        In recent years, manufacturing industry takes a lot of significant change - such as Industry4.0, SMART factory, and IoT(Internet of things). To satisfy their requirements, many cutting-edge machineries are provided to enhance manufacturing industry's productivity. Also, IT technologies are applied to many machinery part and improve their functions. In Korea, Chung-buk plays an important role in machinery part industry. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current machinery part industry focused on Chunk-buk Area.

        3차원 자체접촉을 위한 유한요소해석에 의한 등속조인트 고무부트의 변형해석

        A finite element code is developed for 3-D self-contact problems, using continuum elements with a SRI(Selective Reduced Integration) scheme to prevent locking phenomenon by the incompressibility of rubber. Contact treatment is carried out in two ways : using the displacement constraints in case of rigid contact ; and imposing the same contact forces on two contact boundaries in case of self-contact. The finite element code developed is applied to the deformation analysis of C.V.joint boots which maintain lubrication conditions and protect the C.V.joint assembly from impact and dust. The boot accompanies large rotation depending on the rotation of the wheel axis and leading to the self-contact phenomena of the boot bellows. Since this contact phenomenon causes wear of the product and has great influence on the endurance life of the product, it is indispensable to carry out stress analysis of the rubber boots. In case of self-contact, various methods for determining contact forces have been suggested with an appropriate contact formulation. Especially, the types of penetration in self-contact are modularized to accelerate conputation with a contact algorithm.

        Process and manufacturing data are numerously accumulated to the enterprise database in industries but little of those data are utilized. Data mining can support a decision to manager in process from the data. However, it is not easy to field managers because a proper adoption of various schemes is very difficult. In this paper, six scenarios are conducted using data mining schemes for the various situations of field claims such as yield problem, trend analysis and prediction of yield according to changes of operating conditions, etc. Scenarios, like templates, of various analysis situations are helpful to users.

      • 확률적 퍼지 룰 기반 학습에 의한 개인화된 미디어 제어방법

        사용자 의도 파악(intention reading) 기술은 스마트 홈과 같은 복잡한 유비쿼터스 (ubiquitous) 환경에서 사용자에게 보다 편리하고 개인화된(personalized) 서비스 제공이 가능하도록 해준다. 또한 학습기능(learning capability)은 지식 발견(knowledge discovery)의 관점에서 의도 파악 기술의 핵심 요소기술의 하나로 자리 매김 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 환경에서 제공 가능한 개인화된 서비스(personalized service) 중의 하나로, 개인화된 미디어 제어 방법에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 특히, 이러한 사람의 행동 패턴과 같은 데이터는 패턴 분류의 관점에서 구분해야 할 클래스(class)에 비해 입력 정보가 불충분할 경우가 많으므로 비일관적인(inconsistent) 데이터가 많으므로, 퍼지 논리(fuzzy logic)와 확률(probability)의 개념을 효과적으로 병행해야 의미 있는 지식을 추출해 낼 수 있다. 이를 위하여 반복 퍼지 지도 클러스터링(IFCS; Iterative Fuzzy Clustering with Supervision) 알고리즘에 기반하여 주어진 데이터 패턴으로부터 확률적 퍼지 룰(probabilistic fuzzy rule)을 얻어 내는 방법에 대해 설명한다. 또한 이를 포함하는 학습 제어 시스템을 통해 개인화된 미디어 서비스를 추천해 줄 수 있는 방법에 대해서 설명하도록 한다.

        MIMO WPT 시스템의 최대 효율을 위한 최적화 방법

        In this paper, we proposed a method to control input powers and receiver loads for maximum efficiency in multiple-input multipleoutput( MIMO) wireless power transfer(WPT) systems. The input voltage ratio between transmitters and receiver loads for maximum transfer efficiency is derived in terms of figure of merits. The theoretically derived input voltages for the transmitters and optimum loads for the receivers were found to be similar to those obtained by a genetic algorithm. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the theory using a few design examples. Using the results obtained from this study, effective and simplified designs of MIMO WPT systems will be possible.

      • 2층 질하막 MNOS구조의 비휘발성 기억특성에 관한 연구

        The double nitride layer Metal Nitride Oxide Semiconductor(MNOS) structures were fabricated by variating both gas ratio and nitride thickness, and by duplicating nitride deposited and one nitride layer MNOS structure to improve nonvolatile memory characteristics of MNOS structures by Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition(LPCVD) method. The nonvolatile memory characteristics of write-in, erase, memory retention and degradation of Bias Temperature Stress(BTS) were investigated by the homemade automatic .DELTA. $V_{FB}$ measuring system. In the trap density double nitride layer structures were higher by 0.85*10$^{16}$ $m^{-2}$ than one nitride layer structure, and the AVFB with oxide field was linearly increased. However, one nitride layer structure was linearly increased and saturated above 9.07*10$^{8}$ V/m in oxide field. In the erase behavior, the hole injection from silicon instead of the trapped electron emission was observed, and also it was highly dependent upon the pulse amplitude and the pulse width. In the memory retentivity, double nitrite layer structures were superior to one nitride layer structure, and the decay rate of the trapped electron with increasing temperature was low. At increasing the number on BTS, the variance of AVFB of the double nitride layer structures was smaller than that of one nitride layer structure, and the trapped electron retention rate was high. In this paper, the double nitride layer structures were turned out to be useful in improving the nonvolatile memory characteristics.

        Power-Gating Structure with Virtual Power-Rail Monitoring Mechanism

        We present a power gating turn-on mechanism that digitally suppresses ground-bounce noise in ultra-deep submicron technology. Initially, a portion of the sleep transistors are switched on in a pseudo-random manner and then they are all turned on fully when VVDD is above a certain reference voltage. Experimental results from a realistic test circuit designed in 65nm bulk CMOS technology show the potential of our approach.

        가상통화 생성방식에 따른 유형별 법적 규제방안 연구-발행주체의 존재여부를 중심으로-

        In recent years, virtual currencies, which combine IT technology, such as mining and blockchain, rather than the existing centralized issuance method, are attracting great attention in terms of functionality and stability as means of payment settlement. However, as recognition of virtual currencies has expanded from payment instruments to investment targets, there is an urgent need to establish a clear definition of these concepts and regulations for user protection. Especially, due to the possibility of abuse by means of money laundering, terrorist financing, tax portal, etc., it is urgent to prepare measures to protect the consumers from the necessity of public regulation and high price volatility. Major countries around the world are also paying attention to the need for various regulations or regulations based on the definition of virtual currencies. In the case of the United States and Japan, the regulations are defined through definition of virtual currencies and virtual currency exchanges, and various obligations are imposed on virtual currency traders to ensure soundness such as minimum capital regulation, explanation obligation, disclosure requirement, And provided legal measures to protect users against the risks associated with virtual currency transactions by constantly managing and monitoring the virtual money market through provision of active supervision authority of financial authorities. In the meantime, in Korea, virtual currencies are still in the blind spot of regulation. In this situation, the government is establishing a joint task force for the related ministries centered on the financial committee to secure legal stability through regulation of virtual currencies, Various legislative efforts have been made to protect users through the legal regulation of virtual currencies, such as the legislative initiative of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act. In this study, virtual currency is classified into issuing method and mining method in order to establish legal concept of virtual currency. Based on this distinction, we tried to contribute to the legal definition of virtual currency by examining applicable law of each type. In this way, we tried to find the stability of the virtual currency market and protect the virtual currency users through a new approach to the legal regulation of virtual currency. The development of new financial technologies, such as blockchains and virtual currency, increases the convenience of users, while the absence of regulations can cause users to suffer unintended consequences. Therefore, it is urgent to prepare regulations to regulate the overall virtual currency.
