OTC 결핍증은 요소 회로 대사 질환 중 가장 흔한 질환으로, X연관 유전을 하며, 고암모니아 혈증, 의식저하, 구토, 경련 등을 주증상으로 하여 나타난다. 본 증례에서는 경련 및 의식 저하로 발견된 고암모니아 혈증 및 저칼슘혈증에 대한 치료로 칼슘 보충 및 저단백섭취, sodium benzoate, phenylbutyrate sodium, L-arginine 복용 및 CRRT를 시행하여 증상을 경감시키고, 생화학적 검사 및 Targeted exome sequencing을 통하여 OTC 결핍증을 확진함으로서 신경학적 예후에 대비하도록 하였다. 이로서 현재까지 비교적 양호한 경과를 보이기에 이 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Orinithine transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency is the most common inborn error of the urea cycle with resulting hyperammonemia, which is medical emergency in newborns.We recently had a case of a boy that presented with lethargy, seizure, hyperammonemia and hypocalcemia in neonatal period. He was diagnosed with OTC deficiency by two consequent ways which are initial biochemical phenotype including hyperammonemia and an increased orotic acid in his urine and genetic analysis of the OTC gene. The OTC gene showed a novel hemizygous mutation c.913C>T (p.Pro305Ser). He was treated by low protein intake, sodium benzoate, phenylbutyrate sodium, L-arginine, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). After discharge, he has a relatively good prognosis without notable developmental delay. For good prognosis, the duration of hyperammonemia should be shorten. And it can be reached by an early diagnosis. For early detection of OTC deficiency, targeted exome sequencing will be a important role as well as biochemical tests.

미용종사자의 긍정적 행동과 직무성과 및 장기근속의 관계

The beauty service industry is one of the service industries people of various ages are looking for for their own beauty and convenience. As a result, the beauty service industry is now saturated, it is feared that the standardization of beauty technology and excessive competition in the beauty industry will lead to the rapid collapse of the beauty industry, and therefore the beauty service sector should study what is important for the improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction and worker satisfaction. Thus, this study aims to analyze the positive behavior of hairdressers to provide more specific and clear actions with satisfactory job performance and effective direction for enhancing long-term service rates for both employees and managers. The study targeted graduate students at Sogang University and current employees in the beauty service industry in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. A total of 340 copies were distributed, and 320 copies were collected and valid questionnaires were used as final analysis data using statistics as 302 parts. It was analyzed that the positive behavior of hairdressers, the effect relationship between job performance and long-term service, the influence relationship between job performance and long-term service, and the influence of job performance and organisational behavior, the sub-factor of positive behavior, showed significant influence on job performance and long-term service, and significant influence on long-term roots of job performance, sub-functionality and individuality. Therefore, it is necessary for the efforts and sincerity of the contestant to achieve the performance of the employees, and plans to raise the rate of service by increasing the satisfaction rate of the employees, and hopes to be used as more specific and effective management data.

2P-66 Synthesis of eco-friendly acrylic copolymer additive for high hardness / high transparency polymer composite

The eco-friendly oligomeric acrylic copolymer can be used as the processing aid in various plastic fabrication industries such as automobile parts manufacturing by enhancing the flowability of the polymer melt resulting in the improved productivity. It is especially useful in the application to the plastic fields requiring both high hardness and high transparency. In this study, a low-temperature reaction synthetic method with high reaction stability and high utilization value was used to solve the cost problem of conventional high -temperature and high-pressure synthetic method, which is a conventional low molecular weight polymer synthesis method. In this study, butyl acrylate and 1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone were used as the monomers. 2-Mercaptoethanol and trimethoxymethylsilane were used as the chain transfer agents. The synthesized oligomeric acrylic copolymer additives were characterized using FT-IR to evaluate the chemical structure and using GPC to evaluate molecular weights.

Effect of growth hormone treatment on children with idiopathic short stature and idiopathic growth hormone deficiency

Purpose: There are inconsistencies in the results reported in a small number of previous studies into growth hormone (GH) treatment in Korean children with idiopathic short stature (ISS) and idiopathic growth hormone deficiency (IGHD). Thus, the authors retrospectively compared the effects of GH in ISS and IGHD. Methods: From the medical records of 26 ISS and 30 IGHD children, auxological and biochemical changes including chronologic age (CA), bone age (BA), height standard deviation score (HT-SDS), predicted adult height (PAH), midparental height (MPH), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) were compared. Results: Before treatment, IGHD group had younger BA, lower BA/CA ratio, and lower IGF-1 level than those in the ISS group. During GH treatment, the levels of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were not different. Although annual BA increment was higher in IGHD group, and annual PAH-SDS increment was higher in ISS group, annual HT-SDS increments were not different. Both HT-SDS and PAH-SDS in the ISS group increased significantly until the end of the second year, and then those were not significantly different from MPH-SDS. In the IGHD group, the HT-SDS showed a significant increase till the end of the second year, and the PAH-SDS was not significantly changed at each year, but both HT-SDS and PAH-SDS were not significantly different from MPH-SDS at the end of the third year. Conclusion: During GH treatment, both HT-SDS and PAH-SDS approached the genetic target range of MPH-SDS after 2 years in ISS children and 3 years in IGHD children.

미용실 콘셉트 제품에 대한 소비자의 브랜드 인식이 브랜드 신뢰 및 제품구매의도에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to know the effects of marketing mix 7Ps on switching mutual personal relation, attraction of alternatives and converting cost of barriers intentions. Based on the result, the purpose of this study is to suggest the ways to prevent customer separation and increase sales consistently. secure new customers. As for the subject of this study, 731 customers of hair salons in Seoul and Kyonggi Province were selected to respond to and analyzed the self-administered questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Analytical analysis was carried out on the data in the form of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis as a result, the effect of marketing mix on mutual personal relation has partly significant result in recognizability, quality, price and promotion. Secondly, influence of marketing mix on attraction of alternatives has partly significant result in all of 6Ps, except people. Thirdly, the effect of marketing mix on converting cost has partly significant result in promotion and people. In conclusion, on the basis of this research, it can be seen that the beauty manager should notice continuous use and strengthen marketing which leads to the number of frequenter and sales.

헤어살롱의 서비스품질, 지각가치가 구매행동에 미치는 영향

This study attempted to investigate the effect of service quality and perceived value of hair salons on purchase behavior. As the quality of life of customers increases due to the rapidly increasing economic growth of the beauty service industry, individual economic porridge also increased. Caring and investing for oneself has become a very important means in Korean society. The subjects of this study were conducted on hair salon consumers, and the self-entry questionnaire method was used as a data collection method. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and 375 copies were collected, of which 354 questionnaires were used for analysis as final analysis data. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data, and the data analysis method is as follows. Frequency analysis was used to find out the general characteristics of the survey subjects, factor analysis (main component analysis, verimex use), Factor analysis was conducted to find out the validity and reliability of each variable, and regression analysis was conducted to find out the effect of service quality and perceived value on purchase behavior Correlation analysis, Reliability analysis used multiple regression analysis to find the effect.Perceived values of service quality and purchasing behavior. Therefore, in this study, we have found thatI hope by providing various and systematic services.
