사회복지사의 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 요인 연구

연구 목적: 사회복지사의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 사회복지사의 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 기초적인 자료 제공을 본 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법: 부산의 사회복지기관 사회복지사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집은 구글폼을 활용하여 편의표집을 실시하였고, 2022년 9월 13일부터 9월 26일까지 진행하였으며, 총 141부를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 서비스 질 차이 검증 결과 근무경력에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성, 코칭리더십, 전문적 능력은 사회복지사의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구를 바탕으로 기관장 및 중간관리자의 행정적 슈퍼비전, 기술교육, 기관장의 사고전환, 사회복지사협회의 지회별 스터디가 필요하다.

선박유류 입자의 균질효과에 미치는 초음파 분쇄작용

Recently, a greater part of all ship use a coarse heavy fuel oil(HFO) over specific gravity(S.G) 1.00/15$^{\circ}C$ and viscosity 3,500 cSt/4$0^{\circ}C$ as the fuel oil of marine boiler or internal combustion engine from the viewpoint of economical ship' operation. The greater plan to improve a combustion methods of heavy fuel oil, such as atomization, homogeneity and emulsification, were contrived and carried out newly, and then applied 20kHz ultrasonic homogenizer to one of test methods. Also, adopted the marine oils(fuel oil and lubricating oil etc.) and sludge oil as test solutions, and its matrix structures were examined with photographs, Especially, it is important at control system of oil pollution, for the sludge oil emulsified, to be recycled as fuel oil of boiler according to 20kHz Ultrasonic homozenizer, and then fuel saving is attained effectively by making sludge oil to be burnt.

생산적복지기관의 희소성 메시지, 기관신뢰, 사회적 가치가 크라우드펀딩 참여의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the participation intention of crowdfunding in productive welfare institutions and to provide basic data to help the insufficient business expenses. For this study, 300 male and female adults over the age of 20 living in Sabusan Metropolitan City were sampled for convenience and conducted a self-written questionnaire. As a result, first, as a result of the difference in crowdfunding participation intention according to demographic characteristics, there was a difference in gender, age, education, occupation, and individual monthly average income. Second, scarcity messages and institutional trust have a positive effect on crowdfunding participation intention. Based on the results of this study, we suggested the necessity of marketing education to raise the scarcity message and suggesting business promotion and campaigns to increase corporate trust. 본 연구는 생산적복지기관의 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 부족한 사업비 마련에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 부산광역시에 거주하고 있는 20세 이상 성인 남녀 300명을 대상으로 편의표집을 하였고, 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 성별, 연령, 학력, 직업, 개인 월평균 소득에서 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 희소성 메시지, 기관신뢰는 크라우드 펀딩 참여의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 희소성 메시지를 높일 수 있는 마케팅 교육 필요성과 기관신뢰를 높이기 위해 사업 홍보, 캠페인 등의 제언을 하였다.

청소년수련시설 종사자의 소진이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과

This study verified the moderating effect of social support on the effect of burnout of youth training facility workers on job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected through a survey for one month from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018. And the moderating effect was verified by using the hierarchical accounting analysis presented by Baron and Kenny. The main results and suggestions of this study are as follows. First, the higher the burnout of youth training facility workers, the lower the job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to lower burnout and increase job satisfaction, programs such as employee education, training, and compensation are needed. Second, the moderating effect of social support was found in the effect of burnout of youth training facility workers on job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and efforts to increase social support of youth training facility workers by colleagues, middle managers, facility managers, family members and acquaintances. In addition, the middle managers and facility managers of youth training facilities should actively utilize the supervision to the employees in order to increase social support to the employees. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to increase job satisfaction of youth training facility workers. However, convenience sampling can occur in the sociodemographic characteristics of the research subjects. Based on this study, the study on the development of programs to prevent burnout of youth training facility workers is suggested as a follow-up study. 본 연구에서는 청소년수련시설 종사자의 소진이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 청소년수련시설 종사자를 대상으로 2018년 11월 1일에서 11월 30일까지 1개월 간 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 Baron과 Kenny가 제시한 위계적 회계분석을 활용하여 조절효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년수련시설 종사자의 소진이 높으면 높을수록 직무만족은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소진을 낮추고 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 직원교육, 연수, 보상 등의 프로그램이 필요하다. 둘째, 청소년수련시설 종사자의 소진이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년수련시설 종사자의 사회적 지지를 높이기 위해 동료와 중간관리자·시설장, 가족 및 지인들의 관심과 노력이 필요하다. 또한 청소년수련시설의 중간관리자 및 시설장은 종사자에게 사회적 지지를 높이기 위해 종사자들에게 슈퍼비전을 적극 활용해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 청소년수련시설 종사자의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하였다는 것에서 의의가 있다. 하지만 편의표집으로 연구대상자의 인구사회학적 특성에서 편의가 발생될 수 있다. 그리고 본 연구를 바탕으로 청소년수련시설 종사자의 소진 예방을 위한 프로그램 개발 등에 대한 연구를 후속연구로 제언한다.

광고디자인에 있어서 브랜드명에 의해 유발된 심상정보처리의 설득효과에 관한 연구

This article examined how the amount of information presented in ad design affect consumers evaluation on the ad. Existing researches have mainly considered external information presented in the ad from the resource principle perspective. This study investigated how internal information processing such as imagery information processing caused by brand names moderates persuasion effects according to the amount of external information through two experiments. The experiments leave us the conclusion that brand names presented in the ads stimulate imagery information processing when surplus cognitive resources do exist and they lead ad recipients' evaluation to positive direction in prestige brand condition and to the contrary to negative direction in non-prestige brand condition. The results contribute to the direction of ad design in that ad needs not contain as much product-related information as needed in order to increase persuasion effects in prestige brand condition. Rather, it's necessary to leave the room for internal information processing such as imagery information processing by well structured brand equity. On the contrary, non-prestige brand needs to contain explicit product-relevant information to exert a potent influence on ad persuasion. We hope this study result is helpful for design direction of advertisement in order to heighten persuasion effects toward ad recipients. 본 연구는 광고디자인에 있어서 광고에 포함되어 있는 정보의 양의 광고수용자의 광고평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 기존 연구는 주로 자원-부합이론(Resoruce-matching theory)의 관점에서 광고에 포함되어 있는 외부정보의 효과만을 주로 검증하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 이와는 달리 광고에 제시된 브랜드명 의해 유발된 심상정보처리와 같은 내부정보의 정보량이 어떻게 광고수용자의 광고평가효과를 조절하는지를 두 가지의 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 실험결과에 따르면 광고에서 제시된 브랜드명은 광고수용자가 인지적 잉여자원이 있는 경우 심상정보처리를 유발시키고 이러한 심상정보처리과정이 명성브랜드일 경우에는 광고에 대한 평가를 긍정적으로 유도하는 반면 비명성브랜드의 경우에는 부정적으로 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 광고디자인프로세스에서 명성브랜드라면 광고효과를 증대시키기 위해 제품관련정보를 많이 내포해야 할 필요는 없다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 오히려, 이미 소비자의 인식속에 구축되어 있는 브랜드자산을 통해 심상정보처리와 같은 내부정보탐색을 할 수 있는 여지를 마련하도록 광고디자인을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다고 할 수 있다. 반대로 비명성브랜드의 경우에는 광고효과를 극대화하기 위하여 제품관련정보를 다양화해야 할 필요가 있다. 이러한 결과가 향후 광고디자이너들이 광고디자인을 수행하는 프로세스상에서 광고수용자들에게 광고효과를 극대화하기 위해 어떻게 광고디자인을 수행해야 할 것인지에 도움을 되기를 바란다.

시니어클럽 생산품에 대한 마케팅믹스 활동이 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 시니어클럽 생산품에 대한 마케팅믹스 활동이 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 시니어클럽 운영에 필요한 기초적인 자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 자료수집은 시니어클럽 생산품 구매경험이 있는 사람 200명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구결과 첫째, 소비자 충성도 차이 검증 결과 연령, 학력, 월평균소득, 직업에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제품, 촉진, 가격이 소비자 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 인구사회학적 특성을 반영한 마케팅전략 수립, 제품 질에 대한 점검, 시니어클럽 생산품에 따른 적적한 가격 전략이 필요하다고 제언하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 소비자 충성도와 제품, 촉진, 가격 간의 인과관계를 파악함으로써 시니어클럽 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. 하지만 편의표집을 활용하여 성별, 월평균소득에서 편의가 발생할 수 있다는 한계점이 있다.

Many investments and works being continued to preserve green ocean in each countries of the world. Especial1y, the researches on the prevention of marine oil pollution being strengthened. It is not easy to disclose sludge oils that were produced necessarily in the ships operation, so that they are transferred to shore treating facility after collected inside the ship's sludge tank mostly. However, this shore transferring method is not only costly and time consuming but also entails risk of oil pollution. In this regard, it will be the best way to manage the sludge oils inside ship itself. The purpose of this study is to device an ultrasonic breaking systems which recycle the sludge oil from ships into usable oil to be burnt. In this paper, the first place, matrix structures of sludge fuel oil(SFO) and sludge lubricating oil(SLO) with the irradiation time for ultrasonic vibrator were interpreted. And, erosion damage for vibrator horn tip which is one of important part of ultrasonic breaking systems was examined under such an environment of the sludge oils. The material for horn tip is being made of SS41 steel and its erosion phase was investigated with variation of the vibration amplitude of 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 24${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ as well as the change of temperature in the oil environments. It is suggested that the experimental results can be helpful to the development of sludge oil disposing systems for the vessel.
