This study was carried out to investigate the effects of presteaming on the drying rate and drying defects of 3 cm - thick Quercus acutissima. Specimens for presteaming were steamed green at 100℃ for A hours and then kiln-dried to 10 percent moisture content with controls, using the kiln-drying schedule (T₄ - C₂) recommended by Rasmussen. The results obtained were as follows: I. Presteaming reduced drying time approximately 18 percent from 70 to 10 percent moisture content. 2. The effect of presteaming on surface checking was not significant. 3. Presteamed specimens showed the reduction in end checking compared with controls. 4. Percents of boards with collapse, cupping, and honeycomb of presteamed specimens were slightly lower than those of controls. 5. Dry lumber grade of presteamed specimens was better than that of controls. Percent of first grade boards of presteamed specimens was 20 percent higher than that of controls and percents of second and third grade boards of presteamed specimens were 15 and 5 percent lower than those of controls, respectively.

북한이 생각하는 인종: 유형적 실체로서 인종

Human racial studies in North Korea have been introduced as early as the 1940s. These works have been consolidated to a coherent discipline in the interests of human studies in general. The initial term of human races in North Korea has focused attention on a rather biological aspect. The human races are classified in a morpho-typological sense; these are regarded as biologically diverse units, not arbitrary units. Currently, the term has not only been determined as biological forms, but also been regarded as socio-cultural units. The Northern scholars have deeply considered the racial process had occurred during a specific period of time determined by physical and social cultural traits. They argued the period had occurred after the introduction of modern humans(i.e. Homo sapiens). It is also socially defined as the period of a matriarchal and patriarchal society. At the same time, it can be correlated to the post-Paleolithic cultural period. Such a uniquely generated scheme is partly related to the classic physical anthropological theory and method under colonial influence and the unilinear model of social changes under Soviet influence. 인종, 그리고 인종과 관련된 개념어 그리고 이를 뒷받침하는 학문은 북한만의 독특한 방식으로내재화되어 현재에 이르고 있다. 북한에서 인종은 유형학적으로 분류되어 사용되고 있다. 다시말해서 실제 존재하는 인간 분류 단위로서 사용된다. 인종은 북한의 체질인류학 기준으로 인류, 민족 등과 함께 사람을 분류하는 주요한 단위이다. 해당 기준에 따르면, 인종은 시간적으로도 유형화된 양태를 가진다. 이러한 사고에는 제국주의 시기 일본의 체질인류학 영향이 부정적이든긍정적이든 내포되어 있다. 아울러 인종은 계기적으로 일반화된 일련의 변화과정의 단위로 규정된다. 해당 사고의 내면에는 식민지 직후 전개된 규범화된 소비에트식 사회진화체계의 영향을무시하기 어렵다. 즉, 인종은 생물학적 계측 대상이 되는 동시에 사회 변화의 측정 대상으로도이해가 된다. 해방과 전후 수십년이 지나는 동안, 북한은 자신들만의 사람을 이해하는 세계관을조성하면서 인종이란 개념에 일정한 가치를 부여하고 있다.

한국 선사암각화의 인물상

Ancient Korea rock Arts have been introduced to academy. These carvings have been discovered in over the 20 places around Korea. Most of them, except the artificial cup marks, are distributed along the shore and the area drained by a rivers of the Yeungnam area. They show the residents of the ancient Yeungnam area had different cultural characteristics than residents of the middle north area in Korea. These carvings are mostly a figure of man or his face, a part of a body like footprints, a primitive geometric pattern, sea animal like whales and land animals like deer. Specially figure statues have been found around Ulsan, Pohang, Gyeongju, Goryeong, Andong, Yeosu. These are very unique examples not only in Korea but also all over the world. There are a similarities between the figure statues and the other carvings around them. Also the carvings show ancient Korean's life and way of living. They han an abundance of animals for hunting which was the main job of that era.

19세기 선비들의 글쓰기 방식 고찰① -<양제해 역모 사건>의 관변 기록

이 글은 조선말 선비들의 글쓰기 양상에 대한 고찰이다. 그 첫 번 째로 <양제해 모변 사건>의 관변 기록을 다룬다. 양제해 사건은 아전들의 횡포에서 일어났다. 조선은 그들에게 녹봉(祿俸)을 주지 않았다. 아사 직전의 그들이 계를 만들어 주린 배를 채웠다. 후환을 없애려고 관백(官伯)까지 끌여들여 착취와 횡포를 합법화 했다. 결국 양제해 사건은 아전들의 간악함과 그들과 결탁한 목민관의 부패가 낳은 비극이다. 원인은 항산항심(恒産恒心)을 무시한 조정에 있었지만 용기 있는 백성들에게 돌렸다. <양제해 모변 사건>의 기록에는 체제를 유지하고 강화하려는 무의식만 팽배해 있다. 여기에 장애가 되는 사람은 누구든든 불순분자로 간주하고 그들의 목숨을 앗았다. 집 안 단속만 하면 된다 여겼다. 그래서 19세기 조선 관료들의 글쓰기에는 격변하는 세계 인식이 없다. 산업혁명과 제국주의라는 파고 앞에서도 그들은 고요했다. 청나라의 쇠락, 거기서 파생된 사회적 불안과 농민반란을 남의 일로만 여겼다. 여전한 사대주의, 경학 중심, 고문 추종의 글쓰기에 묻혀 있었다. 그래서 현실비판에서 나오는 실사구시가 있을 리 없다. 양제해 사건에 관한 기록은 그런 면면을 여실히 보여준다. This essay examines the writing patterns of scholars during the late Joseon Dynasty. It first addresses the official records related to the "Yang Je-hae treason case." The Yang Je-hae Incident arose from the tyranny of the local clerks (ajeon). The Joseon government did not provide them with official salaries, leaving them on the brink of starvation. To stave off hunger, they formed associations to secure food, and to eliminate future risks, they even brought in high-ranking officials to legitimize their exploitation and tyranny. Ultimately, the Yang Je-hae Incident was a tragedy born of the cunning of these clerks and the corruption of the local governors who colluded with them. While the root cause lay in the government's disregard for the principle of "constant livelihood, constant mind" (hangsan hangsim), the blame was shifted onto the courageous common people. The records of the "Yang Je-hae treason case" are filled with an unconscious desire to maintain and strengthen the existing system. Anyone who posed a threat to this was considered a dissenter and was stripped of their life. The authorities believed that all they needed to do was manage internal affairs. Consequently, the writings of 19th-century Joseon officials show no awareness of the rapidly changing world. Even in the face of the Industrial Revolution and the waves of imperialism, they remained indifferent. They viewed the decline of the Qing Dynasty, and the resulting social unrest and peasant revolts, as someone else's problem. Their writings were still steeped in Sinocentrism, focused on Confucian studies, and followed classical texts. As a result, there was no practical approach or realistic perspective emerging from a critique of reality. The records concerning the Yang Je-hae Incident clearly reflect these characteristics.

유도가열 기술을 활용한 에너지 저감형 분기기 히팅시스템의 유효성 검증

Recently, when railways are opened in winter, the number of railway accidents tends to increase. Conventional rail heaters in railway switches consist of bus wires. Although it has the advantage of being simple and convenient, it consumes a lot of power, but the disadvantage is that it takes a long time to melt. In this paper, a commonly used Induction Heating(IH) technology is applied to the heating system of a railway switch to improve this. The electric power of the induction heater was targeted to be reduced compared to the conventional one. At the same time, induction heaters are designed in a similar size to replace rail heaters. The inverter is designed to meet the operating frequency and output required by the induction heater. Based on this, multi-physics analysis and experiments using the prototypes were performed. In addition, it was confirmed that there is an energy-saving effect through frequency control compared to the conventional system.

Development of Supervised Machine Learning based Catalog Entry Classification and Recommendation System

In the case of Domeggook B2B online shopping malls, it has a market share of over 70% with more than 2 million members and 800,000 items are sold per one day. However, since the same or similar items are stored and registered in different catalog entries, it is difficult for the buyer to search for items, and problems are also encountered in managing B2B large shopping malls. Therefore, in this study, we developed a catalog entry auto classification and recommendation system for products by using semi-supervised machine learning method based on previous huge shopping mall purchase information. Specifically, when the seller enters the item registration information in the form of natural language, KoNLPy morphological analysis process is performed, and the Naïve Bayes classification method is applied to implement a system that automatically recommends the most suitable catalog information for the article. As a result, it was possible to improve both the search speed and total sales of shopping mall by building accuracy in catalog entry efficiently.

안드로이드 정상 및 악성 앱 판별을 위한 최적합 머신러닝 기법

The mobile application based on the Android platform is simple to decompile, making it possible to create malicious applications similar to normal ones, and can easily distribute the created malicious apps through the Android third party app store. In this case, the Android malicious application in the smartphone causes several problems such as leakage of personal information in the device, transmission of premium SMS, and leakage of location information and call records. Therefore, it is necessary to select a optimal model that provides the best performance among the machine learning techniques that have published recently, and provide a technique to automatically identify malicious Android apps. Therefore, in this paper, after adopting the feature engineering to Android apps on official test set, a total of four performance evaluation experiments were conducted to select the machine learning model that provides the optimal performance for Android malicious app detection. 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 모바일 애플리케이션은 디컴파일이 간단하여 정상 앱과 유사한 악성 애플리케이션을만들 수 있으며, 제작된 악성 앱은 안드로이드 서드 파티(third party) 앱 스토어를 통해 배포되고 있다. 이 경우 악성애플리케이션은 기기 내 개인정보 유출, 프리미엄 SMS 전송, 위치정보와 통화 기록 유출 등의 문제를 유발한다. 따라서최근 이슈가 되고 있는 머신러닝 기법 중에서 최적의 성능을 제공하는 모델을 선별하여 악성 안드로이드 앱을 자동으로판별할 수 있는 기법을 제공할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공인 실험 데이터셋을 이용하여 안드로이드 앱의 특징정보를 선별한 후에 총 네 가지의 성능 평가 실험을 통해 안드로이드 악성 앱 판별에 최적의 성능을 제공하는 머신러닝모델을 제시하였다.
