 본다 2 人民學校 4學年以上의 실탄사격과 高中學校 以上의 붉은 靑年近衛隊와 專門學校 以上의 勞農赤衛隊의 編成과 裝備를 볼때 戰爭을 爲한準備로서 挑發의 可能性을 잉태 하고었다고 본다 The following Items are gained through the comparative studies hetween the military trainning of South Korean students and North Korean students. 1. The military trainning in north gives the uneasy Subordinative trainning to the students absolutely, but we give the free, and right trainning which we win a victory over core communm. 2. It is sure that they should have the possibility to make war upon us, when we studied their red omperial guard divisions having onganzed in the prrmary. middle and high school, and the red labouring Divisions in Junior and senior collegge.

      • 일부 종합병원 병리조직실 공기 중 포름알데히드 농도

        Formaldehyde irritiates mucous membranes in the eyes, nose, and upper respiratory tract, and it is a potential carcinogen. The purpose of this study was to assess the time-weighted average (TWA) and short-term exposure limit (STEL) concentration to formaldehyde exposure and to suggest proper improvement strategy to minimize exposure. This study was conducted at 3 histopathology laboratories in the hospitals located in Busan from January 20 to March 10, 2002. Formaldehyde and organic solvents (ethanol and xylene) were sampled by personal air sampler and analyzed by gas chromatography. The obtained results were as follows. 1. TWA concentrations of formaldehyde ranged from 0.28 to 10.64 ppm and those of two laboratories out of 3 were exceeded the threshold limit value (TLV). 2. In one laboratory, STEL concentrations was exceeded threshold limit value (TLV), as 2.39 ppm. 3. TWA concentrations of ethanol and xylene were under the TLVs. It is necessary to improve the local ventilation systems and other facilities to prevent the personnels in the laboratories from the diseases due to formaldehyde exposure.

        By the research on military drill subject(by free description) what students wanted was as follows: 1. Junior college students who completed military drill subject also wanted to receive the legal guarantee of shortening period of military service. 2. Students wanted to have free hair style by modern fashion. 3. As the military drill has much tendency to leaning on the part of art, they are prone to be tired and feel the sense of burden. Through the above research, (except benefit of shortening military service) in group drill or action they are inclined to make alight of “the whole” because of self-indulgence Therefore, the fundamental problem 1ies in moral education and so there must be human contact between drill instructors and students and the former must let the latter understand by personal correction and through individual and group guidance we can correct their wrong attitude, but if junior college students could receive the benefit of shortening the period of military service 1ike the college students, they would cleanse educational tone and participate in guidance wil1ingly with the sense of pride and honor as “Student”.

        이온층 에피택시법을 이용한 ZnO/Zn(OH)<sub>2</sub> 나노시트의 합성

        ZnO nanosheets have been used for many devices and antibacterial materials with wide bandgap and high crystallinity. Among the many methods for synthesizing ZnO nanostructures, we report the synthesis of ZnO/Zn(OH)<sub>2</sub> nanosheets using the ionic layer epitaxy method, which is a newly-developed bottom-up technique that allows the shape and thickness of ZnO/Zn(OH)<sub>2</sub> nanosheets to be controlled by temperature and time of synthesis. Results were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The physical and chemical information and structural characteristics of ZnO/Zn(OH)2 nanosheets were compared by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction patterns after various post-treatment processes. The crystallinity of the ZnO/Zn(OH)<sub>2</sub> nanosheets was confirmed using scanning transmission electron microscopy. This study presents details of the control of the size and thickness of synthesized ZnO/Zn(OH)<sub>2</sub> nanosheets with atomic layers.

        2-Piperidylglycine의 합성에 관한 연구

        2-Piperidylglycine은 항종양제 593A의 합성을 위한 모델이 될 수 있다. 2-Piperidylglycine은 piperidine의 C-2 위치에 glycine 동등체를 도입하여 합성할 수 있다. ${\delta}$-Valerolactam에 trimethyl oxonium tetrafluoroborate를 가하여 2-methoxy-1-piperideine을 합성하였다. 이 imino ether는 glycine 동등체인 ethyl phthalimidoacetate와 반응하지 않았으나 ethyl nitroacetate와는 축합하여 ethyl nitro-2-piperidylene acetate를 주었다. 이를 Pt/C 촉매하의 수소첨가로 ethyl 2-piperidyl glycinate을 얻을 수 있었는데 축합물인 ethyl nitro-2-piperidylene의 이중결합이 Z-configuration을 가져 ethyl 2-piperidyl glycinate는 항종양제 593A와 다른 입체화학을 가지게 된다. 2-Piperidylglycine will be a model compound for the synthesis of antitumor agent 593A. 2-Piperidylglycine may be synthesized by alkylation of glycine equivalent to C-2 position of piperidine ring. ${\delta}$-Valerolactam was reacted with trimethyl oxonium tetrafluoroborate to give 2-methoxy-1-piperideine. The imino ether was not condensed with ethyl phthalimidoacetate, one of glycine equivalents, but with ethyl nitroacetate to afford ethyl nitro-2-piperidylene acetate. The subsequent hydrogenation over Pt/C gave ethyl 2-piperidyl glycinate. Because the Z-configuration of the condensed product was assigned by nmr, the stereochemistry of ethyl 2-piperidyl glycinate different from that of Agent 593A.

        페니실린으로부터 유도된 4-Mercaptoazetidin-2-one 의 반응성 연구

        Penicillin으로부터 유도된 4-mercaptoazetidin-2-one(2a)은 염기조건에서 불안정하지만 Et3N이나 pyridine 염기하에서 acetyl chloride, methyl chloroformate, ethyl iodoacetate, diethyl azodicarboxylate 등의 친전자체와 반응하여 sulfur에 acetyl, methoxycarbonyl, ethoxycarbonylmethyl, diethoxycarbonylhydrazineo원자단이 부착된 화합물이 된다. 반면 thiol의 methylation은 methyl iodide와의 반응으로 얻을 수 없고 diazomethane을 사용해야 한다. 또한 화합물 2a의 이성질체인 화합물 3a의 반응성도 화합물 2a와 거의 비슷하다. The penicillin-derived 4-mercaptoazetidin-2-one(2a) was unstable in basic media, but it reacted with electrophiles such as acetyl chloride, methyl chloroformate, ethyl iodoacetate, diethyl azodicarboxylate in the presence of triethylamine or pyridine to give the products such as S-acetyl, S-methoxycarbonyl, S-ethoxycarbonylmethyl, and S-diethoxycarbonylhydrazino compounds. However S-methylation could not be done with methyl iodide, but with diazomethane. The reactivity of isomer 3a toward electrophiles was almost the same as that of compound 2a.
