        중등 태권도선수의 행동규제가 자기관리능력과 성취목표지향에 미치는 영향

        This study, targeting Taegwondo athletes in middle and high schools, used the convenience sampling method to sample 499 athletes. SPSS 19.0 Statistical Program was used to process data and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, corelation analysis and regression analysis were done. Based upon these research methods and their results, the following was drawn out. First, training management, body&living management, interpersonal management, which are sub-factors of self-management had statistically significant influence on no motivation, external, internal and confirmatory control while management of inherent behaviors, which is a sub-factor of self-management ability, had statistically significant influence on imposed and internal control. Second, being task-oriented and self-oriented, which are sub-factors of goal-driven life, had statistically significant influence on no motivation, external, internal and confirmatory control, which are sub-factors of behavioral control. Third, being task-oriented, which is a sub-factor of goal-driven life, had statistically significant influence on training and interpersonal management, which are sub-factors of self-management ability while being self-oriented had statistically significant influence on training, interpersonal management and management of inherent behaviors, which are sub-factors of self-management ability. To sum up these research results, it’s known that Taegwondo athletes’ behavioral control strengthens their goal-driven life through their self-management ability, which plays a vital intervening variable latent in the relation between independent and dependent variables.

        태권도 지도자의 감성지능과 지도자-선수 교환관계(LMX), 팀 몰입, 조직시민행동의 관계

        In this research, in order to find out the impacts of a Taekwondo coach’s emotional intelligence on a leader-member exchange(LMX) relationship, team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, the emotional intelligence elements affecting the leader-member exchange(LMX) relationship were investigated into targeting the players who belonged to a Taekwondo high school student team, and based on this, the influences on team commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were analyzed. As for the subjects, 566 players were sampled among those legally registered in the high school team of Korea Taekwondo Association in 2017 at present through convenience sampling. For the data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, verification of reliability, and correlation analysis were conducted using a SPSS 18.0 program. And then, confirmatory factor analysis was carried out wirh an AMOS 18.0 program, and the goodness of fit of the model suggested in this research was verified through covariance structural analysis. The conclusions based the research methods and study results can be proposed as follows. First, Taekwondo coach’s emotional intelligence had positive influence on leader-member exchange(LMX). Second, Taekwondo coach’s emotional intelligence had positive influence on team commitment. Third, Taekwondo coach’s emotional intelligencet had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, leader-member exchange(LMX) had positive influence on team commitment. Fifth, leader-member exchange(LMX) had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Sixth, team commitment had positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.

        태권도 540° 회전 뒤 후려차기 시 수직도약을 위한 내딛기 각도에 따른 운동학적 비교분석

        This study is a result of measuring the changes of muscle activity and time of staying in the air when the main movement is performed after starting steps with the angle of 45°, 90°, 135° in the leaping on the ground section, before performing Taekwondo 540° back thrashing kick. Then, the following conclusions were deduced. First, it is judged that it was difficult to activate muscle group required for the main movement in the phase of converting horizontal energy into vertical energy when performing 540° back thrashing kick with the angle of 45° and 135°. Second, when performing starting steps at the angle of 90°, the muscle activity shown from each section appears to be consistent with the results derived from previous preceding studies. Thus, to control horizontal energy, to convert condensed energy into vertical energy, and to reduce inertia moment which is produced during 180° ground turning before doing the main movement, the player should use tibialis anterior(TA) in the first phase, and the player should make enough time of staying in the air by using gastrocnemius(GCM) in the second phase. Taken these results together, to secure enough time of staying in the air when the players doing 540° turn around thrashing kick, it is judged that strength training must be in parallel with agonistic muscle which are tibialis anterior(TA), gastrocnemius(GCM) and synergistic muscle of the main movement.

        남자 고등학교 태권도 경량급과 중량급 선수들의 전문체력요인 비교분석

        For the purpose of this study, a total of 18 male players of Taekwondo lightweight(n=19) and heavyweight(n=19) were assigned to each lightweight and heavyweight group, and the results obtained from conducting a professional physical strength factor analysis were as follows. First, in case of muscular strength factor, there were significant differences between heavyweight and lightweight groups(p<.01), and the heavyweight group was found to be superior to the lightweight group. For closed eyes and foot balance of balancing factors, there was a significant difference between lightweight group and heavyweight group(p<.1), and the lightweight group was found to be superior to the heavyweight group. In case of side step test as a Agility factor, there was a statistically significant difference between lightweight and heavyweight groups(p<.05). The heavyweight group was found to be superior to the lightweight group. and in case of eye-hand coordination as a coordination factor, there was a statistically significant difference between lightweight and heavyweight groups(p<.001). The lightweight group was found to be superior to the heavyweight group. Second, in case of lightweight group of players, a total two factors were extracted, the first factor was muscular endurance, muscular strength, agility, muscular power, the second factor was muscular coordination, In case of heavyweight group of players, a total two factors were extracted, the first factor was balance, agility, coordination, the second factor was muscular strength, muscular power. Taken these results together, even in the same Taekwondo, it is judged desirable to conduct training that meets each level of physical strength with a result of different physical strength factors are required between weight groups.

        시각신호 훈련방법과 청각신호 훈련방법이 태권도 돌려차기 반응시간에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to study of the effect on the reaction time of turning kick in Taekwondo according to the difference between dynamic auditory sense training and dynamic visuality sense training. Subjects, 20 college students majoring in Taekwondo selected, were divides each 5 students of each 4 groups in elite and non elite between the two training groups. Each group were trained foe 8 weeks, (5 days/week, 50min/day). And researcher measured reaction time before and after training. The results indicated that dynamic visuality sense training group affected the improvement of the reaction time of undominated and dominated leg rather than the dynamic auditory sense training group in Elite group before and after training. Whereas that effect in non-Elite group affected reversely.

        수치 모사를 통한 사출관 내부의 열유동 해석

        A thermo-fluid dynamic analysis was performed through the numerical simulation of a missile canister. Calculation was made in a fixed analytical volume and fully evaporated water was used as a coolant. To analyze the interaction among the hot gas, coolant, and mixture flow, Realizable k-ε turbulence and VOF(Volume Of Fluid) model were chosen and parametric study was performed with the change of coolant flow rate. It could be found that the pressure on the canister top nonlinearly increased with the increase of coolant flow rate. Temperature and coolant distribution were closely related to the flow behavior in canister. Temperature on the canister bottom indicated a decrease being proportional to coolant flow rate in early times but after a specific time, the temperature increased with the tendency being reversed. In addition, the early part of temperature showed a fluctuating phenomenon because of the overall circulatory flow of mixture gas.

        본 연구에서는 사출관 내부의 이상 유동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하였다. 탄이 사출되지 않는 고정된 벽면에서 계산이 진행되었고, 증발이 완료된 물을 냉각제로 사용하였다. 주입구로 들어오는 고온의 공기와 냉각제간의 상호작용 및 유동장을 해석하기 위해 realizable k-ε 난류 모델과 VOF(Volume Of Fluid) 모델을 선정하여 냉각제 유량에 따른 수치 해석을 진행하였다. 해석결과, 사출관 상부 압력은 냉각제 유량에 따라 비선형적으로 증가하였다. 사출관 하부의 초기 온도는 냉각제량의 증가에 비례하여 감소하지만, 특정시간 이후 경향이 역전되면서 오히려 온도가 상승하였다. 또한, 혼합가스의 순환유동에 의해 초기의 온도값이 요동하는 경향을 확인하였다.         다상 유동모델과 동적 격자계를 활용한 가스-스팀 발사체계의 열유동과 탄의 운동성능 해석

        In this study, an analysis of the thermo-fluid dynamic and missile-motion performance was carried out through a numerical simulation inside the missile canister. Calculation was made in an analytical volume using dynamic grid and evaporated water was used as a coolant. To analyze the interaction among the hot gas, coolant, and mixture flow, Realizable k-ε turbulence and VOF (Volume Of Fluid) model were chosen and a parametric study was performed with the change of coolant flow rate. As a result of the analysis, pressure of the canister showed a large difference depending on the presence or absence of the coolant, and also showed a dependancy on the amount of coolant. Velocity and acceleration were dependent on the canister pressure.

        이상유동 모델과 동적격자계를 활용하여 탄의 사출관 내부의 열유동과 탄의 운동성능을 해석하는 수치모사를 진행하였다. 고온의 공기와 냉각제간의 상호작용 및 유동장을 해석하기 위해, Realizable k-ε 난류 모델과 VOF (Volume Of Fluid) 모델을 선정하고 냉각제 유량변이에 따른 수치 해석을 진행하였다. 해석결과, 사출관의 압력은 냉각제의 유뮤에 따라 큰 차이를 보였고, 냉각제량에 따라서도 각각의 차이를 보였다. 탄의 속도와 가속도의 변이는 압력에 종속하여 나타났다.
