In this study, the potential recycle of industrial wastes containing aluminum hydroxide generated during the sanding and sawing process in a local chemical company in Korea was evaluated. Aluminum oxide and gibbsite was prepared from the calcination of raw industrial waste containing aluminum hydroxide at different temperature. Four different filter media as a bead form were prepared at different ratio of alumina and gibbsite. Physicochemical properties of the prepared filter media were evaluated by FE-SEM analysis, compressive strength measurement and BET surface area analysis. As the ratio of gibbsite increased, compressive strength of filter media increased while the specific surface area was decreased. As(V) adsorption onto the filter media was followed a typical anionic type adsorption behavior.
한 고등학교 국어 교사의 성장 체험 -자기 이야기(self-narrative)-

일선의 현장 교사가 낯선 장소에서 파견 생활을 하는 경우, 대부분의 현장 교사들은 새로운 성장 과정을 경험한다. 그러나 이들이 처하게 되는 딜레마 상황과 그것을 극복하는 과정, 그리고 그 속에서 향상되는 전문성에 관한 연구는 찾을 수가 없다. 이에 본고에서는 한 국어 교사가 국가 연구 기관에서 경험하는 파견 생활을 중심으로, 그의 다양한 성장 경험을 기술하고자 한다. 특히 본고는 연구자 자신에 대한이야기(self-narrative)로, 연구자 자신이 연구 참여자가 되어 스스로 객관화된 존재로 설정하고, 연구 참여자의 성장 과정을 기술하였다. 즉, 연구자 자신이 겪었던 딜레마와 그것을 극복하는 과정을 시간의 흐름에 따라 객관적으로 서술하였다. 이를 통해 연구자는 연구 참여자에게 교사로서 지니고 있어야 할 교과 전문성이 다소 결여되어 있어 다양한 상황의 딜레마에 처하게 된 점을 알았다. 또한 연구 참여자는 이를 극복하는 과정에서 대학원 진학을 결심하고, 대학원에서 배운 학습 이론과 자신의 교직 경험을 상호 연결시켜 자신이 처한 딜레마 상황을 극복하였다는 점을 알았다. 결국 이 과정을 통해 연구 참여자는 학생과 동료들을 먼저 생각하는 개방적인 태도를 지니게 되었으며, 국어 교사로서 교과 교육관, 교육과정, 교과지식,평가 등에 대한 이해의 폭이 신장되었다. Most teachers experience a new process of development, in case of being dispatched to an unfamiliar place. However, there is little research done about the dilemma of the situation, the process of overcoming it, and specificity improved in such a process. This study was focused on the life and experience of a teacher dispatched to a national research institute. Specifically, this study is a narrative about myself, the researcher of this thesis, who was set as the subject of the study. That is, the researcher`s dilemma and the process of a researcher overcoming the situation is described objectively in chronological order. The result showed that the researcher lacked a little specificity as a Korean teacher and was put in a dilemma. The researcher made a decision to attend a graduate school, overcoming such a dilemma through connecting theories learned in the graduate school and professional experience as a teacher. Finally, the researcher became open-minded to students and fellow teachers and gained a more profound understanding in curriculum, the view on education of Korean, the knowledge of Korean and evaluation as a teacher of the Korean language.

In the latter Joseon society, there was exploitation by bureaucracy landowners as ruling class inside, and there was invasion by Western powers and Japan outside. In this age, Hwaseo School advocated ‘Choksaron(斥邪論)’ that is distinguish Chinese-Orient from Western barbarian with the thoughts of patriotism-exclusion of foreigners(保國攘夷) and Wijong Choksa(衛正斥邪;defend orthodoxy and reject heterodoxy). So Hwaseo School became the first School of Wijong Choksa, and they performed the movement of memorial to the Throne and the patriotic soldier against Japan. In that time, the members of Hwaseo School experienced the damage of trade policy for privilege of foreigners and the flood of foreign goods. They foresaw that negotiation with Japan and the West ruined Joseon economically and culturally. Therefore, they adhered to consciousness that keeping to Confucian culture was the way protecting country. Recently, Japanese ministers kept making absurd remarks about mordern history. Japan who is selected by U.S. for restraining China and maintaining hegemony in East Asia is promoting a global military power. In this situation, Korea who experienced losing sovereignty by invading of foreign power have to pay attention to spiritual foundation of Hwaseo School that led most powerful resistance in the critical situation of the Western infiltration into the East in the latter Joseon particularly the era of opening of ports. So this study considered Kim Pyeong-muk who was the one of Hwaseo School in Pocheon, Choi Ik-hyeon who sent up the memorial to the Throne 'the memorial of bear a axe and lie down in front of palace(持斧伏闕疏)' and Yoo Ki-il who led the memorial to the Throne in 1876 with their annals, books and local records of history.
최고경영자의 글로벌 경험에 따른 본 글로벌(Born Global) 기업의 기술적 특성과 국제화 성과에 관한 연구

Increased attention has worldwide been given to Born-globals pursuing the rapid intemationalization from their inception. In spite of the limited resources, born-globals have entered in the global markets successfully and then improve their international performances. Using a survey of 317 born-globals, this study designated technology characteristics as determinants of international performances as well as investigates empirically the relationships between technology characteristics in born-globals and international performances. According to the results of the study, firstly, except for utilizing IT, all sub-variables of technology characteristics have significant effects on international performances. Finally, it was found that CEOs' international experience perfectly mediated the relationship between technology characteristics (e.g. utilizing IT, technological capability, technological imitation, technological innovativeness, and technological standards) and international performances. Above results indicate that if bom-globlas would not have unique and differentiated technology characteristics and CEOs' support based on their international experiences, they could not improve international performances.
