급변하는 시대를 사는 대학생들의 균형잡힌 삶을 위한 자기 관리 인식과 실행 계획 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the internal and external self-management awareness and action plan for a balanced life of college students living in a rapidly changing era. This is related to students meaningfully filling the day by comparing themselves to yesterday's self, focusing on the development of their strengths and potentials without being swayed by anxiety and depression. In this study, the checklists and sheets submitted by the students of 'Balanced Life in Cognitive, Emotional and Behavioral', an intensive liberal arts course at K University in the second semester of 2021, were synthesized and organized. The collected data was reviewed several times during the data processing process and presented as a result through qualitative content analysis, and quantitative analysis. The research result was largely composed of the perception and action plan for self-management for a balanced life of college students. Through this, from the holistic point of view, the current address and major issues of development recognized by the students themselves, and the direction and action plan for growth were confirmed in detail. Based on this study, it will be possible to examine the issues and action plans according to the developmental tasks facing college students of the present age, and to seek educational implications. 본 연구는 급변하는 시대를 사는 대학생들의 균형잡힌 삶을 위한 내·외적인 자기 관리에 대한 인식과 실행 계획을 살펴보는 것이 그 목적이다. 이것은 학생들이 불안감과우울감에 휘둘리지 않고 자신의 강점과 잠재 가능성의 계발에 집중하면서 타인이 아닌어제의 자신과 비교하며 하루를 의미있게 채워가는 것과 관련된다. 연구에서는 K대학교의 심화교양 강좌인 ‘인지, 정서, 행동상의 균형잡힌 삶’에서 2021학년도 2학기 수강생들이 제출한 체크리스트와 시트지를 종합, 정리하였다. 수집된 자료는 자료 처리 과정에서 여러 차례의 검토를 거쳐 질적 내용 분석 및 양적 분석을 통해 결과로 제시되었다. 연구 결과는 크게 대학생들의 균형잡힌 삶을 위한 자기 관리에 대한 인식과 실행계획으로 구성되었다. 이를 통해 전인적인 관점에서 학생들이 스스로 인식하는 발달상의 현 주소와 주요 이슈, 성장을 위한 방향과 실천 계획을 구체적으로 확인하였다. 본연구를 통해 현 시대의 대학생들이 당면하고 있는 발달 과업에 따른 이슈와 실행 계획을 살펴보고 교육적인 시사점을 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

교양교육과정에서 학생들의 성장 추구 풍토 조성을 위한 방안 탐색 연구 - 학생 성공과 성장 마인드셋을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 교양교육과정에서 학생들의 성장 추구 풍토 조성을 위한 방안을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학생 성공과 성장 마인드셋의 맥락에서 2024년 1월 중에 ‘교양교육과정’, ‘학생 성공’, ‘성장 마인드셋’에 관한 선행 연구를 종합적으로 조사하고 관련 내용을 중심으로 정리, 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 관련 개념 모형 및 인식 조사(안)이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 개념 모형에 기반하여 크게 교양교육 전반에 대한 인식과 이해 정도, 교양교육에 대한 태도가 제시되었다. 본 연구를 토대로 전공교육과는 또 다른 측면에서 교양교육과정에서 추구해야 할 교육의 방향성, 내용과 방법 등을 고려해볼 수있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to create an environment for students to pursue growth in the liberal arts curriculum. To this end, in the context of student success and growth mindset, prior research on 'liberal arts curriculum', 'student success', and 'growth mindset' was comprehensively investigated in January 2024, and organized and analyzed with a focus on related content. A related conceptual model and perception survey (draft) were constructed. As a result of the study, based on the conceptual model, the survey (draft) was largely presented as the level of awareness and understanding of liberal arts education, and attitudes toward liberal arts education were presented. Based on this study, it will be possible to consider the direction, content, and methods of education that should be pursued in a liberal arts curriculum from a different perspective than major education.

창의적인 조직의 리더에 관한 연구 : 에그 이즈 커밍 소속 예능 연출자이자 유튜버 나영석 PD를 중심으로

본 연구는 변화무쌍한 시대에 창의적인 조직을 이끄는 리더의 사례를 탐색하는 데그 목적이 있다. 연구의 분석 대상은 현재 에그 이즈 커밍 소속 예능 연출자이자 최근에는 유튜버로 맹활약을 하고 있는 나영석 프로듀서(PD)이다. 그는 동료 PD, 작가, 후배들과의 협업을 통해 팀으로서 일을 하여 최고의 성과를 내온 것으로도 잘 알려져 있다. 그가 걸어온 행보는 팀이나 조직의 창의성과 리더의 역할이 중요한 타 분야에서도참고할 만한 내용을 제시해 준다. 본 연구는 2024년 9월경에 구글과 네이버를 중심으로 ‘나영석 피디’, ‘나영석 피디 인터뷰’와 같은 키워드로 검색을 하여 도출되는 기사와자료들을 전수 확인하였다. 수집된 자료에 대한 내용 분석 및 코딩 등의 과정을 거쳐연구의 주제에 부합하는 최종 데이터를 확정하였다. 연구 결과는 크게 세 가지 주제로서 사람 중심의 리더십과 협업 문화, 나영석 사단의 팀 구성과 협업 전략, 콘텐츠 철학과 목표 지향적 제작 방식이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 창의적인 조직의 리더십과 팀의 운영 방식에 관한 의미 있는 통찰과 효과적인 리더십 모델을 확인할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to explore a case of a leader guiding a creative organization in an ever-changing era. The subject of this study is Na Young-Seok, the entertainment director at Egg is Coming, who has recently been making a significant impact as a YouTuber. He is also well-known for achieving outstanding results through collaboration with fellow producers, writers, and junior staff, working as a team. His career provides valuable insights that can serve as a reference for other fields, where the creativity of teams or organizations and the role of leadership are critical to success. This study conducted a comprehensive review of articles and materials obtained by searching keywords such as ‘Na Young-Seok PD’ and ‘Na Young-Seok PD interview’ on Google and Naver around September 2024. Through content analysis and coding of the collected materials, the final data that aligns with the research topic were determined. The results were categorized into three main themes: people-centered leadership and collaborative culture, the team composition and collaboration strategy of Na Young-Seok’s group, and the content philosophy and goal-oriented production approach. This study offers meaningful insights into the leadership of creative organizations and team management, providing an effective leadership model.

급변하는 시대에 부응하는 개인의 창의성 발휘에 관한 연구 – 나영석PD를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which individual creativity is expressed in response to rapidly changing times. To this end, I will conduct research on PD Na Young-seok, who has produced many hit works as a TV entertainment PD and recently gained global popularity both domestically and internationally as a producer and performer on YouTube's 'Channel 15ya' and won the Male Variety Award at the '60th Baeksang Arts Awards'. In order to conduct this study, I conducted a comprehensive survey of contents related to the subject of this study using keywords such as 'Na Young-seok PD' and 'Na Young-seok PD Interview' on Naver and Google in September 2024 and reviewed the derived contents. As a result of the research, the philosophy of entertainment production, creative approach, insight into the changing content environment, and growth strategy were derived, and detailed items were presented for each topic. Through this, it was possible to confirm cases of creative individuals who actively and flexibly respond and diversify their work in an era of rapid change. In addition, this should be noted as a perspective and attitude on work that can be applied not only to TV entertainment and YouTube platforms but also to any field in the present era.

비폭력 대화(NVC)의 연구 동향 및 대학 교양교육에의 적용 가능성 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 비폭력 대화(NVC)의 연구 동향을 분석하고, 대학 교양교육에의 적용 가능성을 모색하는 것이다. 비폭력 대화는 상호 존중과 공감을 기반으로 자신의 감정과 욕구를 평화롭게 표현하고, 타인의 감정을 이해하는 소통 방식으로서, 다양한 연령층과 교육 영역에서 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 학술자료 검색 사이트인 RISS를 통해 2024년 10월과 2025년 2월, 두 차례에 걸쳐 조사를 실시하여 2007년부터 2024년까지의 관련 논문을 수집하였다. 연구 연도, 교육 영역, 대상 연령, 연구 방법론에 따라 자료를 체계적으로 분류하여 총 32편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 이후 정리한 자료를 검토, 확인하였고 양화를 위한 코딩을 한 후에 빈도 분석 및 다중응답 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 대학 교양교육에 비폭력 대화의 핵심 원리와 교육적인 가치를 적용하는 것이 학생들의 공감 능력, 비판적 사고력, 자기 성찰 능력을 높이며, 건강한 의사소통과 갈등 해결 역량 함양에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통해 비폭력 대화가 대학 교양교육의 맥락에서 학생들의 전인적인 역량을 강화하고 긍정적인 학교 문화를 조성하는 데 대한 교육적 가능성을 확인할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine research trends in nonviolent communication (NVC) and explore the possibility of applying it to liberal arts education at universities. NVC is a communication method based on mutual respect and empathy, allowing individuals to peacefully express their feelings and needs while understanding the emotions of others. This approach has been actively studied across various age groups and educational fields. This study conducted two surveys through the domestic academic research database RISS in October 2024 and February 2025, collecting related papers published from 2007 to 2024. The data were systematically classified according to research year, educational field, target age group, and research methodology, and a total of 34 papers were selected for analysis. After reviewing and verifying the organized qualitative data, coding was conducted for quantification, followed by frequency analysis and multiple response analysis. The findings suggest that incorporating the core principles and educational values of NVC into university general education can enhance students’ empathy, critical thinking, and self-reflection skills while fostering healthy communication and conflict resolution abilities. This study highlights the educational potential of NVC in strengthening students’ holistic competencies and fostering a positive campus culture within the context of university general education.

학생 설계 교양 교과 아이디어 공모 사례 연구

The purpose of this study is to present the operation process and results based on the student-designed liberal arts curriculum idea contest, and to draw discussion and future directions. This contest was held in the first semester of 2022 as part of the liberal arts education extra-curricular program at K University. This is to encourage students to actively suggest ideas for liberal arts subjects in various fields by reflecting the currents of the times, social demands, and personal needs. To this end, the application notification, examination, and result announcement were made between May and June 2022. A total of 28 applications were received for this contest, and 13 cases(grades 1 to 3) were selected. The evaluation criteria were timely themes, content fidelity, suitability for liberal arts subjects, and differentiation from existing subjects. A total of 5 faculty members for each college conducted the evaluation. According to the selection result, there are various ideas such as 2 language subjects of basic liberal arts and 1 character education subject in 1st grade, 4 advanced liberal arts subjects and 2 character education subjects in 2nd grade, 1 character education subject and 4 advanced liberal arts subjects in 3rd grade. Through this study, it will be possible to obtain educational implications for student-centered liberal arts curriculum design and reorganization and operation of the liberal arts curriculum.

학습자중심교육의 실행을 위한 학생 인식 조사 연구 – 기초교양교육을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to investigate students' perceptions for implementing learner-centered education and to check the current status and improvement plans of the liberal arts curriculum. In detail, it was attempted to give feedback to liberal arts education by identifying students' perceptions and needs for communication and foreign language basics among the basic liberal arts. These subjects are mainly required for students to take optional compulsory courses from the time of admission. The liberal arts education student monitoring group at K University, selected in the first semester of the 2022 academic year, developed survey questions based on various case studies. After conducting surveys for each area, the analysis results were discussed together. As a result of the survey, it was possible to feel the instructors' efforts to manage the quality of lectures through students' perceptions of each area. At the same time, constructive opinions suggested by the students were drawn on the details of the contents, methods, and evaluation of each lecture. Through this study, it will be possible to establish and reflect the plans for quality management and improvement of the liberal arts curriculum by identifying the students' needs for communication and foreign language basic areas, which are centrally addressed in the basic liberal arts education.

지식정보화시대에 성장 지향 마인드셋(mindset)의 실천 방향 및 전략 탐색

The purpose of this study is to specifically explore the practical direction and strategy of a growth -oriented mindset in the age of knowledge information. In a world full of external stimuli and heterogeneous demands, if an individual does not intend for a better direction on his own, he stays in a reactive being, rushing to deal with day-to-day issues, and it is difficult to realize and develop his own personality and potential. In this context, this study presented the practical direction and strategy of a growth-oriented mindset related to qualitative growth and learning goals that emphasize absolute standards and processes for oneself based on research on related literature and the latest issues. First, from a macroscopic point of view, the practical direction of the growth -oriented mindset includes ‘What is important after work is active change, not passive rest’, and ‘a life of making and executing a highlight for growth in an era where distraction is the default’. Next, from a microscopic point of view, the strategy for the growth-oriented mindset has from a microscopic point of view, ‘prioritize non-urgent but important tasks’, ‘start small and light and continue to change based on the brain plasticity’, ‘practice planned training towards excellence’, ‘practice the balance between real-time information and knowledge’, ‘cultivate the depth of extracting value from information’, ‘Developing depth by minimizing distraction’, ‘practice rituals and deep work’. It is hoped that this study will broadly share and spread the direction and practice strategy of a growth -oriented mindset that helps people fill the meaning and value of life in knowledge information age.

전공자율선택제(‘무전공’ 제도)의 동향과 쟁점 탐색 연구

본 연구에서는 최근 국내 대학에서 많은 변화를 이끌고 있는 전공자율선택제(‘무전공’제도)의 동향과 계획, 각종 조사 내용, 쟁점을 종합적으로 탐색하고 향후 고려사항등을 논의하고자 한다. 최근 각 대학에서는 정부의 재정지원사업에 발맞추어 무전공제의 정원을 새롭게 마련하거나 대폭 확대하는 등 다양한 움직임을 보이고 있다. 무전공제도는 학생들이 자신의 적성과 흥미, 전공과 진로를 다양하게 탐색, 설계하도록 하는등 학생 선택권을 강화하는 동시에, 급변하는 시대에 요구되는 융복합 인재를 양성하기 위한 것이다. 이는 학생들이 각자의 고유함과 다양성을 확인하고 학문의 경계를 넘나들면서 사고와 활동의 무대를 다변화하도록 돕는 교육의 장이 된다는 점에서 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 최근 시점을 중심으로 무전공에 있어 2024년 초반 시점보다 더 업데이트되거나 확정된 내용을 반영한 비교적 최신의 동향과 쟁점을 제시하고자 하였다. 무전공 제도는 2024년 들어 최대의 교육 이슈 중 하나가 되었고 그 전개가 급속하게 이루어지고 정리, 확정되고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구를 위해 2024년 7~8월을기준으로 조사, 검색을 하여 관련 학술 자료와 기사 등의 내용들을 수렴, 정리하고 현실적인 고려사항 및 결론 및 논의 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 현 시점까지 진행되고 논의되어 온 무전공 제도 관련 주요 동향과 쟁점을 공유하고 이 제도가 대학별로잘 안착하는 데 필요한 사항들을 수렴하여 각 대학의 고유한 교육 모델을 만들어 나가는 데 도움을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to comprehensively explore the trends and plans, various research results, and issues of the major autonomy selection system (‘Undeclared Major’ System), which has recently led to many changes in domestic universities, and to discuss future considerations. Recently, each university has been making various moves, such as newly establishing or significantly expanding the quota of undeclared majors in line with the government’s financial support projects. The undeclared major system is intended to strengthen students’right to choose by allowing them to explore and design their aptitudes, interests, majors, and career paths in various ways, while also fostering convergent talents required in a rapidly changing era. This is important in that it serves as an educational venue that helps students confirm their own uniqueness and diversity and diversify the stage of their thoughts and activities while crossing academic boundaries. In this study, I aimed to present relatively recent trends and issues in the undeclared major field that reflect more undated or confirmed content than the early 2024 point in time. It is no exammeration to say that the undeclared major system has become one of the biggest educational issues in 2024, its development is rapidly taking place, being organized, and being finalized. For this study, I collected relevant academic materials and articles that could be searched and researched as of July-August 2024, and presented realistic considerations, conclusions, and discussions. Based on this study, I will be able to share the key trends and issues related to the undeclared major system that have been discussed and implemented to date, and gather the necessary information for this system to be well-established at each university, which will help each university create its own unique educational model.

균형교양 영역 교과 ‘대학생의 성장을 위한 책과 영상 큐레이션’ 개발 연구

본 연구의 목적은 균형교양 영역의 교과로서 ‘대학생의 성장을 위한 책과 영상 큐레이션’(안)을 개발하는 데 있다. 현 세대의 학생들은 시대가 인정하는 명서나 이를 영상화한 작품을 스스로 찾아서 읽기가 쉽지 않은 분주한 환경에서 생활을 하고 있다. 학생들은 그 필요를 알고 있지만 우선순위에서 밀리기 쉽고 또 무엇이 좋은 책이고 꼭 읽어야 하는 필독서인지 판단하고 가늠하는 것도 어렵다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 전인적인 측면에서 대학생들의 사고와 역량을 함양하도록 도울 수 있는 도서 및 영상 기반 교양 교과를 개발하는 것과 관련된다. 이를 위해 2023~2024년 중에 Google, Riss 등을 중심으로 스크린셀러 작품, 큐레이션과 교양 교과에서의 책, 영상 관련 학술지를 온라인에서 다각도로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 정리하여 관련 선행 연구와 연구 방법, 연구 결과에 반영하였다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생들이 함께 명서를 접하고 영상을 통해 그 메시지를 재확인하여 성찰하고 실천하는 힘을 기르는 시간을 가질 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop ‘Book and Video Curation for the Growth of College Students’ as a subject within the field of balanced liberal arts area. Students of today's generation live in a busy environment where it is not easy for them to find and read recognized classics or to see visual versions of these works on their own. They are aware of the need, but it is all too easy for such classics to be deprioritized, and it is also difficult for students to judge and gauge what a good book is as opposed to one that is a “must-read.” In this context, this study is related to developing a book-and video-based liberal arts curriculum that can help college students develop their thinking skills and their academic capabilities from a holistic perspective. To this end, from 2023 to 2024, screen-selling works, books in curation and liberal arts subjects, and video-related journals were surveyed online from various angles, focusing on Google and Riss. The collected data were summarized and reflected in related prior research, research methods, and research results. Through this study, we hope that college students will be able to have a meaningful time reading their chosen books, reconfirming the work’s message through video, and developing the wherewithal to reflect upon and put into practice what they have learned.
