N/A In order to investigate the relationship between the thermal characteristics of the various molds as green sand mold, dry sand mold, CO₂ mold and shell mold, and the solidification characteristics of molten metal, the thermal analysis of rarious molds and melt were performed. The structure of Al-Castings was a/so observed. Results obtained in this experiment were as follows : 1) The heating rate of the molds was increased in the order of green sand mold, CO₂ mold, dry sand mold and shell mold, On the other hand the solidification time of the melts was shortened in the order of dry sand mold castings, CO₂mold castings, green sand mold castings and shell mold castings. 2) The arrest temperature period in the heating curve of the green sand mold was resulted from the eraporation of moisture contained in mold, which was tranafered to the outer side of the mold. 3) The temperature fluctuation of the melt in the shell mold was considered to be resulted from the combution heat of resin contained in the mold. 4) The amounts of heat absorption of the molds were increased in the order of dry sand mold, CO₂mold, green sand mold and shell mold. 5) The higher the solidification rate was, the longer was its shrinkage pipe and the finer its grain size.

‘관하(Gwanha)’는 2007년 ‘수캄보디아베리(Sucambodiaberry)’ 품종을 모본으로 하고 ‘셀바(Selva)’ 품종을 부본으로 교배하여 고온장일조건에서 분홍꽃이 피고 화방이 계속 출현되는 우수한 사계성 개체를 선발한 것이다. 고랭지의 여름재배 작형에서 2009-2011년 생산력 검정, 특성검정을 거쳐 ‘새봉 4호’로 계통명을 부여하였고, ‘관하’로 명명하였다. ‘관하’의 초형은 개장형이며, 엽형은 타원형이며, 초세는 중 정도이다. 과실모양은 쐐기형으로 길지 않으며, 과색은 홍색으로 관상용 딸기품종 중 유일하게 식용이 가능하다. ‘관하’의 화색은 분홍색으로 화방이 많이 발생한다. ‘관하’의 평균 과중은 7.8g이고, 상품수량은 낮은 상품률 때문에 비교적 낮다. 병해저항성은 시듦병에 저항성이다. ‘관하’는 고온장일 조건에서도 화방이 연속으로 출뢰하여 관상용으로 적당한 사계성딸기 품종이다. ‘Gwanha’ is new strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) cultivar, which was released by Highland Agriculture Research Center, Rural Development Administration, in 2011. In 2007, this cultivar was originated from a cross between ‘Sucambodiaberry’ and ‘Selva’ that showed excellent ever-bearing characteristics including continuous pink flowering habit under long-day and high temperature condition. It was named ‘Saebong No.4’ after examining its characteristic and productivity in summer culture from 2009 to 2011. After characteristic and productivity test in 2011, ‘Gwanha’ was selected as an elite cultivar. The general characteristics of ‘Gwanha’ include spreading type, middle vigor, elliptic leaf, and long cluster in growth. The fruit shape is wedge, and the red fruit is edible and unique among the domestic ornamental strawberry cultivars. Flower color of ‘Gwanha’ is pink, and flower cluster is more appearance than ‘Pinkpanda’. The average fruit weight of ‘Gwanha’ is about 7.8 g and the marketable yield is relatively low because of low marketable rate. It is resistant against fusarium wilt. ‘Gwanha’ is suitable for four season cultivation as an ornamental strawberry cultivar because it shows continuous flowering habit under long-day and high temperature condition.
사계성 딸기의 고랭지 여름재배 시 수확시기별 생산성과 품질 변화

고랭지에서 사계성 딸기품종의 여름재배 시 수확시기별 과실의 품질 변화를 분석하였다. 대상 품종은 일본산 ‘페치카’와 ‘섬머베리’, 영국산 ‘볼레로’와 ‘플라밍고’, 네덜란드산 ‘엘란’과 ‘카란’이었다. 과실품질은 과중, 과형, 가용성고형물, 경도, 유기산 및 ascorbic acid 함량을 분석하였다. 과실 품질은 8월부터 11월까지 30일마다 분석하였다. 1과중은 11월에 가장 무거웠고, 9월에 가장 적었다. 1일 생산성은 9월이 가장 높았으며, ‘볼레로’는 수확기가 늦어질수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 과형은 11월에 품종 고유의 모양이 나타났다. 가용성고형물 함량은 9월에 가장 낮았고, 11월에 가장 많았으며, 일본 품종이 영국 품종보다 더 많았다. 경도는 영국 품종이 일본 품종보다 더 높았다. 유기산 함량은 영국 품종이 일본 품종보다 더 많은 경향을 보였고, 11월에 가장 낮았다. ascorbic acid 함량은 일본 품종이 영국 품종보다 많았고 조사기간 동안 8월에 가장 많았다. 따라서 ‘볼레로’와 ‘플라밍고’는 가공용으로, ‘페치카’와 ‘엘란’은 생식용으로 유리한 품종인 것으로 판단된다. The experiment was conducted to analyse the fruit quality of six ever-bearing strawberry (Fragaria×ananassa Duch.) varieties produced in summer season in highland. The tested variety were Japanese varieties of ‘Pechika’ and ‘Samahberi’, English varieties of ‘Bolero’ and ‘Flamingo’, and Netherlands varieties of ‘Elan’ and ‘Karan’ (F₁). The fruits were examined and analysed with a month interval from August to November on fruit weight, productivity, shape, hardness, and contents of soluble solids, organic acid and ascorbic acid. Fruit weight was the highest on November and the lowest on September at harvest. Productivity per day was the highest on September, and the productivity of ‘Bolero’ showed increasing tendency as the harvesting time was delayed. The variety-specific fruit shape was observed at the fruits harvested on November. Soluble solids content was the lowest on September and the highest on November, and varieties were higher in the Japanese varieties than in the English varieties. Fruit hardness was higher in the English varieties than in the Japanese varieties. The contents of organic acid were higher in both English varieties than in the Japanese varieties, and the content was the lowest on November. The ascorbic acid contents were higher in the Japanese varieties than in the English varieties, and the content was the lowest on August. Based on the above results, ‘Bolero’ and ‘Flamingo’ would be suitable for processing and ‘Pechika’ and ‘Elan’ would be suitable for fresh fruit.
고랭지 착색단고추의 여름재배시 유인방법에 따른 생산성과 품질

본 실험은 여름작형 착색단고추의 낮은 플라스틱연동하우스 재배시 유인방법 에 따른 수량 및 품질을 비교하고자 실시하였다. 유인방법은 직립과 경사유인이었고, 과실은 6월부터 11월까지 한달 간격으로 수량, 평균과중, 과육두께, 당도, 경도, 과형, 심실수 등을 조사하였다. 상품수량은 6월에 가장 많았으며, 직립유인이 경사유인보다 더 많았다. 6월의 평균과중은 경사유인이 232g으로 직립유인보다 26g 더 무거웠으나, 7월 이후 직립유인이 경사유인보다 더 무거웠다. 과육두께는 직립유인이 경사유인보다 두꺼웠다. 당도는 온도가 낮아질수록 높아졌으며, 직립유인이 경사유인보다 더 높았다. 직립유인의 과형은 수확시기에 따른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 직립유인의 심실수는 3.27~3.34개로 수확기에 따른 차이를 보이지 않았다. This experiment was conducted to analysis the fruit quality according to training method under low plastic film greenhouse cultivation on sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum cv Special) during summer culture. Training treatments were upright training and inclination training, the fruits were examined and analysed with a month interval from June to November on productivity, fruit weight, flesh thickness, contents of soluble solids, hardness, shape, and locules. Productivity per month was the highest on June, upright training harvested more than inclination training. Fruit weight of inclination training on June was 232 g which was higher than 26 g of upright training, but upright training was heavier than inclination training after July. Flesh thickness of upright training was thicker than inclination training. Soluble solids content increased with the decrease of temperature, upright training was higher than inclination training. The fruit shape of upright training was not significant according to harvesting date. The number of locules of upright training was 3.27~3.34, and it was not significant according to harvesting date.
