질문만들기 전략 중재가 읽기장애 아동의 질문만들기 능력 및 독해력에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 질문만들기 전략 중재가 읽기장애 아동들의 질문만들기 능력 및 독해력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 초등학교 3, 4학년 읽기장애 아동과 통제집단 각 12명을 대상으로 초인지 전략인 질문만들기 전략을 20회기 실시하였다. 그 결과 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 질문만들기 능력에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 읽기 이해 능력에서도 실험집단이 통제집단에 비하여 유의미한 차이를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not generating questions strategy training had any effects on the generating question capability and reading comprehension with reading disabilities. The subjects in this study were children who were within their third and fourth years at two different elementary schools, being at risk of reading disability. The pretest-posttest control group design was employed, by organizing an experimental group and a control group with 12 children each who were respectively selected from the two schools. During a sixth-week period time, the experimental group participated in a 20-session generating question strategy training program that was based on Raphael``s QAR(Question Answer Relationship) Program. Each session run 25 minutes, and the control group was just engaged in repeated reading without being exposed to any particular training. After the experimental was completed, the two groups took tests in generating question and reading comprehension. As for data handling, T-est was implemented by using SPSS for Windows 10.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows:1. Regarding the generating question capability of the children with readingdisabilities, the experimental group that underwent training in generating questionstrategy made a statistically significant progress than the control group that didn``t.2. Concerning the reading comprehension capability of the children with readingdisabilities, the experimental group that were trained in generating question strategymade statistically significant strides than the control group that didn``t.The findings of the study suggested that the generating question strategy was oneof the effective teaching methods to enhance the generating question skills andreading comprehension of the children with reading disabilities, and that readingcomprehension strategy could also be applicable to those types of children.

본 연구의 목적은 MZ세대의 취업에 대한 의식 변화와 취업률 하략에 대응하기 위하여 기술특화 전문대학인 P대학 재학생의 취업준비 현황과 요구를 파악하고, 취업역량을 강화하고 고용가능성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본격적으로 취업을 준비하기 시작하는 2학년 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재학생들은 주로 취업을 위해 학점관리와 자격증 취득에 집중하고 있었다. 둘째, 주된 취업준비행동으로 취업정보 탐색과 이력서 및 자기소개서 준비를 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 취업정보 획득방법으로는 취업포털사이트를 확인하는 것이 대부분이었으며, 지인 및 선후배를 통한 정보획득 등 개인적 차원에서의 채용정보 취득을 주로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 보다 적극적인 취업 지원을 위해서는 대학 내 취업진로 관련 교과의 로드맵 제시가 필요하고, 재학생에게 변화하는 채용트렌드를 안내하는 한편 스스로 취업기업 및 직무를 설정하여 준비하는 전략을 세울 수 있도록 도울 필요가 있다는 점을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the employment preparation status and needs of students in order to respond to the change in the MZ generation's perception of employment and the decline in the employment rate, and to increase the employability. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting students who are starting to prepare for employment in earnest, and the main research results are as follows. First, enrolled students were mainly focusing on credit management and certificate acquisition for employment. Second, it was found that the main job preparation behaviors were searching for job information and preparing resumes and selfintroduction letters. Finally, as a method of obtaining employment information, most of them checked employment portal sites, and most of them obtained employment information at the personal level, such as acquiring information through acquaintances and seniors and juniors. Based on these results, it is necessary to establish a roadmap for career-related courses in universities for more active employment support. In addition, it was suggested that it is necessary to present changing recruitment trends to current students and help them set up strategies to prepare themselves by setting up companies and jobs for employment.

본 연구는 인구절벽, 4차 산업혁명 등 급변하는 교육생태계 변화에 맞추어 교육학분야에서의 전문성 관련 연구 동향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 10년(2008년~2018년) 동안 KCI 교육학분야 등재지에 “전문성”을 제목에 사용한 국내 학 술지 280편의 키워드 1,093개의 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 NetMiner를 사용하였으며, 상위 키워드 빈도분석, 중심성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육학분야의 전문성 관련 연구는 교원, 유아, 교과(수업)관련 학술지에서 전문성 개발방안, 전문성구성요소, 전문성개발 지원환경 등 다양한 영역을 포괄하여 이루어져왔다. 둘째, 교육학 분야 전문성 관련 연구는 교사전문성, 수업전문성을 핵심으로 이를 개발하기 위해 협력, 학습공동체, 실천공동체, 교사연수, 인디스쿨 등이 활용되고 있었다. 셋째, 전문성 연구분야는 전문성평가, 교사의 전문성개발 방안, 교사수업전문성, 전문성 구성요인과 지원방안, 수업현장에서의 전문성개발 등 5개의 영역을 중심으로 이루어지고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 미래교육환경 변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 전문성개발 지원 준비가 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다. This study is aimed at identifying the trends and issues of expertise in educational research by using the keyword network analysis methodology and at providing the implications of future corporate education and training in the fourth industrial revolution. We analyzed 1,093 keywords from 280 papers published in Educational Research from 2008 to 2018. The results of the study are as follows: First, expertise research in the field of pedagogy has been conducted steadily for the past 10 years, and this body of research has mainly focused on teachers, children, and academic journals. Second, expertise research has covered various areas such as professionalism, the components of professionalism, and the professional development support environment. Third, as a result of the analysis of centrality, pedagogical expertise has been the core of teacher professionalism and teaching expertise, cooperation, the learning community, the practice community, teacher training, and indie schools. In conclusion, the results of this study provide valuable insights toward enabling an understanding of research.

성별에 따른 이공계 전공교육만족이 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향

This study is aim to the effects of job satisfaction on the major satisfaction of science and engineering college students and also analyzed the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance in career choice. To do this, structural equation modeling(SEM) and multi-group SEM were applied to data from 2016 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). In the results of this study, the major satisfaction, future outlook of job and major relevance were positive effects on job satisfaction and the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance were verified. And results of analysis according to gender difference, the coefficient of woman was smaller than man. Among major satisfaction had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction fell for women who value their relevance to the major when choosing a job. Based on such results, universities need to further strengthen their role in helping them enhance their expertise through skills and learning about their majors.
