Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the influencing factors on the family caregivers burden who have has inpatients with acute stroke. Methods: Subjects were 126 family caregivers who have has inpatients with acute stroke. Data were collected by questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s coefficients and multiple regression. Results: The Anxiety of family caregivers was identified as a determinant of family caregivers burden who have has inpatients with acute stroke by the multiple regression analysis (β=.58, p<.001). Gender and low cognitive function of inpatients were significantly related to family caregivers burden. And knowledge about care (r=-.27, p=.002) was correlated with anxiety significantly. Conclusion: The family caregivers burden is not only an important issue for nursing but also major nursing problem to be addressed nurses. Family caregivers with acute stroke inpatients feel more anxiety than family caregivers with other illnesses. The anxiety of family caregivers is important especially to the family caregivers who have to care acute stroke inpatients to reduce their burden.

Purpose: This study was aimed to compare two different kinds of pre-operational education methods on nursing care satisfaction and anxiety among family members of cancer patients. Methods: This research used a quasi-experimental design. A total of 80 patients participated in the study. Forty subjects who were in the experimental group were assigned to be received mobile text-information via cellular phone, whereas control group was given the direct messages from nurses during peri-operative time. Peri-operative family needs and anxiety were measured and analyzed by X2-test and t-test. Result: There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of peri-operative family needs satisfaction and the levels of state anxiety between the two groups (p= .05). Conclusion: Based upon these findings, the nursing intervention with cellular phone short message could be as effective as direct peri-operative information in reducing the level of state anxiety and in increasing of the level of nursing care satisfaction among the family members of cancer patients.

각형 강관(${\boxe}-75{\times}75{\times}3.2,\;{\boxe}-100{\times}100{\times}4.2,\;{\boxe}-125{\times}125{\times}6.0$) 기둥의 단면 치수와 초기 변형을 측정하였다. 인장시험, 단주 압축강도 실험, 그리고 세장비 $46{\sim}84$ 사이의 기둥에 대한 압축강도 실험을 수행하였다. 유한요소법에 의한 기둥의 압축 강도를 산출하였다. 단면의 공칭 치수에 대한 측정값의 오차는 무시할 정도이며, 초기변형은 각 단면별로 세장비 100에 해당하는 기둥길이에 대해 초과 확률 2.5% 값이 각각 1/490, 1/1121, 1/1395로 나타났다. 인장시험 결과 강재의 항복강도는 최소 규정 강도보다 30% 이상 높다. 기둥 실험 결과 얻은 각형 강관 기둥의 압축강도는 단주 압축강도를 강재의 항복강도로 간주하고 비교하면 유한요소 해석 결과나 AISC, Eurocode의 강도 곡선과 거의 같거나 약간 높은 값이나, 강재의 최소 규정강도를 기준으로 비교하면 실험 결과가 훨씬 높은 강도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The sectional dimensions and initial crookedness of the RHS(rectangular hollow section, ${\boxe}-75{\times}75{\times}3.2,\;{\boxe}-100{\times}100{\times}4.2,\;{\boxe}-125{\times}125{\times}6.0$) were measured. The axial compressive strength tests for columns with slenderness $46{\sim}84$ were performed as well as stub tests and tensile tests. FEM analysis was also used. The measurement shows that the errors of sectional dimensions are negligible. For the column length corresponding to ${\lambda}=100$, the initial crookedness with the 2.5% probability estimated from the measured results is 1/490, 1/1121 1/1395 for each section respectively. The yield strengths obtained from tensile test are higher than the specified minimum value by more than 30%. The column test shows that the maximum axial resistances are almost same as, or a little higher than the FEM results and the specified strength curves of AISC Specification and Eurocode, when the maximum strengths from the stub tests are used as the yield strength of the steel. But the test results show much higher column strength than those specified in the Standard and Code, when the specified minimum yield strength of the steel is used.

본 연구의 목적은 지진에 의한 강구조 부재의 소성피로손상 및 파괴에 크게 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자를 추출하여 그들간의 정량적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 앵글 강부재에 대하여 5~30 사이클 정도의 극저사이클 피로파괴실험을 실시하였다. 실험은 축방향 상대변위에 의해 제어된 반복 하중하에서 행하였으며, 앵글 시험체는 재하초기에 비탄성 전체좌굴 또는 국부좌굴이 발생하였다. 실험결과, 극저사이클 피로파괴하에서 강부재의 에너지 흡수능력은 재하이력과 파괴모우드에 따라 크게 변한다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 균열발생부에서 잔류 국소변형률의 최대치는 재하패턴 변형모우드 폭두께비에 관계없이 25~40% 정도였다. The objective of this study is to identify the quantitative relationships among the important physical factors associated with failure of steel members under strong seismic excitations through very low-cycle fatigue tests. Very low-cycle fatigue is meant to be structural fatigue causing cracks and rupture in about 5~30 cycle ranges. The angle specimen was subjected to repeated axial Ioad after undergoing inelastic buckling. The test results reveal that the energy absorption capacities vary heavily with the history of loading and the failure mode. The maximum values of residual local strain at the initiation of a visible crack due to the very low-cycle fatigue were of the order of 25~40%, regardless of loading patterns, deflection modes, and width-to-thickness ratios.
