CATMP : CAMP를 개선한 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜

본 논문에서는 애드 혹 망을 위한 메쉬 기반 멀티캐스트 라우팅 프로토콜 중 하나인 CAMP(Core-Assisted Mesh Protocol)를 보완한 CATMP(Core-Assisted Thick Mesh Protocol)룰 제안한다. CAMP는 트리 구조를 사용하지 않으면서 데이터나 제어 패킷의 플러딩없이 라우팅 구조를 생성하는 유일한 프로토콜이다. 따라서 제어 패킷의 발생이 제한적이고 네트워크의 크기가 확장되어도 잘 적응할 수 있다. 그러나 CAMP는 메쉬의 중심부보다 가장자리가 연결성이 떨어지기 때문에 그룹 멤버의 수가 적은 경우나 멀리 떨어진 위치에 존재하는 그룹 멤버가 있는 경우 데이터 전달율이 저하된다. CATMP에서는 이를 보완하기 위해 메쉬의 연결 정도가 낮은 지역에서도 이웃의 참여를 유도하여 연결 정도를 높여줌으로써 결과적으로 전체 메쉬가 좀 더 균일하게 형성되도록 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 CAMP와 CATMP의 성능을 비교한 결과 CAMP의 성능이 저하되는 상황에서 CATMP가 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다.
시지각 바이오피드백 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 자세조절에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was to investigate the visual bio-feedback training for 5 weeks on balance and postural control for patients with stroke. Methods: The 26 subjects were randomly selected from the patients of the E hospital in the S city who met the study conditions. They were divided into a visual bio-feedback training group of 13 patients and a self-resistance exercise group of 13 patients. The visual bio-feedback training group received visual bio-feedback and general physiotherapy for five weeks and the self-resistance exercise group received cycling and general physiotherapy for the same period. The subjects were measured and compared for stability index, weight distribution index, fall down index, functional reach test and timed up and go test before and after the program. Results :The visual bio-feedback training group showed significant changes after the experiment in stability index, weight distribution index, functional reach test and timed up and go test(p<0.05), and the self-resistance exercise group also showed significant differences(p<0.05). The changes between prior to and after the experiment show that the visual bio-feedback training group had more significant effects than the self-resistance exercise group(p<0.05). Conclusions: The visual bio-feedback training for five weeks had effects in the improvement of the balance and posture control of stroke patients. Based on these results, more effective training programs should be developed and propagated.
Change in Lactobacillus brevis GS1022 and Pediococcus inopinatus GS316 in Gajami Sikhae Fermentation

유산균은 장 건강, 심장질환, 우울증, 비만 등을 예방하고 치료할 수 있다고 널리 알려져 있고, 특히 한국은 다양한 발효식품에서 유산균을 섭취할 수 있다. 하지만 국내 발효식품에서 분리된 유산균에 대한 연구는 대부분 김치에 한정되어 있기 때문에 대표적인 어류 전통 발효식품인 식해류의 유산균에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국의 전통발효식품인 가자미 식해의 발효에 관여하는 유산균의 배양일에 따른 균총의 변화를 관찰하고, 가자미 식해로부터 프로바이오틱스로 이용 가치가 있는 균을 분리하기 위해 시행되었다. 포항의 가정집에서 제조된 가자미 식해에서 유산균을 제조일로부터 50일까지 5일 간격으로 분리하고 동정하였고, 동정 결과 P. pentosaceus, P. inopinatus, Lc. mesenteroides, L. brevis, L. plantarum 5개 균주가 발효에 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 발효가 진행됨에 따라 초기 발효에는 Pediococcus sp.가, 중기 이후부터는 Lactobacillus sp.가 우세하게 발효에 관여하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 분리한 유산균 중 우수한 프로바이오틱 활성을 가지는 균주를 알아보기 위하여 산내성, 담즙산 내성 시험을 통해 균주를 선별한 뒤 응집능, 표면 소수성, 항균 활성, 항산화 활성 등을 평가하였다. 그 결과 본 연구의 가자미 식해 분리 균주 중 최종적으로 선택된 소화액 내성이 뛰어난 L. brevis GS1022와 응집능이 뛰어난 P. inopinatus GS316은 프로바이오틱 균주로 이용할 가치가 충분하다고 사료된다. Lactic acid bacteria are widely known to prevent and treat intestinal health conditions, heart disease, depression, and obesity. In Korea, such bacteria are commonly consumed through various fermented foods, although most are isolated from kimchi, and research on the lactic acid bacteria in fermented seafood is insufficient. This study was therefore conducted to observe changes in bacterial flora according to the culture date of lactic acid bacteria in the fermentation of traditional Korean Gajami Sikhae produced in Pohang and to isolate the bacteria of probiotic value. The bacteria were periodically isolated and identified from date of preparation to 50 days after preparation to investigate which Lactobacillus are involved in Gajami Sikhae. As fermentation progressed, it was confirmed that Pediococcus sp. and Lactobacillus sp. participate predominantly in the early and later periods of fermentation, respectively. During the entire fermentation period, 170 isolates were screened, and the following five species were found to be involved: Pediococcus pentosaceus, Pediococcus inopinatus, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus brevis, and Lactobacillus plantarum. Five strains of these species were selected through acid and bile tolerance tests, and their coaggregation, autoaggregation, hydrophobicity, antibacterial, and antioxidant activities were then evaluated. As a result, it is thought that L. brevis GS1022, which has excellent digestive fluid resistance, and P. inopinatus GS316, which has excellent cohesiveness, may be useful as probiotic strains.

The purpose of this research is groping the way to succeed the Samhyun Yucgac, which is one of the disappearing korean traditional musics. Samhyun Yucgac - which is composed of tree flute such as korean flute, korean clarinet, korean fiddle and two drum such as korean drum, double headed drum - was played for festival, parade and sacred rite, and developed with a regional trait. To my luck, Samhyun Yucgac of Tong Yong(the city located southern part of Korea) has been designated as an intangible cultural property and music for the dancing for victory. So, in this research I tried to find out the way this music has been changed on the basis of Samhyun Yucga of Tong Yong. After the analysis on the music I found tree historical categories of this music. 1) First period Music, which was played by Kyung Kyu, Park in 1960-1970, was made up of Buddhistic invocation, traditional ballad, shaman song and had rhythm such as slow dodri, trayung, gutgeori. Melody had consistent streaming of re scale and structural composition compared with other periods. So, of the present music this type is likely to be close to reality of Samhyun Yucgac of Tong Yong. 2) Second period Music, which was played by Bok Ryul, Park son of Kyung Kyu, Park in 1970-1987. Composition and rhythm was the same as first period but, didn`t have a consistent streaming and that melody of traditional ballad was borrowed from that of shaman song. 3) Third period Music, which has been played by Gin Kyu, kim successor of Bok Ryul, Park from 1987. Due to the death of predecessors, absence for systematic development for the music, we could find out that this music is in the risk of disappearing. So, on this report I analyzed first period music and made a foundation for restoring the original reality of Samhyun Yucgac of Tong Yong. First of all, systematical support for the musicians is essential to revive and develop the disappearing traditional music.
