정보기술분야 공공연구기관의 기술사업화 성과향상 방안: 지분형 기술이전을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 지분형 기술이전이 미진한 원인을 파악하고 지분형 기술이전을 활성화시키기 위한 정부정책/기관 측면의 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 전문가 FGI를 활용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 주요 문제점으로는 법·제도의 미흡, 기업가정신 부족, 사업화 역량 부족, 사후관리 부족 등이 지적되었다. 따라서 지분형 기술이전을 활성화하기 위해 정책적 측면으로는 기술료 관련 법령의 근거규정 명확화, 연구자 및 기술이전 참여자 인센티브 강화 등이 필요하다. 기관운영 측면에서는 기술사업화 사후지원 강화, 단위조직들의 명확한 전략과 목표 수립, 민간 전문기관(기술거래기관, 중개기관, 기술평가기관)과의 협업 활성화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 초기 연구단계인 지분형 기술이전에 대한 학문적 토대를 제공하는 것을 주목적으로 하지만 유관 정부부처의 정책수립과 공공연구기관의 기술사업화 전략수립에도 기여할 것으로 예상된다. This study conducted a research using the expert FGI to identify the cause of equity transfer, and to suggest policy and institutional aspects to promote equity-based technology transfer. As a result of the research, the main problems were insufficient laws and institutions, lack of entrepreneurship, insufficient commercialization capacity, and lack of follow-up management. In order to promote equity-based technology transfer, in terms of policy, it is necessary to clarify basis rules, reinforce incentives for participants, establish standards for institutional evaluation, reflect performance, and establish support projects. In terms of institutional operation, it was necessary to support the life-cycle of technology commercialization, to establish institutional level strategy, to strengthen cooperation with private professional organizations. This study is expected to contribute to the establishment of the policy of the related ministries and the establishment of the technology commercialization strategy of the public research institute..

본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 화장품 회사의 제품 포장 디자인이 소비자의 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 화장품은 한국에서 가장 많이 수출되는 품목 중 하나이다. 한국 BB 크림은 한국 화장품을 세계 화장품 시장에 널리 알리는데 크게 기여하였다. 이러한 한국 BB 크림 화장품의 중요성에 비추어 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 BB 크림 포장 디자인을 시각적 요인 크기 및 모양)과 정보 요인 브랜드 이름, 유효일)으로 분류하였다. 또한 본 요소와 소비자 구매 의도 간의 관계에 중점을 둔 연구를 진행하였다. 이 외에도 화장품의 서비스 품질 신뢰성)이 소비자의 구매 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 시각적 요인 중 포장 디자인의 크기와 모양이 모두 소비자의 구매 의도와 강한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 패키지 디자인의 정보 요소 중 브랜드 이름만이 소비자의 구매 의도와 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 또한, 화장품의 서비스 품질 신뢰성)이 소비자의 구매 의도에 긍정적 인 영향을 미친다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이를 통하여 한국 BB 크림에 대한 소비자의 시각과 향후 마케팅 전략과 소비자의 구매의도를 높일 수 있는 단서가 제공되었다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of global cosmetic companies’ product package design on consumers’ purchase intentions. Cosmetics are one of the most commonly exported items from Korea. Korean BB cream has contributed greatly in making Korean cosmetics popular in the global cosmetic market. This study classifies the BB cream package design into visual factors size and shape) and informational factors brand name, valid date). It focuses on the relationship between those factors and the consumers’ purchase intentions. In addition to this, it also focuses on whether the cosmetic’s service quality reliability) gives a positive effect to the consumers’ purchase intentions. The results of the analysis showed that out of the visual factors both the size and shape of the package design had a strong relationship with the consumers’ purchase intentions. However, out of the informational factors of the package design, only the brand name had a strong relationship with the consumers’ purchase intentions. In addition, it turned out that the cosmetic’s service quality reliability) gives a positive effect to the consumers’ purchase intentions. Finally, this study also discusses the theoretical and managerial implications of the study and provides suggestions for the future studies.

Based on the data regarding the survival and development of the floating population in China"s capital Beijing in 2013, this paper aims to explore the impact of different living patterns on migrant workers" mass accidents and its mechanism. According to the findings, the rental housing mode would increase the migrant workers" participation degree of mass accidents and the willingness to participate in mass accidents regarding interest loss, but reduce the willingness to participate in mass accidents without direct conflict of interest; dormitory living style would reduce the migrant workers" participation degree of mass accidents and the willingness to participate in mass accidents regarding interest loss, but increases the willingness to participate in mass accidents without direct conflict of interest. Self-housing has no impact on migrant workers" mass accidents . Regarding the impact of dormitory living mode on the willingness to participate mass accidents with interest loss, the migrant workers" social network is the important mediating . Hence, while further improving the rights and interests protection system of migrant workers in interest loss, the government could provide preferential housing policies for migrant workers, timely dredge the negative emotions in the social network of migrant workers, and reduce the risk of mass accidents.
