경구개로 배출된 치원성 누공 1예

치아 우식증이 진행하여 치근단 주위에 농을 형성하고 잇몸과 그 주변 조직으로 배출하는 경우 치원성 누공이라 고 한다1. 치아 주위 감염이 악화 될 경우 치조골, 피부, 상 악동, 비강 등으로 굴을 형성하고 개구부를 통해서 지속적 혹은 간헐적인 배농이 일어날 수 있다1,2. 임상적으로는 피 부에서 무통성의 홍반성 결절을 형성하며 농을 배출하여 염증성 표피 낭종, 화농성 육아종, 피부암 등으로 오진할 수 있어서 초기에 정확한 진단 및 적절한 치과 진료가 시 행되지 않는다면 무의미한 항생제 및 외과적 치료가 반복 될 수 있으며, 치료 효과 또한 없을 수 있다1,2. 53세 여자 환자가 4개월 전 경구개에 통증이 있는 결절 을 주소로 내원하였다. 이후 농이 배출 되면서 통증은 사 라졌지만 병변은 지속 되었다. 이학적 검사상 3 mm크기의 융기된 소결절로 출혈과 농이 배출 되었으며 이에 대한 배 양 검사를 시행하였으나 균은 검출되지 않았다(Fig. 1). 과 거 7년 전 좌측 상악 제1,2 대구치에 치아 우식증으로 치 료를 받은 병력이 있으며, 방사선 검사에서 좌측 상악 제1 대구치 치근단 부위에 방사선 투과성 음영으로 관찰되었 다(Fig. 2A). 이 부위에서 발생한 치은 농양이 경구개로 배 출된 것으로 진단 하였다. 이후 치과에서 치아 근관 치료 를 시행 후 병변의 크기가 감소하였으며, 더 이상 재발하 지 않았다(Fig. 2B). 국내 보고 상 피부에 발생한 경우는 다수의 예가 보고 되 었지만, 경구개에 발생한 경우는 보고 된 바 없었으며, 다른 피부 질환으로 오진할 수 있기에 이를 보고하는 바이다1,3,4.

This research examines the importance of sunscreen use as well as the public awareness and the use of sunscreen that has become prevalent due to the growth of the sunscreen market, and also the international cosmetics market in regard to the trend of sunscreen and the development of natural domestic materials for them. The current state of sunscreen use and its changes have been examined by looking into the researches on sunscreen from 2010 until now, and by analyzing the trend of the international sunscreen market specifically on i) the use of extracts such as natural and organic materials, ii) the researches on the effects of the raw materials and processing technology on skin, and iii) the emergence of ethical products along with brand image improvement efforts, some of domestic researches on the direction of the domestic sunscreen industry and the development of natural materials in 2012~2013 were reviewed. As a result, the effect of the product containing natural extracts, and its quality as a safe and anti-oxidant product were examined. The sunscreen industry is a promising market with the environmental factors and the increase of aesthetic desire of the public. It is regarded to be necessary for domestic industry to refer to the international flow and regulations in order to internationalize the domestic market as well as to help stabilize it. In addition, it would be necessary to solve the known problems such as stickiness, texture, and white turbidity phenomenon that have been continuously posed as problem by the consumer reviews through R&D, and for the inconvenience that is involved when reapplying the sunscreen, it would be necessary to look for ways to facilitate re-application of sunscreen rather than to increase SPF (Sun Protection Factor) in order to enhance the lasting time of the sunscreen.

The purpose of the present study was to compare the difference in the fatigue symptoms between a group experiencing meridian massage for the first time and a group experienced the massage at least two times. To obtain accurate data on fatigue symptoms immediately after the massage, an empirical research method was conducted by surveying 200 Seoul resident women aged 30-60 on site. Analysis of the data was performed by utilizing SPSS win 21.0. All subjects showed increased fatigue symptoms in all categories such as physical pain, decreased motivation, circulatory disturbance, and dysaesthesia. The group experienced meridian massage for the first time showed more increase in fatigue symptoms than the group experienced the massage at least two times. Various researches are expected to find methods to relieve the fatigue symptoms immediately after meridian massage.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the correlation between the health status, stress and fatigue level in everyday life, and fatigue symptoms immediately after meridian massage. A survey was conducted targeting 200 Seoul resident women aged 30-60 and the data was analyzed using SPSS win 21.0. Personal health status and fatigue level in everyday life affected the fatigue symptoms immediately after meridian massage; the group that experienced the massage for the first time showed more increase in the fatigue symptoms after the massage if they had poorer health status and the higher fatigue level in everyday life. The group that experienced meridian at least two times showed more increase in the fatigue symptoms immediately after the massage if they had more severe stress and higher fatigue level in everyday life. Studies in various methods are expected to relieve the fatigue symptoms.

상호적 교수방법이 영어 독해력 향상에 미치는 효과

This study investigates the effects of reading training through reciprocal teaching on EFL students' English reading ability, metacognitive reading strategies, and self-directed learning. This training program was administered over 16 sessions for each group for 3 months. After finishing the program, students took the metacognitive reading strategies test, self-directed learning ability test and English reading ability test again. The research results are as follows: First, reading training through reciprocal teaching improved English reading ability in the distributed reciprocal teaching group and teacher-directed reciprocal teaching group. Second, reading training through reciprocal teaching improved students' metacognitive reading strategies. Third, self-directed learning ability through reciprocal teaching had been improved in both experimental and controlled group except for creativity and autonomy. Thus, reading training through reciprocal teaching can improve English reading ability and metacognitive reading strategies. In addition, the distributed reciprocal teaching group is even more effective for high level students than it is for the other groups of students in this study.

This study is aimed at presenting measures for improving future legislation on national technical qualificationsfor Cosmetology. To accomplish the objective, current laws on Cosmetology, the problems and alternativeshave been explored. Specifically, this study has examined Korea’s Cosmetology-related laws, which arePublic Health Control Act, National Technical Qualifications Act, and Basic Qualifications Act. Also, the scale ofKorea’s beauty industry and the status of relevant education and national technical qualification examinationswere analyzed. Based on the findings, the following alternatives are suggested. 1) establishing nationaltechnical qualifications on Cosmetology specialists; clearly subdividing Cosmetology license categories into‘comprehensive,’ ‘hair,’ ‘esthetic,’ ‘make-up’ and ‘nail-care.’ 2) establishing qualifications testing programto boost the reliability and validity of related licenses and qualifications; setting eligibility for participants ofpreliminary education on national technical qualification examinations; setting grades for professionals andrelated business owners 3) establishing a national technical qualification testing advisory body to engage inthe following: continuous testing and improvement of the feasibility, rationality, and actual usability of nationaltechnical qualification examinations.
