急冷 疑固된 AISI 304 스테인레스鋼의 組織 및 引張性質에 미치는 두께의 影響
전병완,오명석 충남대학교 대학원 1988 논문집 Vol.5 No.-
Using the twin-roller type melt-quenching technique, the effect of thickness on the structure and tensile properties of AlSl 304 stainless steel has been studied by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer and tensile test. in AlSl 304 stainless steel sheets whose thickness was 0.3 to 1.0mm were able to be produced. As the thickness increased, the cooling rate of melt-quenched AlSl 304 stainless steel decreased. The microstructure of 0.8mm thickness sheet consisted of columnar grains which formed sheet surface and equiaxed grains which formed near the center of the sheet cross-section. As the thickness was increased in melt-quenched AlSl 304 stainless steel increased Vickers hardness, 0.2% proof stress and tensile strength, and decreased elongation.
카보닐화된 글루코즈유도체의 이산화탄소에서의 용해도 연구
양두현,전병완,김학원 경희대학교 자연과학종합연구원 2003 자연과학논문집 Vol.9 No.2
We report here the synthesis of new CO_(2)-philic materials such as highly carbonylated(or acylated) glucose derivatives 1 and their solubilities in liquid and supercritical CO_(2). New carbonylated(or acylated) glucose might be a most promising candidate for the design of CO_(2)-philic materials.

Using the twin-roller type melt-quenching technique, we investigated the effect of Cr content on the microstructure and tensile properties of ferritic stainless steels, whose thickness is 0.5㎜ has been investigated. In this experiment, the three kinds of ferritic stainless steels has been used. The predicted cooling rates of melt-quenched ferritic stainless steels were not changed, even the Cr content increases up, to 25%. The metastable phase of the melt-quenched ferritic stainless steels were changed depending upon the car Cr content. In case of 17% Cr steel, the metastable phase was martensite and in case of 20 and 25% Cr steel, the metastable phase was austenite. After heat treatment, the tensile properties of the melt-quenched stainless steels are better than those of conventional ferritic stainless steels.
