외래 간호사의 감정노동, 의사소통능력, 감성지능 및 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Based on the results of Grandey's Emotion Regulation Process Model and previous studies, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between emotional labor, communication competency, emotional intelligence, social support, and burnout, and to identify factors affecting burnout of nurses in outpatient department. Method: The participants were 190 nurses with more than six months of experience working at the outpatient department of a general hospital in Seoul. Data were collected from April 5 to May 28, 2021, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results: Significant variables affecting burnout were emotional labor, communication competency, emotional intelligence, education, and total clinical experience. Social support showed a statistically significant negative correlation with burnout, but did not affect burnout. Burnout showed a statistically significant a positive correlation with emotional labor, and showed a negative correlation with communication competency, emotional intelligence and social support. We found a negative correlation between burnout and subjective health status. Emotional labor had a positive effect on burnout. Emotional intelligence, clinical experience for more than 10 years, communication competency, and education for masters or higher negatively affected burnout, respectively. They accounted for 49.2% of the total variance of burnout. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to reduce emotional labor, one of the major predictors of burnout for outpatient care. In order to prevent emotional labor that results in burnout, an integrated program that improves emotional intelligence and communication competency should be developed.

Purpose: This descriptive research was conducted to identify the effects of work complexity, role conflict, knowledge of traditional Korean (Hanbang) nursing, and grit on the job satisfaction among traditional Korean nurses. Methods: The survey was conducted from September 7, 2020 to February 10, 2021 on 155 Hanbang nurses. Data were analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression with the SPSS statistics 26.0 program. Result: The factors affecting job satisfaction of Hanbang nurses were work complexity, knowledge of Hanbang nursing, age, and experience in traditional Korean medicine hospitals. Conclusions: It is necessary to promote Hanbang nursing related education in regular and clinical area in order to improve the job satisfaction of Hanbang nurses. In addition, an organizational effort is required to increase long-term job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to identify how skelectal muscle tissue effects to Leptin, TNF-a and IL-6 due to differences in exercise intensity. To perform this experiment, we divided BABL/c mice into 3 groups (control group (CON), low-intensity resistance exercise group (LIE) and high-intensity resistance exercise group (HIE), and in 48 hours after 4 weeks ladder climbing resistance exercise, the following experiment was performed with Real time-PCR analysis methods. After analyzing with Real time-PCR, this experiment showed us that the revelation of mRNA expression of Leptin, TNF-a and IL-6 at large intestine was decreased in low-intensity resistance exercise group (LIE). The revelation of TNF-a and IL-6 mRNA at large intestine was increased more high-intensity resistance exercise group (HIE) than in control group (CON). Although the evidence is not clear yet, there are some reports that physical activity can reduce of increase the inflammation of colorectal disease. In conclusion, the exercise intensity pattern resistance exercise it is effective to decrease the Leptin, TNF-a and IL-6 concentration in low-intensity resistance exercise group (LIE) in BABL/c mice.
