쓰기 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 국어교사 학습공동체 운영 방안

The Korean Teacher Learning Community for the Promotion of Writing Assessment Specialization is a necessary skill not only in fostering the professional writing evaluation as a teacher, but also in terms of students' writing skills and development of writing classes. Just as students different write on the same topics in the same space and time, thoughts and values of teacher write evaluations can be different. However, as gather subjective and become objectivity, when gather multiple people to conduct a write assessment and consult in the process, the correct results of an evaluation can be obtained and the expertise in write evaluation will be enhanced. To that end, the study suggested ways to operate a Korean language teacher learning community to enhance the expertise of writing assessment that teachers can gather and practice, and to explore the possibilities. I think that the ability to finded value the student's writing in order to express it from its individuality is what teachers in the fourth industrial revolution need. We will grow up in the process of confirming that I am not the only one who thinks so, and why . To this end, it is time for us to get together in the name of the Learning Community and practice together to Increase the Professional Writing Evaluation promote self-realization and professionalism. 쓰기 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 국어교사 학습공동체는 교사로서 쓰기 평가 전문성 함양 뿐 아니라, 학생들의 쓰기 능력과 쓰기 수업의 발전 측면에서도 필요한 능력이다. 같은 시공간에서 같은 주제로 쓴 학생의 글이 모두 다르듯이, 국어교사의 쓰기 평가에 대한 생각 및 가치도 다를 수 있다. 그러나 주관이 모여 객관이 되듯이 여러 사람이 모여 학습공동체를 운영하고 그 과정에서 협의점을 찾을 때, 많은 사람이 인정할 수 있는 평가 결과가 도출되고 쓰기 평가 전문성도 신장될 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 교사들이 모여 실천할 수 있는 쓰기 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 국어교사 학습공동체 운영 방안을 제안하고 그 가능성을 탐색해보았다. 학생의 글이 개성을 잃지 않도록 ‘다름 속에서 같음을 평가해 낼 수 있는 능력’, 즉 쓰기 평가 전문성이야말로 제4차 산업혁명기의 교사들에게 필요한 능력이라고 생각한다. 다름이 틀린 것이 아니라는 것, 나만 그렇게 생각하는 것은 아니라는 것을 확인하고 이유와 근거를 찾는 과정에서 우리는 성장할 것이다. 이를 위해 우리는 학습공동체라는 이름으로 모여 쓰기 평가 전문성 신장을 위해서 함께 실천해야 할 때이다.
High Diastereoselectivity in the Yang Photocyclization via Remote Hydrogen Abstraction Reaction

1-Benzoyl-1-(o-alkoxyphenyl)cyclopropanes undergo Yang photocyclization to form dihydrobenzo-pyranols in a stereospecific manner. The cyclopropyl group at alpha position to carbonyls gives not only a bias in the most stable geometries of the starting ketones but also conformational restriction on geometries of biradical intermediates. More importantly, intramolecular hydrogen bonds seem to give an additional effect on conformational control of the biradical reactivity.
클러터환경에서펄스도플러레이다추적초기화를위한신호 강도를이용하는RANSAC 처리기법

본 논문은 펄스 도플러 레이다에서 작은 RCS(radar cross section)를 갖는 표적의 추적 초기화를 위해 신호 강도 (intensity)를이용하는RANSAC(RANdom SAmple Consensus) 기법을제안한다. 기존의레이다는주로CFAR(constant false alarm rate)처리를사용하는데, 작은RCS를탐지하기위해CFAR의임계치를낮추게되면, 다양한오경보가유입되어표 적의위치를특정하는것이매우어렵다. 이를해결하기위해RANSAC을이용한추적초기화기법이소개되었다. 본 논문에서는일반적인RANSAC 알고리즘에신호강도정보를이용하여수신플롯데이터샘플을분할하는기법을적용 함으로써, RANSAC 알고리즘의인라이어부족에따른정확도저하현상을보완한S-RANSAC(sample splitting RANSAC) 기법을제안하였다. 검증을위해널리사용되는Logic-기반, Hough Transform, RANSAC 알고리즘과제안한S-RANSAC의 성능을비교하였다. 분석결과, 설정한낮은SNR 조건에서S-RANSAC 기반처리가일반적RANSAC 기반추적초기화 처리대비더우수한추적초기화성능을보이는것으로분석되었다.
Preliminary Evaluation of the Activity Concentration Limits for Consumer Goods Containing NORM

Background: To protect the public from natural radioactive materials, the ‘Act on safety control of radioactive rays around living environment” was established in Korea. There is an annual effective dose limit of 1 mSv for products, but the activity concentration limit for products is not established yet. Materials and Methods: To suggest the activity concentration limits for consumer goods containing NORM, in this research, we assumed the “small room model” surrounding the ICRP reference phantom to simulate the consumer goods in contact with the human bodies. Using the Monte Carlo code MCNPX, we evaluate the effective dose rate for the ICRP reference phantom in a small room with dimension of phantom size and derived the activity concentration limit for consumer goods. Results and Discussion: The consumer goods have about 1600, 1200 and 19000 Bq·kg-1 for 226Ra, 232Th and 40K, and the activity concentration limits are about six times comparing with the values of building materials. We applied the index to real samples, though we did not consider radioactivity of 40K, indexes of the some samples are more than 6. However, this index concept using small room model is very conservative, for the consumer goods over than index 6, it is necessary to reevaluate the absorbed dose considering real usage scenario and material characteristics. Conclusion: In this research, we derived activity concentration limits for consumer goods in contact with bodies and the results can be used as preliminary screening tool for consumer goods as index concept.

The present study investigated how Kyungsang speakers use phonetic cues to signal Korean stops in different speech styles, prosodic positions and focus conditions. For the different speaking styles, vowel duration and F0 peak were greater in clear speech than in casual speech. In the different prosodic positions, the VOT and the F0 peak were greater in the IP-initial position than in the IP-medial position. For the effect of the focus condition, the VOT, the F0 peak, and the vowel duration were enhanced in the focused condition. The effects of the focus condition and clear speech were more strongly manifested in the IP-initial position than in the IP-medial position. In the results of the VOT and the F0 peak, the contrast of the two stops in the IP-initial position was greatly enhanced under the focused condition and clear speech compared to under the unfocused condition and casual speech.
