Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii are known to produce alcohol in gochujang. To reduce alcohol production, garlic and chives were applied to gochujang solution to find their inhibitory effect on S. cerevisiae and Z. rouxii. The 70% ethanol extract of garlic and chives showed significant inhibition activity against S. cerevisiae and Z. rouxii, showing growth inhibition zone of 14.00±0.00~25.33±0.58 mm by disc diffusion method. In addition, the addition of 70% ethanol extract of garlic and chives in 10% gochujang solution spiked with S. cerevisiae and Z. rouxii reduced the numbers of total aerobic bacteria (below 7 Log CFU/g) and yeast (below 4 Log CFU/g), alcohol content (below 0.30%), respectively. In conclusion, the addition of garlic ethanol (70%) extract or chives ethanol (70%) extract to gochujang inhibited the growth of S. cerevisiae and Z. rouxii, resulting in reduced alcohol content in gochujang. For further study, it is necessary to conduct food application experiments by using real gochujang paste.
온·오프라인 수업을 병행한 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 학업적 자기효능감이 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow of nursing college students to took both online and offline lectures, and to identify the factors that influence learning flow. Data were collected by using questionnaires from 152 students who were in 2nd year of the nursing college in G city, from September 7 to September 29, 2020. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, Learning flow according to general characteristics showed significant differences in perceived health status, interpersonal relationship, major satisfaction, and grades. Statistically, learning flow showed a significantly positive correlation with self-leadership and academic self-efficacy. Influencing factors on learning flow were academic self-efficacy(β=.44, p<.001), self-leadership(β=.35, p<.001), and major satisfaction(β=-.14, p=.031) accounting for 57% of the total change. Based on this study, strategies to enhance academic self-efficacy and self-leadership are required to improve the learning flow of nursing students. 본 연구의 목적은 온·오프라인 수업을 병행한 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입의 정도를 파악하고 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 2020년 9월 7일부터 9월 29일까지 G시 소재 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 2학년 152명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 25.0 program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 학업몰입은 지각된 건강상태, 대인관계, 전공만족도, 학점에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 학습몰입은 셀프리더십, 학업적 자기효능감과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 학습몰입에 대한 영향요인은 학업적 자기효능감(β=.44, p<.001), 셀프리더십(β=.35, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=-.14, p=.031)로 총 변화량의 57%를 설명하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 학습몰입을 향상시키기 위해 학업적 자기효능감과 셀프리더십을 높이기 위한 전략이 필요하다.
혈액투석 환자의 연령에 따른 자가관리, 생리적 지표에 관한 연구

Purpose: The study was conducted to investigate correlations between self-management and physiological measurements of patients on hemodialysis according to their age. Methods: The subjects were 120 patients on hemodialysis at three hospitals in S and G cities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and medical records. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis with the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: The levels of compliance with self-management were highest in the middle-aged group. There was no significant difference in physiological measurements between the different age groups. Conclusion: The results suggest that nurses should consider characteristics of different age groups to improve the levels of self-management and physiological measurements.

This paper proposes the power management technology for stand-alone PV system to extend installation environment and coverage. The proposed power management technology in this paper can protect battery safeness from overcharge/discharge with keeping the proper SOC(State of Charge) and extend using time of system through estimation of operating power. The proposed power management technology in this paper is applied to Infra-free Variable Message Sign. And performance of power management technology in this paper was verified using simulation scenario.

This paper presents a hall device structure for improve hall sensor sensitivity using in a CMOS process. Hall device sensitivity is proportional to hall current (inverse proportional to magnetic filed and bias current). The hall current presented by (RS + 3RD)/RS × RD from equivalent circuit. The proposed cross shaped hall device has a low RS, and high sensitivity. The proposed hall device is simulated in a 3-dimensional model simulator in COMSOL Multiphysics, with 0.35 μm CMOS process parameters. The hall device prototype fabricated in 0.35 μm CMOS process. The measurement result is as following: the maximum sensitivity is approximately 12.6 %/T @ 20mT and 12 μA bias current.
