디지털기기 개발에 있어서 소프트웨어의 중요성이 높아지고, 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 위기를 해결하기 위한 소프트웨어형상관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 일반적인 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템들은 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경의 특성 및 특징들을 수용하기에 부족하다. 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경은 컴파일러와 같은 기본적인 개발 도구 외에 컴포넌트(나 라이브러리)들을 인터액티브하게 조합하고 테스트 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 환경을 통하여 테스트와 분석을 반복하면서 개발하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션 과정 중에는 유사한 기능을 가진 알고리즘 중에 적합한 알고리즘을 빠르고 효과적으로 찾기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경에서 사용하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 체계적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 비주얼 워크스페이스 기반의 소프트웨어형상관리 방법과 이를 수용할 수 있는 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 개발된 시스템을 실제 시뮬레이션 도구와 연계하여 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템으로써의 적합성을 확인한다. The importance of software is getting high in development of the digital device (digital camcoder, digital camera, mp3 player, ....). And because the sire of software becomes larger and complicated, the necessity of software configuration management (to solves a software crisis) is increased. The general software configuration management system shows lack of the property and features of software development environment for image processing algorithm due to its wide range to be covered. Image processing algorithm development environment has properties like repetitive analysis and simulation using visual programming environment where, beside support of elementary development functions. component(or library) can be combined and tested interactively. Moreover, the method to look fast and effectively for component having similar function is required. In this paper, we present the system which supports the software configuration management method for a simulation tool and the property in the visual programming environment. And we relate our system to real simulation tool so as to check its ability as the software configuration management system for image processing algorithm development environment.

Objectives: The purpose of this present study was to compare mouse embryo development in 3 commercial media and hatching competence of mouse embryo with or without enzymatic treatment. Methods: Collected 375 mouse embryos were divided into three groups, and then cultured in IVF-20 (G2), Medicult IVF (M3), P-1 (blastocyst M), respectively. Three day mouse morulae were cultured in G2 media treated with pronase. The results were analyzed using Chi-square test, and considered statistically significant when p<0.01. Results: The developmental rate of 2 cell mouse embryo after 72 hours was highest in IVF-20 (G2) among conventional 3 media. The hatching rate of mouse morulae was low when clultured in G2 media without pronase during 48 hours. However, it was higher when cultured in media treated with $1{\mu}g/ml$, $2.5{\mu}g/ml$, $5{\mu}g/ml$ pronase, respectively. Conclusions: Using good media and digestion of zona pellucida with enzymatic treatment improve development and hatching rate of embryo. Therefore, implantation and pregnancy rate could be improved.
공기 중에서 열증발법에 의하여 제작된 튜브 형상의 ZnO 결정

Tubular-shaped ZnO crystals were synthesized by thermal evaporation technique under air atmosphere. Mixture of Zn and Mg powder was used as the source material. The thermal evaporation and oxidation of Zn/Mg mixture were carried out for 1 hr at $1,000^{\circ}C$ and $1,200^{\circ}C$ under in air under atmospheric pressure. When only Zn powder was used as a source material, tetrapod-shaped ZnO crystals were synthesized. This provides that Mg played a key role in the formation of the tubular-shaped crystals. SEM images showed that the tubular-shaped ZnO crystals grew along [0001] direction. XRD spectrum revealed that the ZnO tubes had hexagonal wurtzite structure. Two emission peaks at 380 nm and 510 nm were observed in the room temperature cathodoluminescence spectrum.

The effect of oxygen pressure in the synthesis of ZnO nanostructures through thermal evaporation of Zn powder was investigated. The thermal evaporation process was carried out in oxygen ambient for 1 hr at $1,000^{\circ}C$ under different pressures. The oxygen pressure was changed in range of 0.5 ~ 900 Torr. Any nanostructure was not formed on the specimens prepared at oxygen pressures lower than 10 Torr. When oxygen pressure was 100 Torr, ZnO nanowires were observed. With increasing the oxygen pressure to 500 Torr, the morphology of ZnO nanostructures changed from wire to tetrapod. For all the samples, room temperature photoluminescence spectra show a strong green emission peak at around 550 nm.
Mechanical Characterization of Polymeric Thin Films Using Nano Cutting Method

In the ultra-precision industry, physical and chemical coatings are used to provide functional properties to the surface. Especially, it is very important to examine the mechanical durability of polymer thin fi lms with super hydrophobic properties. The mechanical durability of the thin fi lm includes adhesion force and shear strength, and the latter can be measured with precise cutting. A sharp blade capable of changing cutting direction is used for cutting nano-thick fi lms. Then, nano cutting method is used to calculate the shear strength by measuring the resistant forces when the blade cuts thin fi lms simultaneously in the horizontal and vertical directions (slanted cutting). In this study, we prepared two super-hydrophobic fl uoropolymers, p(PFDMA) (1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfl uorodecyl methacrylate) thin fi lm and p(V4D4-PFDMA-co-DVB) thin fi lm, using initiated chemical vapor deposition method. Especially, p(V4D4-PFDMA-co-DVB) thin fi lm was obtained by continuous deposition with V4D4 (1,3,5,7-tetravinyl-1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane) and DVB (C 6 H 4 (CH=CH 2 ) 2 , divinylbenzene) in order to improve its durability, and the abrasion test was performed to quantitatively check the durability. In order to qualitatively assess the durability, the thin fi lm was cut with a customized precision-cutting tool, and the shear strength and adhesion force were analyzed. As a result, it was confi rmed that the mechanical durability of p(V4D4-PFDMA-co-DVB) thin fi lm has dramatically improved compared to p(PFDMA) thin fi lm. In addition, the nano cutting theory was successfully verifi ed to evaluate the mechanical properties of thin fi lms.

N/A Objectives : To clarify the cardotoxicity and the protective effect of Salviae Multiorrhizaei Radix(SMR) on oxygen free radicals in cultured myocardial cells of neonatal mouse. Methods : Cardiotoxicity was measured by MTT assay after myocardial cells were grown for 5 hours in the media containing 1-30 μM concentrations of H₂O₂. In addition. the protective effect of Salviae Multiorrhizaei Radix(SMR) was determined in these cultures. Results : Cell viability was significantly decreased in dose- and time-dependent manners after hours. In the protective effect, SMR exposure of 15 pM H.02 to cultured rat myocardial cells for 5 prevented the HLOz-induced cytotoxicity in these cultures. Conclusion : From the above results, it suggests that HDr has toxic effect on cultured mouse myocardial cells and SMR blocked the cardiotoxicity induced by H.02.
