A Study on the Management Strategies of Digital Museumsand Art Galleries During the COVID-19 PandemicYixuan Wang & Haksoon Yim Abstract: This study explores the management of digital museums and art galleries during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also probes on how traditional museums and art galleries are shifting into digital mode and electronic services. Specifically, it looks at the various implementation strategies, challenges and recommendations of selected museums and art galleries around the world. Accordingly, this study uses qualitative research methods to analyze relevant literature and reports in order to understand and examine the various strategies and activities of museums and art galleries in this crisis. In so doing, this study findings revealed that the digital museums and art galleries are First beneficial in improving the use of digital and e-services; Second helpful in offsetting economic losses due to the pandemic, Third contributes in improving educational learning about various history and culture, Fourth help in increasing awareness about the COVID-19 pandemic and Fifth provide inclusivity and openness through a digital community. By arguing that shift to digital museums and art galleries are necessary for the sustainability of the arts, this study concludes with some recommendations on how to proceed with managing the digital museums and art galleries. 의료기기 관련기업과 산학협력의 성과에 미치는 영향요인

The purpose of this study is to draw partnership relationship and organizational properties as critical factors affecting performance of university-industry cooperation to determine how these factors affect performance of university-industry cooperation and relate to them and make an empirical analysis of how parameters affect performance of university-industry cooperation. After factor analysis for reliability and validity of measuring tools, the value was found to be similar to 0.7 or above in performance factors of university-industry cooperation, thus satisfying the reliability level; regression analysis was used to see relationship between independent and dependent variables, along with three-step mediated regression analysis to test mediation roles. After regression analysis of partnership relationship factors and performance factors of university-industry cooperation, it was found that there were positive (+) relationships with reliability, communication (network), goals, and role assignment while conflict resolution had no significant effect. Regression analysis of organizational property factors and performance factors of university-industry cooperation revealed that there were positive (+) relationships with all of support by the chief management, the will to develop, and efforts by companies for university-industry cooperation. Three-step mediated regression analysis revealed that both partnership relationships and organizational relations had positive, significant effects on performance of university-industry cooperation. Therefore, each of independent variables and parameters was found to have significant effects on dependent variables. 본 연구는 산학협력의 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정적인 요소로서 파트너십 관계요인, 조직적 특성요인을 도출하여 이러한 요인들이 산학협력 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 삼는다. 측정도구의 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 위하여 요인분석 한 결과 산학협력 수행요인에서 0.7이상으로 나타나 신뢰수준을 만족한다는 사실을 확인하였고, 독립변수와 종속변수간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 회귀분석(Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 파트너십 관계요인과 산학협력 성과요인의 회귀분석 결과는 신뢰도, 의사소통(네트워크), 목표 및 역할분담은 양(+)의 관계를 가졌으나, 갈등의 해결은 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 특성요인과 산학협력 성과요인의 회귀분석 결과는 최고경영층지원, 개발의지, 산학협력을 위한 기업노력 모두 양(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 판명되었다. 따라서 각 독립변수는 종속변수에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

지역산업단지 혁신클러스터의 발전방향

원주 의료기기산업 혁신클러스터의 실태분석 결과 산업발전수준은 유아기 수준에 있는 단계이지만 혁신클러스터 조성이 불과 3-4년 정도의 짧은 시간인 점을 감안할 때 앞으로의 발전 전망은 상당히 클 것으로 기대된다. 정부와 원주시의 재정적 지원 및 혜택과 혁신클러스터로서 지역특화전략산업으로 지정되면서 사업환경이나 수도권과의 지역적 입지조건, 대학과의 산학협력 구축, 인력개발자원 풍부 또한 2004년 6월 정부로부터 의료기기산업의 ‘혁신클러스터 시범단지’로 지정돼 국내 유일의 실리콘밸리로 부상하고 있다. 아울러 인력양성 및 연구개발, 신기술축적, 정부ㆍ지방의 재정적지원 측면에서 내ㆍ외부적 혁신환경은 상당히 우수한 편이라고 할 수 있다. 중소기업의 발전을 획기적으로 이루기 위해서는 기업내부의 부족한 기술개발 기반을 확충하기위한 외부와의 협력, 특히 대학과의 산학협력 구축이 필요한데 원주 의료기기산업은 거의 모든 기업이 중소기업의 부족한 기술 및 인력, 연구시설ㆍ기자재 확보의 문제점을 대학의 우수 지식이나 기술, 인력 연구기자재 등을 활용하여 해결하고자 하는 동기부여로 산학협력을 운영하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 원주 의료기기산업 혁신클러스터의 구체적 발전을 위한 방안 및 앞으로의 과제로는 집적강화, 연구개발 역량강화,네트워크활동 강화, 정부ㆍ지방의 재정적 지원 확대, 지속적ㆍ체계적ㆍ조직적인 산학협력 시스템 운영 등이 무엇보다 강화되어야 할 것이다. As a result of investigating the actual conditions of the Innovative Cluster of Wonju Medical Instruments Industry, the industry development level was still at the infant stage. However, in view of the fact it has been formed only for 3 to 4 years, prospects for development is quite bright. As being appointed as the specialized and strategic industry region which is the innovative cluster with financial supports and benefits from the government and Wonju-si,it was appointed as Model Complexof Innovative Cluster about medical instruments industry in the basis of business environment, location advantage closed to the metropolitan area, building industry-academic cooperation, and rich human resources. Since then, it has emerged as the No. 1 Silicon Valley in the country. In addition, it can be said that internal and external innovation environment of Innovative Cluster of Wonju Medical Instruments Industry is pretty excellent in terms of human power development, R&D, new technology accumulation, financial supports from central and local governments. Cooperation with external partners, especially industry-academic cooperation, is needed to promote epoch-making growth of small and medium enterprises because it can expand a technology development base which is likely to be short in a small company. Almost every company of Wonju Medical Instruments Industry was found to have industry-academic cooperation by motivation for solving its problems such as insufficient technology, human power, research facilities, and equipment by utilizing outstanding knowledge, technology, or human resources in a university. For constant and specialized development, Wonju Medical Instruments Industry should reinforce integration, R&D capacity, networking, financial supports from central and local governments, and the industry-academic cooperation system which is systematic and continuous, before everything else.

생강나무(Lindera obtusiloba Blume) 잎 70% 에탄올 추출물의 단회와 14일 반복투여 독성시험의 안전성 평가

생강나무는 한국, 일본, 중국 등지에서 자생하며 열, 복통, 타박상, 출혈 등에 민간요법으로 사용되어온 식물이다. 이 논문의 목적은 오래전부터 민간요법으로 사용되어온 생강나무 잎의 안전성을 평가하고자 생강나무 잎 70% 에탄올 추출물을 암수 각 군당 5마리씩 5000(단회투여 독성시험), 0, 500, 1000, 2000(14일 반복투여 독성시험) ㎎/㎏의 용량으로 단회경구투여와 14일 반복경구투여를 실시하여 15일간의 사망률, 일반증상, 체중변화, 조직병리, 혈액학적 및 혈액 생화학적 검사를 실시하였다. 시험기간 중 사망동물은 암수 모든 시험군에서 관찰되지 않았으며, 일반증상, 체중변화, 조직병리, 혈액학적 및 혈액생화학적 검사에서 투여와 관련된 변화는 관찰되지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 생강나무의 단회투여 독성은 5000 ㎎/㎏ 용량을 상회하며, 14일 반복투여의 최고용량인 2000 ㎎/㎏ 용량에서도 아무런 독성이 나타나지 않는 것으로 보아 최대무독성량은 이 농도를 상회하는 것으로 판단된다. 이로써 생강나무는 안전한 소재로서 식재료 또는 건강기능식품의 원료로서도 사용이 가능하다고 볼 수 있다. Lindera obtusiloba Blume (LO), which is widely distributed in Korea, Japan and China, has traditionally been used as a popular folk medicine for the treatment of fever, abdominal pain, bruise and extravation. The purpose of this study was to examine the toxicities of the single and 14-day repeated doses in Sprague-Dawley rats orally administrated with LO at doses of 0, 500, 1000, 2000 (14-day repeated toxicity test) and 5000 (single toxicity test) mg (dry weight)/㎏ of body weight/day. The results showed that there was no difference in body weight change, food intake, water consumption, or organ weight among different dose groups. Also we observed no death and abnormal clinical signs during the experimental period. Between the groups orally administered LO and the control group, there was no statistical significance in hematological test or serum biochemical values. There were no evidences of histopathological alteration as well as abnormal gross finding mediated by single and 14 days treatments with LO. These results suggest that no observed adverse effect level (NOAEL) of the oral application of LO was considered to be more than 2000 mg/kg in rats under the conditions employed in this study.
