The number of users topped 30 million smartphones in Korea, has become a necessity of modern people. There are many applications to provide alarm and memo, but most of them are for personal usage not groups. In this study, we present an application providing alarms and memos to all users in a group. The group alarm function provides an alarm to all members in a group when a group member set an alarm. When a memo is written by one member, the memo is shared to all members in the group. Our application will be useful to groups that should notice important information and meeting time among group members.

공간정보산업 해외진출을 위한 공간정보 오픈플랫폼(V-World) 패키지상품 모형 개발 연구

포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 또한, 공간정보산업의 해외진출 전략은 국내-해외 공간정보산업을 동시에 고려하여 해외진 출 전략의 실효성을 담보해야 한다. 이러한 공간정보 산업현황에서 공간정보 오픈플랫폼은 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 보여 진다. 이에 공간정보 세계시장에서 국내 공간정보산업이 수출 경쟁력 확보를 위해 본 연구에서는 그 방안의 하나로 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 기반의 패키지 상품 모형 개발 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 공간정보산업 해외진출 현황 및 특징을 파악하 였고, 상품으로서의 공간정보 오픈플랫폼을 파악하기 위해 해외 수요와 공간정보 오픈플랫폼과의 관계를 도출하고 판매 대 상 및 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 내용을 기반으로 공간정보 오픈플랫폼을 활용한 융·복합 패키지 수출 기본 전략을 수립 하고 상품의 기본 개념, 구성 요소를 설계하였다. 수출대상국 수요 지향적 전략, 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 기반 전략, 국내기업 연계-통합형 전략으로 구분하여 오픈플랫폼 기반 융·복합패키지 상품 기본모형까지 설계하였고, 이러한 융·복합 패키지 상품 구성에 따라 공간정보 관련 기업의 해외 진출 촉진을 기대할 수 있다. In order to expand the market of the domestic space information industry, which is currently saturated, overseas expansion is essential, but the prospects are limited. Therefore, an effective strategy of overseas expansion is needed. Given the current state of such spatial information industry, V-World is expected to play a very important role. In the world market for space information, in order to ensure the export competitiveness of the domestic space information industry, in the present study, research and development was carried out on the V-World-based packaged goods model as one possible method. First of all, to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the spatial information industry, to grasp V-World as a commodity and derive the relationship between foreign demand and V-World, the sales destinations and methods were defined. To formulate the basic strategy of the fusion-composite package export utilizing V-World on the basis of the basic concept of the product, the necessary components were designed. In response to this fusion-composite package product mix, the overseas promotion of spatial information-related companies it to be expected.

공간정보산업 해외진출을 위한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 산업 간 융합 방안 연구

포화상태인 국내 공간정보산업시장을 확장하기 위해서는 해외 진출이 필수적이나, 현재의 공간정보산업 해외 진출 방식은 시장 확장에 한계를 보이고 있다. 산업 간 융합을 통한 공간정보산업 해외 진출은 인접 ODA 재원을 활용한 해외 진출을 가능하게 하고 국제 경쟁력을 보유한 산업과의 융합을 통한 선진국 진출을 가능하게 할 수 있다는 점에서 시장 확장 의 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 산업 간 융합 방안을 수립하기 위해 적합한 산업을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 산업 간 융합을 위해서는 융합 용이성, 정보의 보안성, 열악한 인프라 극복, 다양한 수요 대응체계, 유지?보수체계의 마련이 필요 하다는 것을 밝히고 이러한 수요를 충족시키기 위한 융합 기반을 모색하였다. 융합 기반은 클라우드 기반의 공간정보 융합 공통 프레임워크, 공간정보-타 산업 간 융합 모델 및 융합 상품의 해외진출 지원체계로 구성하였고, 각각의 구성 방안을 제시하였다. Overseas Expansion is essential to expand domestic geospatial industries in a state of saturation. But current overseas expansion method has be limited to expand global market. Inter-industries convergence strategies may be most resonable alternative to expand global market through raising expansion possibility to developing countries with ODA funds and to developed countries with converging global competitive industries. This research analyzed the industry to develop a suitable way fusion between these industries. As a result, easiness of convergence, confidentiality of information, complementarity of poor infrastructure, responsiveness of various demands and sustainability of system are needed to successful convergence on multiple industries. This convergence framework is consists of geospatial convergence common framework based on cloud computing, inter-industries convergence model and institutional supporting system for overseas expansion.

평가지표의 중요도와 적용성이 방문요양시설 서비스 질에 미치는 영향

The long-term care insurance system for the elderly was carried out in 2008 as part of the policy in order to cope with a rapid rise in elderly people, a surge in family support costs, and the weakening in family support function. The evaluation on the home care facility was begun in 2010 and is reaching the present day. The objective of evaluation on the home-visiting care facility is to improve the quality of service and the quality of life through enhancing services. This study clarified an influential relationship between evaluation indicators perceived by home care facility workers, and the job satisfaction & service quality, and progressed an empirical research on a mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between the evaluation indicator and the service quality. Suitable 409 copies were used by conducting the questionnaire survey targeting the home-visiting care facility workers in capital area from August 7, 2022 to September 15 in the same year. Summarizing the analysis results, they are as follows. First, the importance of evaluation indicators appeared to be statistically significant (F=8.652, p<.001) in the influential relationship upon the service quality. It was analyzed to be affected by the variables in age, region, maximum number, opening period, number of employees and by the variables in the area of institution operation, the area of environmental safety, the area of recipient rights guarantee, and the area of salary provision process. Second, the applicability of evaluation indicators was indicated to be significantly meaningful (F=11.586, p<.001) in the influential relationship upon the service quality. It was parsed to be influenced by the variables in academic background, region, fixed number, opening period, number of workers and by the variables in the area of institution operation, the area of environmental safety, the area of recipient rights guarantee, and the area of salary provision process. Third, the importance of evaluation indicators was seen to be statistically significant (F=9.615, p<.001) in the influential relationship upon the job satisfaction. It was analyzed to be affected by the variables in region, opening period, number of employees and by the variables in the area of institution operation, the area of environmental safety, and the area of salary provision process. Fourth, the applicability of evaluation indicators appeared to be significantly meaningful (F=9.579, p<.001) in the influential relationship upon the job satisfaction. It was parsed to be influenced by the variables in gender, region, opening period, number of workers and by the variables in the area of recipient rights. Fifth, in the importance of evaluation indicators and the influential process upon service quality, the internal satisfaction played a partial mediating role. Thus, Hypothesis 3-1 was supported. The higher perception of importance leads to the higher internal satisfaction. There is high possibility that the higher internal satisfaction will bring about the higher recognition of service quality. Accordingly, to increase the service quality, it is critical more than anything to upgrade the importance of evaluation indicators. Even the effort to step up the internal satisfaction in employees themselves may make a considerable contribution through the mediating process or directly to raising the service quality of the home care facility. Sixth, in the importance of evaluation index applicability and the influential process upon the service quality, the internal satisfaction played a partial mediating role. Thus, Hypothesis 3-3 was backed. To heighten the service quality, it is crucial more than anything to enhance the applicability of evaluation indicators. The effort to pump up workers’ own internal satisfaction including job itself and job content can contribute significantly through the mediating process or directly to elevating the service quality of the home care facility. Seven 본 연구는 재가요양시설 종사자가 인지하는 평가지표와 직업만족, 서비스 질과의 영향 관계를 밝히고, 평가지표와 서비스 질 관계에서 직업만족의 매개적 역할에 관한 실증적인 연구를 진행하였다. 2022년 8월 7일부터 동년 9월 15일까지 수도권 지역 방문요양시설 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 적합한 409부를 사용하였고, 분석 결과에 대한 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평가지표 중요도가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며(F=8.652, p<.001), 연령, 지역, 규모, 개원기간, 종사자 수 변인 및 기관운영 영역, 환경안전 영역, 수급자 권리보장 영역, 급여제공과정 영역 변인이 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 평가지표 적용성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며(F=11.586, p<.001), 학력, 지역, 규모, 개원기간, 종사자 수 변인 및 기관운영 영역, 환경안전 영역, 수급자 권리보장 영역, 급여제공과정 영역 변인이 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 평가지표 중요도가 직업만족에 미치는 영향관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며(F=9.615, p<.001), 지역, 개원기간, 종사자 수 변인 및 기관운영 영역, 환경안전 영역, 급여제공과정 영역 변인이 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 평가지표 적용성이 직업만족에 미치는 영향관계에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며(F=9.579, p<.001), 성별, 지역, 개원기간, 종사자 수 변인 및 수급자권리 영역 변인이 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 평가지표 중요도와 서비스 질 영향 과정에서 내적만족은 부분매개적 역할을 하여 가설3-1은 지지 되었으며, 중요도 인식이 높을수록 내적 만족은 높고, 내적 만족이 높을수록 서비스 질은 높게 인지될 가능성이 크다. 따라서 서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 평가지표의 중요도를 향상시키는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하며 종사자 본인의 내적만족 강화 노력도 재가요양시설 서비스 질을 높이는데 매개과정을 통하거나 직접적으로 상당부분 기여할 수 있다. 여섯째, 평가지표 적용성과 서비스 질 영향 과정의 내적만족은 부분매개적 역할을 하여 가설3-3은 지지되었으며, 서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 평가지표의 적용성을 향상시키는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하며 직업자체와 직무내용을 포함하는 종사자 본인의 내적만족 강화 노력도 재가요양시설 서비스 질을 높이는데 매개과정을 통하거나 직접적으로 상당부분 기여할 수 있다. 일곱째, 평가지표 적용성과 서비스 질 영향 과정의 외적만족은 매개적 역할을 하여 가설3-4는 지지되었으며, 방문요양시설 종사자의 적용성에 대한 인식이 높을수록 직업에 대한 외적 만족은 높아지고, 보상체계와 인간관계로 구성되는 외적 만족이 높을수록 수급자에게 제공되는 서비스 질은 강화될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국민건강보험공단에서 평가지표가 만들어지고 3년 주기로 평가가 이루어지는 32개 항목의 5개 영역 지표를 활용하였고, 각 항목의 중요도 요인과 적용성 요인을 측정하였고, 각 요인이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계 및 직업만족의 매개적 관계를 분석 제시하여 이를 근거로 현재의 평가지표의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구축될 평가지표와 직업만족, 서비스 질에 대한 평가모형은 향후 방문요양시설 평가지표의 개선 및 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

공간정보 오픈플랫폼(V-World) 해외진출 지원을 위한 현황 및 문제점

본 연구는 한국형 공간정보 오픈플랫폼인 브이월드(V-World)의 글로벌화를 위하여 관련 현황 조사 및 동향 분석을 통해 해외 진출시의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색함으로써, 향후 해외진출 지원체계를 구축하기 위한 방향을 도출하는 연구이다. 세계 공간정보시장은 2015년에 1,250억달러(150조원) 규모에 이를 것으로 추산되는 대표적인 블루오션으로 다양한 산업과 융복합 연계되어 새로운 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 분야이므로 공간정보 기반의 오픈플랫폼의 역할이 중요하다. 이러한 기류에서 한국형 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 ‘브이월드’의 세계 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 해외진출을 적극 추진할 필요가 있으며 지원체계 구축방향 도출을 통해 해외진출 기반을 조성하고자 한다.

산업연관분석을 이용한 U-City 산업의 특성 고찰

본 연구에서는 U-City 전문가들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 U-City산업을 선정하고 이를 바탕으로 산업연관분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과로 U-City산업의 생산유발계수, 부가가치유발계수, 고용 및 취업유발계수, 영향력계수, 감응력 계수를 도출하였다. 이러한 계수들을 통해 U-City 산업의 전반적 특성과 파급효과를 확인하였다. U-City 산업은 전 산업 평균에 비해 부가가치유발효과, 고용유발효과가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 전방연쇄효과가 큰 산업이라는 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 U-City산업에 대한 합리적 정의와 다양한 파급효과를 도출하여 정책 판단의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다. This study sets the boundary of U-City industry based on expert surveys. Based on this U-City industry boundary, an appropriate inter-industry analysis is performed. The result shows production inducement coefficients, value added inducement coefficients, employment & enter employment inducement coefficients, influence coefficients and induction coefficients. Based on these coefficients, overall characteristics and spillover effects of U-City industry are examined. The result of this study shows that U-City industry has bigger value added-induced effects and employee-induced effects than other industry. The result also shows that U-City industry also has a great forward linkage effect. This study has a meaning that could be used to make political decisions as a basic data.
