        치과 임플란트용 골융합 측정기의 설계 및 평가

        The osseointegration of dental implant is influenced by many factors such as surface geometry, loading and the amount of bone. Thus, stability of the dental implant should be checked periodically. In order to test the stability of dental implant by using resonance frequency analysis, we designed a structure of transducers and fabricated a piezoelectric devices. Using finite element analysis, the thickness and length of piezoelectric device and transducers were tailorized and the optimized frequency of 10 kHz was obtained. The resonance frequency from simulation analysis and evaluation was estimated to be similar as 10 kHz. The osseointegration was further enhanced with increasing frequency from the evaluation result of the finite element analysis.

        A piezoelectric ultrasonic bone surgical instrument, usually used to remove the tartar out of teeth or to cut the dentine of the tooth, is a recently popular instrument for dental treatment due to its several merits such as small size, low-electric power and precision control of surgical operation. It has typically two parts of a tip and vibration system which is also composed of head, piezoelectric elements and tail-mass. In order to improve the performance of the instrument, it is important to standardize the size of the vibration system without tip for high performance. In this study, a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was utilized to optimize the structure of ultrasonic instrument in vibration system. Consequently, this study revealed that influence of several tips on property were minimized and it showed good property at the frequency range of 22~32 kHz.

        경남지역 다문화가정과 일반가정 초등학생들의 식습관, 음식기호도 비교 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the eating habits and food preferences of elementary school children belong to multi-cultural families and ordinary families. The data were obtained by interview based on questionnaire from November to December in 2012. The subjects of multi-cultural families and ordinary families were 99 and 376 children, respectively. In comparison with eating habits, the ordinary children showed higher scoring in the items of eating proteins, green and yellow vegetables, and fruits or fruit juice than those of multi-cultural children. The ordinary children ate less midnight-meals than those of multi-cultural children (p<0.05). Furthermore, the ordinary children ate kimchi more frequently than the multi-cultural children. It was significantly different (p<0.05) on the items of 'eating-out types' dietary habits between two groups. Education of mothers correlated with the ordinary children's eating habits more than multi-cultural families. In the investigation of the food preference to Korean foods, 'beef and radish soup', 'pumpkin porridge', and 'wheat flakes noodles' were more preferred by children of ordinary families than by those of multi-cultural families (p<0.05). To conclude, nutritional education for their parents should be done and maintained to keep a right eating habit of children of multi-cultural families even at home.

        Removal torque of a two-piece zirconia abutment with a novel titanium component in an internal connection implant system after dynamic cyclic loading

        목적: 이 연구의 목적은 새로운 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주의 나사 제거력의 변화에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 내부연결 임플란트를 위한 새로운 지르코니아 지대주의 동적하중 후 지대주 나사의 제거력을 기존의 타이타늄 지대주와 비교하여 분석하였다. 재료 및 방법: 내측연결 임플란트와 타이타늄 지대주, 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주를 준비하였다. 12개의 내부연결형 임플란트에 6개의 타이타늄 지대주를 연결하고(대조군), 6개의 타이타늄 구성요소를 가진 지르코니아 지대주(실험군)를 30 Ncm의 토크로 연결한 후 동적하중 전후의 나사 제거력을 측정하였다. 동적 만능재료시험기를 사용하여 연결체의 장축과 30도 각도를 이루도록 하고 300 N 하중크기로 100만번의 하중이 가해졌다. 동적하중 전후의 지대주 나사 제거력을 t검정을 통해 신뢰구간 95%로 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과: 두 그룹 모두에서 동적하중 후 나사 풀림을 보이지 않았다. 동적 하중 전후의 나사 제거력은 두 그룹 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있게 나타났다(P < .05). 동적 하중 전후의 나사 제거력 차이는 대조군에서 $-7.25{\pm}1.50Ncm$, 실험군에서 $-7.33{\pm}0.93Ncm$ 로 나타났다. 통계분석 결과 두 군간에 나사 제거력 차이에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(P > .05). 결론: 이 실험의 결과에 한하여 타이타늄 구성요소를 사용한 지르코니아 지대주의 동적하중 후 지대주 나사 제거력의 변화는 타이타늄 지대주와 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate screw removal torque of the two-piece zirconia abutment with the novel titanium component compared to the conventional one-piece titanium abutment in the internal connection implant before and after dynamic cyclic loading. Materials and methods: Two types of the abutment assemblies with internal connection were prepared and divided into the groups; titanium abutment-titanium abutment screw assemblies as control, and zirconia abutment-titanium socket-titanium abutment screw assemblies as experimental group. A total of 12 abutments and implants were used of six assemblies each group. Each assembly was tightened to 30 Ncm. A cyclic load of 300 N at an angle of 30 degrees in reference to the loading axis was applied until one million cycles or failure. The removal torque values (RTVs) of the abutment screws were measured with a digital torque gauge before and after cyclic loading. The RTVs of the pre load and post load were analyzed with t-test, and P-values < .05 were considered statistically significant. Results: The assemblies of both groups survived all after the dynamic cyclic loading test without screw loosening. The statistically significant differences were found between the mean RTVs before and after the cyclic loading in both groups (P < .05). The RTV differences for the control and the experimental group were $-7.25{\pm}1.50Ncm$ and $-7.33{\pm}0.93Ncm$, respectively. Statistical analysis revealed that the RTV differences in both groups were not significantly different from each other (P > .05). Conclusion: Within the limitation of this study, the two-piece zirconia abutment with the titanium component did not show a significant RTV difference of the abutment screw compared to the titanium abutment after dynamic cyclic loading.

        건설현장의 추락 및 접촉사고 방지를 위한 스마트 세이프티 센서 개발

        한국산업안전보건공단의 산업재해통계 보고서 최근 4년 동안의 자료를 확인하면 2017년부터 2020년 6월까지 건설현장의 재해자 수가 약 93,158명, 사망자 수가 약 1,977명으로 건설업이 재해율 총 3위, 사망률 총 1위로 높은 안전사고 추이를 보이고 있다. 그 중에서도 전체 직업군에서 추락으로 인한 사망사고 및 접촉으로 인한 사망사고는 전체 사고 유형 중 3위 안으로 빈번하게 발생하는 안전사고이다. 본 논문은 건설현장의 다양한 유형의 안전사고 중 발생 비율이 가장 높은 추락과 접촉 사고 두 유형의 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 초음파 센서를 이용한 스마트 감지 장치를 개발하여 직접 현장 작업자가 경험하게 한 결과, 설문참여 작업자의 69.5%이상이 센서의 현장 적용성에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하였으며, 이를 토대로 건설업 안전사고의 전체 비율을 감소하는데 일조 하고자 한다. According to the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency's (KOSHA) report on industrial accident statistics over the past four years, the number of casualties at construction sites from 2017 to June 2020 was about 93,158 and the number of deaths was about 1,977, showing a high trend of safety accidents among the eight major occupational groups, with the construction industry ranking third in total and the death rate being the highest in total. Among them, the number of deaths caused by falls in the entire occupational category is about 1,267, the highest rate of deaths due to contact is about 522, which is a frequent safety accident among the top three accident types. This paper aims to help reduce the overall proportion of construction safety accidents by developing smart safety sensing devices using ultrasonic sensors to prevent two types of safety accidents, which have the highest rate of occurrence among various types of safety accidents occurring at construction sites.

        GMM을 이용한 자본자산가격결정모형(資本資産價格決定模型)의 추정(推定)

        본 논문은 10개의 기업규모별 자산을 대상으로 최근에 발전된 계량기법인 GMM(generalized method of moments)을 이용하여 베타(beta)를 추정하였다. 분석대상기간으로 $1982.1{\sim}1991.4$사이의 월별자료를 사용한다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 기업규모별 구분에 따른 자산의 경우에 규모가 큰 기업보다 규모가 작은 기업의 베타가 상대적으로 작은 것으로 나타났다. GMM의 추정을 위한 수단변수로 회사채수익률과 정기예금금리의 금리차, 분석대상이 되는 자산 수익률과 시장포트폴리오의 자기시차, 그리고 상수가 사용되었다. OLS를 사용한 CAPM추정 결과에 비해 GMM을 사용한 추정 결과가 우월할 수 있음을 보여주고 있는데, 이것은 GMM에 사용된 수단변수들이 수단변수를 포함시킴으로써 관련자산들의 자기시차가 아닌 CAPM추정에 필요한 유용한 대용변수(代用變數)(proxy)를 제공하였고, 나아가 GMM이 잔차항(殘差項)의 자기상관(自己相關) 뿐만 아니라 조건부(條件附) 이분산(異分散)(conditional heteroskedasticity)을 잘 설명하고 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. t값 및 P-value에 의하면 GMM을 사용한 단순 CAPM 추정이 우리 나라의 현실경제와 잘 부합될 수 있음을 암시한다.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 허노문(虛勞門) 처방(處方)의 방제(方劑) 분석(分析)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        Objectives : As the understand about historical consumptive part through studying prescriptions in DonguiBogam, we would like to study some modern geriatric and chronic diseases. Methods : We analyzed application frequency of basic prescriptions, symptoms of prescriptions and the pathology analysis against historical comsumptive in DonguiBogam. Results : Through investigation into application frequency of basic prescriptions, symptoms of prescriptions, and two way analysis of Qi blood(yin yang) pathologies and viscera and bowels pathologies, we were able to found mostly used basic prescription, common symptoms, and separate some characteristics pathologies. Conclusions : We expected that this study will can help to give rationale for future study of consumptive caring.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 허로문(虛勞門) 처방(處方)의 방제(方劑) 분석(分析)에 대한 연구

        Objectives : Consumptive is an unhealthy condition that are caused by lack of blood and essence, and that means also some stages of chronic diseases. The purpose of this study is to analysis 108 Prescriptions of Consumptive part in Dongui Bogam. Methods : The 108 Prescriptions of Consumptive part in Dongui Bogam analysed frequency of basic prescriptions, symptoms of prescriptions and the pathology. Results : Ssangbohwan, Yiuihwan, Gamrihwan were used for tonifying were mostly used as basic prescriptions in whole Consumptive part respectively. There are common symptoms in consumptive part in Dongui Bogam. That symptoms are "tidal fever, night sweating, nocturnal emission, cough, sputum, skinny body, weak pulse, spontaneous sweating, deafness, dim vision and tuberculosis". Qi blood(yin yang) pathologies in prescriptions on consumptive part are "yin deficiency, yin deficiency with effulgent fire, yang qi deficiency, dual damage of qi and blood, non-interaction between fire and water, collapse of yang and exhaustion of yin, less blood". viscera and bowels pathologies in prescriptions on consumptive part are "heart and kidney deficiency, spleen-stomach weakness, spleen and kidney great deficiency, weakness of kidney qi, meridian waste in heart, spleen and kidney, damage in heart and lung". Conclusions : As a result of Study on Analysis all Prescriptions of Consumptive part in Dongui Bogam, We can understand more about basic prescriptions, symptoms of prescriptions and the pathology that are using for curing consumptive. We expected that this study will can help to give rationale for future study of consumptive caring.

      • NASA 워크숍 및 해외 착륙임무에 기반한 달 착륙 후보 지역과 임무에 대한 고찰

        우리나라는 2022년 8월 시험용 달 궤도선을 처음으로 달에 보낼 계획이다. 그리고 제3차 우주개발 진흥 기본계획을 통해서 밝힌 바에 따르면 이후 2030년 이전까지는 달 착륙선을 달에 보낸다는 계획이다. 달 착륙지역 선정에는 착륙선의 임무에 따라 적합한 착륙 지역이 달라질 수 있으며, 따라서 성공적인 달 탐사임무 설계를 위해서는 달 착륙지역에 대한 사전 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 2018년 NASA 워크숍에서 제안한 주요 달 착륙 후보지역에 대한 자료를 바탕으로 NASA의 MoonTrek을 이용하여 14개 제안 지역중 주요 지역의 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 이런 지역이 향후 어떠한 달 착륙 임무에 적합한지 알아보았다. 또한 최근 달 착륙 국가들의 달 착륙 지역과 아르테미스(Artemis) 계획을 통해 달 남극의 중요성에 대해서도 알아 보았다. Korea plans to send a pathfinder lunar orbiter to the Moon for the first time in August 2022. And according to the 3rd Basic Plan for Space Development Promotion, the plan is to send a lunar lander to the Moon before 2030. The selection of the lunar landing area can be varied depending on the lunar lander's mission, therefore preliminary research on the lunar landing sites is essential for a successful lunar exploration mission design. This paper analyzed the characteristics of major regions among 14 proposed regions using NASA's MoonTrek based on the data on the candidate areas for the major moon landing proposed sites by the NASA workshop in 2018. And we looked into what kind of future moon landing missions are suitable for these areas. We also looked at the importance of lunar Antarctica area through the recent lunar landing areas of Moon landing countries and Artemis plan.

        X-ray 영상에서 SegNet을 이용한 폐결핵 자동검출 시스템의 유용성 평가

        Testing TB in chest X-ray images is a typical method to diagnose presence and magnitude of PTB lesion. However, the method has limitation due to inter-reader variability. Therefore, it is essential to overcome this drawback with automatic interpretation. In this study, we propose a novel method for detection of PTB using SegNet, which is a deep learning architecture for semantic pixel wise image labelling. SegNet is composed of a stack of encoders followed by a corresponding decoder stack which feeds into a soft-max classification layer. We modified parameters of SegNet to change the number of classes from 12 to 2 (TB or none-TB) and applied the architecture to automatically interpret chest radiographs. 552 chest X-ray images, provided by The Korean Institute of Tuberculosis, used for training and test and we constructed a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. As a consequence, the area under the curve (AUC) was 90.4% (95% CI:[85.1, 95.7]) with a classification accuracy of 84.3%. A sensitivity was 85.7% and specificity was 82.8% on 431 training images (TB 172, none-TB 259) and 121 test images (TB 63, none-TB 58). This results show that detecting PTB using SegNet is comparable to other PTB detection methods.
