자구벽 메모리 소자에서 저전류 구동은 에너지 소비를 줄이고 안정성을 향상시키는 데 있어 중요하다. 소자는 임계 전류 이상에서 동작하는데, 임계 전류를 결정하는 요인으로 자성층의 두께, 자기 이방성 상수 등이 있음이 알려져 있다. 기존 연구들의 경우 임계 전류와 개별 변수들의 관계를 설명하기 위한 모델에 시료의 피닝 에너지를 고려하지 않아, 소자 구동에 대한 물리적 이해가 부족하다. 본 연구는 피닝 에너지를 도입해 임계 전류의 이론 모델을 수립하고, 이를 바탕으로 얻은 중요 변수들과 임계 전류의 관계를 실험적으로 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터 방식을 통해 Ta (5 nm) / Pt (3 nm) / Co (x) / TiOx (y) / Pt (2 nm) 의 구조에서 Co 층과 TiOx 층 두께를 바꿔가며 시료를 제작하였다. 광자기 커 효과(MOKE) 현미경을 통해 전류 인가 자구벽 운동의 속도를 측정하여 임계 전류를 얻었다. 이론으로 수립한 관계식을 이용해, 자성층의 두께, 자기 이방성 에너지의 변화에 따른 임계 전류의 변화를 실험적으로 관찰하였고, 기존에 보고된 값들과 비교하여 이 관계식에 보편성이 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 자구벽 구동 및 임계 전류에 대한 더 깊은 이해가 가능해, 자구벽 메모리 소자 개발에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

미얀마 아세안 관계 발전 : 아세안의 정책변동과 미얀마 군사정부의 대응

이 연구에서는 현실주의와 구성주의적 시각에 따라 미얀마-아세안의 관계를 지역적·국제적 환경 변화에 따라 고찰하고, 양자 관계를 전망하였다. 첫 번째 시기에 해당하는 아세안 창설부터 1990년대 중반까지는 아세안의 전통적 외교 노선이자 문제 해결 방식인 '아세안방식'(ASEAN Way) 또는 상호불간섭정책이 고수되었다. 두 번째 시기는 '아세안방식'과 '건설적 개입'(constructive engagement)이 공존하는 1997년부터 2004년까지로 미얀마의 아세안 가입부터 아세안 내 미얀마의 정치개혁 요구가 태동하기 시작한 이른바 현실주의와 구성주의의 공존 기간이다. 2004년부터 현재에 이르는 세 번째 시기는 적어도 미얀마와의 관계에 있어서 구성주의가 아세안 외교노선의 결정적 요소로 보인다. 아세안의 미얀마에 대한 외교 노선이 구성주의로 전환한 것 같지만 서구의 미얀마에 대한 압박 또는 외교 방식과 비교하였을 때 입장의 차이를 두고 있다. 따라서 구성주의가 동남아에 이식되는 이 순간에도 아세안과 미얀마의 관계는 세계적 보편성보다는 상호불간섭원칙을 토대로 민주적 가치와 보편적 인권을 배양할 것으로 보인다. This study is to prospect a bilateral relation between Myanmar and ASEAN focusing on regional and international change based on realism and constructivism. The traditional policy of ASEAN, ASEAN Way, is abided by in the first term which is from foundation of ASEAN to mid-1990's. In the second term, from Myanmar's join into ASEAN in 1997 to 2004, realism and constructivism is coexisted. From 2004 to present, correspond to the third term, constructivism is a crucial point to resolve a bilateral relation. ASEAN's policy toward Myanmar seems to be totally changed, however, there is different perspective of ASEAN compared to policy of western countries. Therefore, the bilateral relation between Myanmar and ASEAN will be pursuit a speciality like localize a democratic norm and universal human rights based on ASEAN Way, while constructive norm is diffused by local people at the moment.

시진핑 주석의 방한에 앞서 중국은 평화공존 5원칙 발표 60주년을 기념하여 안사리(Mohammad Hamid Ansari) 인도 부통령, 떼잉쎄인(Thein Sein) 미얀마 대통령을 초대하여 회담을 개최했다. 이 회담은 시 주석 취임 이후 해당 3개국 정상이 공동의제로 한자리에 모인 최초이면서 이례적인 최고위급 회담이다. 해당 3개국은 평화공존 5원칙의 기치 아래 마약, 인신매매, 밀매 등 초국가적인 범죄와 테러리즘에 공동으로 대처한다는 합의에 도달했다. 그러나 회담에 참석한 각 정상의 속내는 동상이몽에 가까웠다. 중국은 미얀마 신정부 출범 이후에도 양국 관계가 긴밀해질 것으로 예상했다. 그러나 미얀마 신정부의 행동은 중국의 기대와 달랐다. 경제보다 정치적 자유화, 반중 정서의 현실정치반영 등을 통해 중국의 속국이라는 이미지를 탈피했다. 나아가 군부정권에 비판적이던 서방세계와 외교관계를 개선함으로써 부분적으로 제재 조치를 완화하는 성과를 거두었고, 정권에 대한 국제적 정통성도 확보했다. 변화하는 미얀마에 대한 대응책을 마련하지 못한 중국은 2011년 이후 급속히 냉각된 미얀마와의 관계 개선이 필요했다. 특히 2014년은 미얀마가 아세안 의장국에 취임한 해인바, 중국은 아시아 지역 내에서 확산되는 ``중국위협론``을 불식시키기 위해 온건한 정책을 제시하여 미얀마를 설득하고 ``중국기회론``을 다시금 지피고자 한다. 정권 교체에 성공한 인도도 미얀마를 가교(架橋)로 설정하고, 동진(東進) 속도를 낼 필요성이 제기된다. 전략적으로 미얀마와 우호적 관계를 형성할 경우 인도는 동남아와 남아시아를 횡단하는 경제회랑을 완성할 수 있고, 종국에는 중국을 견제할 수 있는 잠재적 패권국반열에 오를 수 있다.

선진(先秦) 우언(寓言)의 스토리텔링 미학에 관한 몇 가지 단상

This thesis study on aesthetics of storytelling in the Xianqin’s fables. it divided to four forms: first, refine the language in fables, second, rhetorical device, third, make words as fable-literature, at last, fables as method of communicating. In small part, analysis on branding new look, logic, wisecrack in harmony realism. besides, study on how to write realism in fables, how to remain blank space word, how to impact rise an fall the rhythm and how to cadence of seek method persuade and cares about other people. The Xianqin’s Fables have several special things as follows: first, their subject matter is derived from their life, therefore can approach and persuade those who read the Xianqin’s fables easily. second, it is concerned with aesthetics of persuading on the basis of logical structure. they have four forms: keeping the balance between fact and imaginary story; shirking the difficult and take the easy; keeping the humor and satire in the work; keeping the rhythm and cadence of languages in the stories.

Therapeutic Hypothermia after Decompressive Craniectomy in Malignant Cerebral Infarction

Decompressive hemicraniectomy followed by subsequent therapeutic hypothermia can reduce mortality in patients with malignant cerebral infarction without significantly increasing risk. We report three cases of malignant cerebral infarction treated with hemicraniectomy followed by hypothermia. Case 1 received elective decompressive surgery and hypothermia. Case 2 developed subsequent cerebral infarction with uncal herniation. Therefore, emergent decompressive surgery and hypothermia was performed in this case. Despite surgery and hyperosmolar therapy, case 3 received hypothermia treatment for refractory increased intracranial pressure. All patients survived with a score of 4 or 5 on the modified Rankin scale. Therefore, we suggest that application of hypothermia after hemicraniectomy is safe and feasible. Several possible modifications can be made to improve the management strategy in order to increase the benefits of hypothermia treatment.

Performance Analysis for MPEG-4 Video Codec Based on On-Chip Network

In this paper, we present a performance analysis for an MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network communication architecture. The existing on-chip buses of system-on-a-chip (SoC) have some limitation on data traffic bandwidth since a large number of silicon IPs share the bus. An on-chip network is introduced to solve the problem of on-chip buses, in which the concept of a computer network is applied to the communication architecture of SoC. We compared the performance of the MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network and Advanced Micro-controller Bus Architecture (AMBA) onchip bus. Experimental results show that the performance of the MPEG-4 video codec based on the on-chip network is improved over 50% compared to the design based on a multi-layer AMBA bus.
